File Description:
Enhancements made by a group of the beta testers for the Playsim Horizon Gen X volume 5 Orkney and Shetland Islands. Contains files for all airports and airstrips with blended flattens, lighthouses, windfarms, road traffic and ai air traffic all accurately placed. In the main, default models are used but there is some bespoke modelling, including the "Old Man of Hoy".
For the ai traffic it is necessary to have two freeware ai models on your system, but if not full details on downloads are available in the extensive manual.

File Description:
The FSTrampFree addon is a decoupling from the commercial product FSTramp. It shows a 3D world map and the real time moving AI or online aircraft. Due to the integration in the simulator, the map can also be used very well with just one display. Via the context menu of the world map, the aircraft can be moved to any runways or gates. With pressed Ctrl key even to every point on the ground or on the water. During the flight, jumps to other points in the air or on the ground are possible. The AIRAC data can be updated via an additional purchase from Navigraph.

To watch FsRaas video demo, please visit "youtu.be/wDlIMjAUn0s" and "youtu.be/dUH7gAj24MY". It simulates Honeywell SmartRunway/SmartLanding system. RAAS provides crew members with information concerning the aircraft's position relative to an airport's runway during taxi, takeoff, final approach, landing and rollout to improve situational awareness and reduce the likelihood of a runway incursion. From FsRaas 1.1, 8 functions are added (Extended Hold On Runway, Short Runway Takeoff, Short Runway Landing, Distance Remaining in Meters, Landing Flaps, Too High, Too Fast, Unstable), and some other functions are upgraded. | Point Ellis cannery V1, for Holger Sandmann's Tongass Fjord scenery |

File Description:
This is a revised version of Point Ellis cannery, originally posted in 2007. It is unsurprisingly just east of Point Ellis, on the east side of the southern end of Chatham Strait in southern Alaska. It is marked on the chart of the area, and if you are chartless then there is a piece of the chart here. This scenery is designed specifically for use in the Tongass Fjord scenery, and probably doesn't work with just Ultimate Terrain. The cannery has an identifying code so it will show up on a gps as "PECA". There is no interaction with atc as there are no designated water runways, so the "PECA" on the gps just acts as a waypoint. There will be further posts for use with Tongass Fjords, Misty Fjords, and Glacier Bay, and I still find these scenery areas by Holger and his crew the most satisfying in FS9.
