Tips and Tricks - Number 22 - May 2006 Issue. This is the last issue before Summer Vacation and it is packed fuller than usual with a wide assortment of tips and ideas designed to enhance your FS2004 flying experience. Of special interest is a segment which will help you create your own VIP parking space. The regular "From the E-mail bag" and "Of Historic Interest" segments are included as well as several suggestions for unusual Vacation Destinations - three in South America and one in the Caribbean. Also included is a brief tribute to the late Leon Louis. An updated index in .pdf format for the entire series by John Burford is also included. Tips and Tricks Number 20 - March 2006 Edition. This issue includes a few Tips that may help solve a couple of common problems as well as several links to very interesting and useful sites. Included is the popular "From the E-Mail Bag" department which answers a question of general interest. New in this issue is a section devoted to an aircraft of historical interest. There is also a Tip which will lead you to some really exceptional AI work. An updated index by John Burford for the entire series in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format is included. As usual, I have attempted to include something of value for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Please unzip to a temporary location using the folders option. Compiled in .pdf format for your flying enjoyment.

Highly detailed repaint including decals and patches as used on jackets and helmets during the '76 Mediterranian Cruise aboard the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67 Carrier.
High resolution repaint in carrier ready blue/grey with clean paint and no weathering/wear and tear effects added. Armaments and stores repainted to live ammunition and unit decals added to the external fuel tanks.
VFA-14 celebrates 90 years of continuous service in 2009 as an attack/fighter squadron currently using F/A-18's. The F-14 A/B/D variations were used for over 30 years of service with the US Navy and Marine Corps. before being retired in 2006. Callsign VCPMOD included for EditVoicepack users.

FS2004 Scenery - KMMV - Evergreen Museum. Located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, some 40 miles South of Portland, Oregon, McMinnville Municipal Airport (KMMV) serves McMinnville and Yamhill County and is owned by the City Of McMinnville, Oregon.
The airport is the home of the Cascade Soaring Club and Evergreen International, a global aviation services company. Adjacent to the airport is the new Evergreen Aviation Museum whose centerpiece is the famous "Spruce Goose".
This scenery includes a replica of the Museum and the new IMAX theater. Requires EZ Scenery Libraries. Installations included for default FS9 roads or for users who have USA Roads installed. File Description:
A prominent VFR landmark near Twin Falls Idaho, the Perrine Bridge spans over 1600' and stands 486 feet above the river below. At one time it was the tallest bridge in the world. Perrine Bridge is the only man-made structure in the USA were "base jumping" is allowed without a permit 365 days out of the year. Download includes gmax bridge object, a small photoscenery for the surrounding area, and two saved flight scenarios for exploring the scenery in the default J3 Cub. Bridge surface is landable and crash box has been removed allowing flight beneath the bridge. Scenery is compatible with, and nicely compliments John B. Loney's "Joslin-Magic Valley Regl" airport scenery (ktwf_v1.zip). Requires Ultimate Terrain and freeware mesh product, links provided in the readme.

File Description:
The Alaskan Pipeline - Your opportunity to explore one of the largest and most difficult construction projects of our time and see some spectacular scenery while doing it. This is a representation of the Valdez, Alaska Terminal and several Pump Stations along the 800 mile Alaskan Pipeline which extends from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez. The project was originally designed for ZIA Cargo/Sunspot Charter VA pilots, but is now being made available to the flightsim community. This is a completely new installation package which replaces all previously uploaded files and which clarifies the installation procedure. Complete instructions in .doc and .pdf formats are included. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the instructions very carefully. Scenery and design by John J. Hogan - Afcads and project compilation by David "Opa" Marshall.
