N225DL - White fuselage/wings with Green/Lime stripes. Fictitious registration number. This is a design based on an old picture of a Piper Arrow III I found on the internet. Enjoy!
This is a repaint of the superb Just Flight PA-28R Arrow III. It was created using the Paint Kit included with the commercial release of the product. It is only a repaint an will not effect any aspect of the simulator, aircraft performance, your PC or any other electrical item you may own in your home.
*** you need to have Just Flight PA-28R Arrow III installed prior to adding in this skin. This is ONLY a repaint.

File Description:
U-Land was a short-lived Taiwanese MD-80 operator who had the designation of being the first Low-Cost-Carrier in Asia, while oddly enough being owned by Swiss interests. The airline operated a few domestic routes with high frequency in most cases but fell victim to the Asian Financial crisis of 1997 in addition to running into issues over flight safety and the airline was gone by the year 2000. AIA MD-80 U-Land Airlines by Houting Chiang on Avsim as "aimd82ula.zip". Flightplans by Chasen Richardson as part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya N.A.B-25J-25 Mitchell FAU-156"Charrúa",ex USAF 44-30729 of the Grupo de Aviación No.3(Bombardeo).11 B-25J were adquired in 1949 and after some training time at Palmdale, the planes were flown in ferry flight on 05/22/50 to Montevideo-Uruguay arriving at destination on 06/10/50. Model by the MAAM team, Bill Ranbow, Jan Visser, Fred Banting and Rob Young. Repainted by Daniel Nole.FAUsim http://fau510.webs.com/. In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware B-25J 'Briefing Time' installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

FSPause is a small utility to set pause in FS on conditions like latitude,longitude,altitude,speed or distance to a waypoint.
This new version offer logging and screenshots functions.
You can log main data on a csv text file.
You can import a Flight Simulator plan and merge it with the log file to print a flight plan report.
You can take automatic screenshots of FS screens and automaticaly change the angle of view periodicaly, disable rotation for some types of view, rename screenshots files with a filename including airports or waypoint name
Can be used on another computer with widefs.
You will need dotnet framework 1.1 and FSUIPC 3.x.

The heliports and towns of Narsaq Kujalleq, Nanortalik, Alluitsup Paa, Qaqortoq, Narsaq, Gronnedal and Arsuk, in detail.
The settlements of the Egaliko Fjord in Southwestern Greenland, in detail.
Three fishing camps with floatplane and helicopter access.
Basic airport buildings at all other airports in Western Greenland.
Several flights with manually edited flight plans and diverse and changing
weather and day/night conditions. All flights have html briefings.

Complete package includes aircraft, panel, and sound. Install program for easy setup. This is a very accurate representation of the L-049A Connie in the late 1940's, but in other liveries that flew into the 1960's. Details include accurate flight dynamics, full fuel distribution panel, flight engineer's panel, high quality texturing, and many others. This version 1 does not contain a VC, which will be added in a later release.
This model and its associated files are designed to be used in FS9 only. Use of this model is not supported or intended for any other version of MS Flight Simulator.

File Description:
This scenery file is focused around the fictitious city of Kaafcyte, Nevada. Pretty much what I did was just started up the sim, found a little island, added an airport, and then placed a whole buncha scenery objects (80 in all) to depict a small city and airport. The airport has 2 runways, one paved and the other water, and some parking slots with a helipad. This is a good place to begin a bush flight to the adjacent mountains. The ciy includes a hospital, fire station, apartment buildings, a post office, a shoping center, fast food joints, homes, a power plant, power towers, phone poles, a port with crane, dock and static ships, campers, a hotel, and a conveinence store!
