Textures for Lockheed R7V-1/C-121J by Team 1049 - Roland Berger, Volker Boehme, Manfred Jahn, Luis Pallas, Bill Tyne and Stefan Werner. Repainted by Manfred Meyer.
A working installation of the G and H Super Constellation packs (L1049H.ZIP, L1049GZIP and r7v-1.ZIP)is required, use the 1049vc_rf model for this textures!
This aircraft was built 1953 as a R7V-1 BuNo 131643 for US Navy (c/n 4144) and 1960 redesignated as C-121J. Serving whis the Point Mugu Missile Range it was known as the "Ole Blue from Point Mugu". 1974 withdrawn from use and stored at Davis Monthan, she was sold in May 1981 to William "Winky" Crawfords Northern Peninsula Fisheries Corp. and reg. N4247K for hauling salmon in Alaska. After modification work to civil freighter in 1987 the Connie went to World Fish & Agriculture Inc. Cold Bay Alaska, another Crawford Company. Now it was the plan to hauling thunafish from Palau Island to Nagoya in Japan. It was intend to carry 38 000 lbs of fish per trip but only 33 000 lbs were practial. But the contract could not be fullfiled because no high grade AVGAS was available at Nagoya. The aircraft has to carry return fuel in drums, which reduced the payload further to only 15 000 lbs.
Only a few roundtrips were flown in 1988 and then the Connie was impounted and stored at Manila apt. due to lawsuit actions with the contractors. She remains abandonded in open storage at Manila until 2014 as the Quantas Museum from Australia bought her in auction for spares.

Brevoort airstrip and the BAF-3 radar it serves is on Brevoort Island, off one of the southeastern tips of Baffin Island and 140 miles east of Iqaluit. This scenery includes the BAF-3 buildings on the hilltop and those on the airstrip below, plus the roads connecting them and down to the beach landing area on the rocky coast. This scenery is made for the FSGenesis 76m terrain mesh for northern Canada, and there will be a repost of all my northern Canada airfields to suit this; I cannot think now why I never installed this mesh before. The AI reflects the use of civil airlines for resupply and transportation of personnel. Given the terrain the wind should be from the north so that ai lands using the 02 runway. Landing from the north will involve a terrain clash while take off towards the north will not as the climb out clears the hilltop. The video shows the 600 foot cliff at the runway threshold and an Air Tindi plane on the apron. Cartwright CYCA is on the Labrador coast and has been posted by Flight Ontario as part of their Goose Bay and Labrador Regional Airports sceneries. The nearby LAB-6 radar site is included here, connected to CYCA by an extended road. The site uses the same buildings as Brevoort and Saglek (posted recently) and although I have included them here as separate sceneries the contents can be placed in the same folders as Saglek with a saving in duplicated textures. The textures here are more accurate than Saglek so say yes to over-write; a downloader with personal experience of Brevoort noted that in reality they are lighter.

Googly scenery for MNPC Puerto Cabezas - a small international
airport in Nicaragua for which no facilities are provided in Microsoft Flight
Simulator 2004. These scenery files create the airport and add taxiways, aprons,
buildings and other airport features, so that you and your "AI" traffic can land,
taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner.
The airport, with its new Rigoberto Cabezas terminal opened in 2000, serves the
city of Puerto Cabezas and is surrounded by beautiful beaches and lush scenery.
Unfortunately, the country of Nicaragua has been embroiled in civil unrest almost
continuously since it became an independent republic in 1838, most of which is funded and fuelled by other countries seeking to interfere with Nicaragua's politics. For this reason, the country has no national airline or international flights of its own - the major powers refuse to accept its currency - and commercial traffic is confined to local flights operated by small craft from adjoining countries like those of Atlantic Airlines de Honduras and TACA Regional.
Fortunately, in Flight Simulator you do not need to worry about world politics
and you will be assured of a "virtual" welcome when you call in here. Please
say a small prayer for world peace when you do.
The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high-detail satellite
imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the added
airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects
and add-on libraries so will not look exactly like the real thing.
You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries,
but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine,

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of North American T-6G F-BJBF, 1970. Originally built as 41-33931 (c/n 88-14948), it went to the RAF as EX959. It was used by the 20 Service Flying Training School in Rhodesia from January 1943 onwards. After the war, it was transported back to the UK, where it was sold to the Belgian Air Force, where it became H-9. It flew from Brustem until 1959. The Belgian Air Force then sold it to Air France, with 14 other Harvards, for use at its flight school in Pontoise Cormeilles en Vexin, west of Paris. It flew with Air France until 1965, when it was sold to Mr Urbain of Cannes, who flew it in bare metal with a checkered rudder until 1971. This is the paintscheme depicted here. It then went to the UK, becoming G-AZJD. It remained based at Biggin Hill until 1984, when it went back to France as F-AZDU, being bought by Guy Robert, a former Mirage pilot who recieved his training in the '50's on a Harvard in Marocco. In 2001 it was sold to John Colors SL in Barcelona, but it retained its French registration of F-AZDU. It is still airworthy, based at Sabadell in Spain. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij N.V. (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines), known by its initials KLM, is the flag carrier airline of the Netherlands. KLM's headquarters is in Amstelveen near its hub at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. KLM operates worldwide scheduled passenger and cargo services to more than 90 destinations. It is the oldest airline in the world still operating under its original name. The merger of KLM with Air France in May 2004 created Air France-KLM, which is incorporated under French law with headquarters at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Both Air France and KLM continue to fly under their distinct brand names. Air France-KLM is part of the SkyTeam alliance.
KLM's livery is painted on TDS's Boeing 737-700 model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). After my initial work on the Project airbus A318 (V1.2) and on the project Airbus A319 (A319 Special Version V2), I present my special version of the Project Airbus A318 Version 2, which includes many improvements and new features.
The instrument panel has been adapted of the Stefan Liebe work, on which I have added many changes. I created a vertical navigation gauge (VNAV gauge) which manages automatically the climb of the aircraft like a FMC (it can be work in several stage), with pre-programmed data according the weight of the aircraft and the altitude. The autopilot is constant MACH, with a transition altitude of 25000ft, thus avoiding the risk of overspeed. The ND will display information page in real time on the flight plan, an information page on the destination airport and display the radar map of the terrain, with AI traffic in real time.
All instruments are active in the VC and 2D panel. The instruments were completed by a multitude of small details. I have improved the autolanding function, with a soft landing (rounded). There is a complete operating manual in PDF format, in English and in French. Of course, TOGA mode and Autobrake mode works. Only compatible with FSX SP2 or Acceleration. See the readme file and the user manual for information and copyright. This version is also a big upgrade on the A318 special version 1.0 and 1.2. This is not an update, but a new aircraft. Ft. Worth Alliance Airport opened in 1989 and was billed as the world's first purely industrial airport. It is located around 14 miles North of the central business district of Ft. Worth and is also nearby the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (KDFW). The airport serves general aviation, corporate jet, cargo, and military air traffic on a daily basis and it's proximity to the Texas Motor Speedway (only a few miles) brings extra dense traffic on race weekends. The airport is home to the American Airlines 777 and 767 maintenance base, FedEx Southwest Regional Sort Hub, Bell-Helicopter Training Center, DEA Air Operations Center and DynCorp International. Sadly the American Airlines maintenance base is set to close at the end of 2012 but is being kept alive in FSX!
This scenery features custom 3d buildings and objects bringing you a very accurate rendition of Ft. Worth Alliance Airport. Requires FSX Acceleration for the all scenery objects to display correctly.
