Revised East Vancouver Islands - compatible with vicenh05

File Description:
These files are a revision of the default Vancouver Island shorelines and landclass textures from Chemainus to Campbell River, British Columbia. Included are the islands from the Southern Gulf Islands to Texada Island and inland to Cowichan Lake. Most of the smaller lakes within 20 km of the shoreline have been redrawn as well. In this version shorelines have been revised to match Jon Patch & Holger Sandman's vicenh05.zip. As well major corrections for the shorelines in LOD5 area 117-114, Comox, have been made so that the shorelines now conform to the 38.2m mesh and to Vern Opperman's CFB - Comox version 042. Shoreline types are changed to look more like the Pacific Northwest courtesy of Holger Sandman's who made his shoreline textures for vicenh05 available. Also in this version no roads are included since complete British Columbia roads in bcroadsys.zip are now available.

Tutorial: working with Textured Polygons in SBuilder

File Description:
The third Tutorial using Sbuilder. This one looks at using Textured Polygons to create airport ground features. It uses the project file created in the first tutorial as the basis and replaces the land class runways and airfield with ones made using textured polys. I also cover flattens and a bit about creating slopes. All feedback and suggestions much appreciated. Support available at www.scruffyduck.plus.com

Mumbai (VABB) with Active Crosswind Runways (v3)

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 for Chhatrapati Shivaji Int'l Airport, Mumbai, India. This AFCAD file is for the default FS2004 airport and has been built from scratch. The airport has concrete taxiways, remodelled aprons and full night lighting, including approach lights on all runways. All gates and cargo ramps have airline assignments. Using the crosswing runway technique, both runways can be used at the same time for take-offs and landings. Runway 14 features a holding area/turning loop, making aircraft turn arounds easier on that runway. The domestic terminal features 35 aircraft stands, the international terminal has 24 stands (18 for 747 sized aircraft) and the cargo ramp has 9 stands (all capable of holding cargo 747s). If you have lots of traffic flowing through Mumbai, this file will bring your airport to life. New in this release, Taxiways updated slightly to avoid AI jams, and now aircraft landing on runway 14 will no longer halt eastbound takeoff operations by taxying along runway 09 to get to the terminal.
