Chicago Midway Airport V2

File Description:
This is my second version of Chicago Midway Airport in Chicago IL for FSX. This version was created with Airport Design Editor 1.30, which was designed exclusively for use with FSX. The following improvements have been made: 1. All commercial and GA aircraft will park at their assigned spots. All gates for all airlines are included. 2. The vehicle paths have been redesigned, which should eliminate the problem of airport vehicles using taxiways, which can cause taxiing airplanes to come to a standstill and cause traffic to back up. 3. When in tower view, the view will be from the roof of the control tower, thanks to Airport Design Editor. 4. Crosswind runways have been activated, which will open more runways to airline traffic. This is an optional feature, and will be explained in the Readme file. 5. Several fuel trucks have been added, and should serve departing aircraft quickly. 6. Settings have been changed in ADE so that all jetways will display as long as Scenery Density in FSX is set at Normal or higher. Please be aware that this scenery is for use with FSX only. It will not work with FS9.

Advanced Radar System 4 (ARS4)

File Description: This gauge has been developed for FSX Flight Simulator SP1 or SP2. It has also been tested with Microsoft Acceleration also, but compatibility is not guaranteed by the author. This new Advanced Radar System (ARS 4) includes significant new features, functions and displays for FSX AI traffic. The new key features are: 1)AI traffic display for air targets and boat/ship targets. 2)Auto landing on carrier if the carrier is part of the scenery MECOPS. 3)Allows switching between air target display and boat target display. 4) Provides for air and boat display to optionally insert airport and/or basic terrain display on the screen. 5)Different screen presentations for air and boat targets. 6)Simplified installation procedure. 7)The A2A re-fuel function remains the same as in the ARS2 version. 8)The auto tracking function remains the same as well as in the ARS2 version. All displays for air, or boat/ship traffic, can be selected in a range of 5, 10, 20, and 40 miles. For installation and additional information look at the ARS4 documentation inside the zip file. Orbiter *.msh File Export / Import Tool for Gmax and 3DSMax v1.2

File Description:
Version 1.2 of the .msh file export/import tool for gmax and 3DSMax. New in this version:

• reorganised the 3 scripts into one script defining 2 utilities with their own rollouts, feature for saving to a file or dumping to Listener is now selectable through radio buttons, the script should now be placed in the scriptsstartup directory of gmax/3DSMax and can then be used via the MAXScript rollout in the Utilities tab
• grouped objects are now exported correctly, group objects are skipped, also nested groups should work
• all objects with transparent materials assigned (opacity < 100) are now placed at the end of the mesh file
• new feature for rotating the mesh by 90 degrees around x on import/export this makes it easier to edit models in gmax, especially ground scenes
• fixed a problem on importing meshes that don't specify normal vectors
• made import more stable towards meshes that don't 100% conform to the .msh format
• external tool "GMaxMshGrabber" for grabbing the .msh file output from the MAXScript Listener window to a file is now part of the package
