File Description:
Simferopol Airport UKFF, Crimea serves the Capital of Crimea. In 2015 it served more than 5 million passengers. Since the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation it has only been used for flights to and from Russia.
However one of the great things about a simulator is than you can fly to and from anywhere, whenever you want.
As usual I have used ADEX to rework this airport. Google Earth for measurements. Charts for parking sizes and positions.

| Nigeria Airways 1998 AI Flightplans |

Unfortunately, between the early 1990s and 1998, Nigeria Airways had drastically reduced it's European network, ending service to places like London and Amsterdam and disposing of most of the A310s and DC-10s. Flights to Dubai were now on a charter basis, with the DC-10 only doing a LOS-KAN-JED route once per week. The DC-10 also did maintenance in MIA, so I included a ferry flight there but it usually sits in Lagos unused. A single PW-powered A310-200 and a DC-10-30 were doing the longhaul flights while the A310s and several 737-200s were flying around Africa. There were 3 A310s stored; 2 in Lagos and one impounded in BRU(to become a cafe in 12/99) with none in flying conditions. I have them sitting idle in LOS as in real life, but since they were not in flying condition, they only do a touch and go landing once per week in the middle of the night. I will give them proper parking spots when I do the LOS ADEX eventually, but delete them if you wish. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Repaints are in the Avsim library, filenames included. | Cedar Lake Logging Camp |

After flying my first real life solo flight I decided to celebrate by making a fun scenery for flightsim. Cedar Lake Logging Camp was designed to be a great destination for Northern Ontario (Canada) Bush pilots. It is situated northwest of Dryden. It has one 1800 foot gravel runway with trees on both sides for challenging approaches and takeoffs, a helipad and a dock for float operations (visible). There are several cabins on site as well as a hanger and fuel station on the gravel apron. There is a fuel barge and cargo crates by the float docks. For the bush atmosphere there are several deer in the area, a tractor pulling a mower by the runway, and two static aircraft (a Piper Cub by the hanger and a Cessna 185 on floats at the fuel barge). An AI aircraft is integrated into the file as well - the piper cub flies to Red Lake in the morning and to Dryden in the afternoon. There is also an integrated AFCAD file so the camp will show up in the flight simulator database and in the GPS. There are 5 starting locations including the runway ends, 2 parking spots on the apron, the helipad, and beside the dock. I hope you enjoy this as much as I will.

Coffs Harbour Regional Airport (YSCH) FS2004

Coffs Harbour airport, located roughly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the East coast of Australia, is owned and operated by Coffs Harbour Council. They took over the airport in the early nineties and after a massive expansion plan including widening the runway to handle jets up to a Boeing 767 and building a new terminal at a cost of $4 million dollars. This terminal was opened in November 2000 and should handle the expanding traffic for the next 10 years. At present over 200,000 passengers pass through the terminal.
The scenery re-creates the entire airport for FS2004 including the new terminal, old terminal, all of the ga hangars, flying school, airport tower and many more structures. All modelling was carried out using textures from photographs taken on site to ensure an authentic result. In addition the harbour at Coffs Harbour has been modelled as well as Mutton Bird Island that was missing completely in the default. To conserve frame rates the harbour has not been fully detailed but is accurate in placement and looks realistic on an approach to runway 21.
AFCAD file and traffic tools file is included to populate the airport with additional AI traffic. Also contains three sample flights, which can be selected from the flight simulator select flight menu.

Depart Kabul (OAKB) runway 29, Afghanistan and arrive 1 hour 10 minutes later at Herat (OAHR) runway 19, Afghanistan. A flight entirely within Afghanistan that skims mountain tops and travels through valleys. Set January textures and see for yourself the wild and rugged nature of this country. A VFR finals is featured (hand holding instructions given). The flight briefing (Word and text) is for a B737-400, it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

File Description:
A real flight plan from Singapore to London. The Captain of this 747 400 Qantas flight QF31, very kindly gave me a copy of his flight plan when I was on my way back from a trip to australia in December 2004. We took off at 0430 local time and arrived in London at 1030 local time (GMT) the same day. The flight took around 14 hours so you might want to speed up your simulation! For ultra realism I suggest using PMDG's 747 400 with Qantas livery. Take off weight and the actual SIDS and STARS used are included in the file. Happy Landings!
