Dauntless Concept Turbo Prop

File Description:
This is the Dauntless D1 Experimental Turbo Prop Sport Plane. This is a composite design study featuring seating for a total of 8 passengers, contra rotating props, a single Pratt and Whitney turbine for propulsion, retracting landing gear, opening sky stair, virtual cockpit, illuminated instrumentation when in VC mode, wheel chaulks and pitot cover flags with 'Wing Fold' command, and data on flight and the custom panel layed out in the Manual. This package comes with two complete color schemes of either browns or blues including interior fabrics. Also note two variations of prop models, one being the new experimental sub-sonic. Chase View Window in Cockpit View - Panel Icon addon

File Description:
Chase View - Panel Icon addon. This icon addition to your panel will bring up a small "Spot/Chase View" window while you are still in Cockpit view. All normal Spot View commands such as changing the view will be shown in this window while you are still in the cockpit! Great for parking and push-back situations and for verifying that your landing gear is down etc. etc.. The gauge is provided by Barry Blaisdell of Premier Aircraft Design. He has kindly granted permission for it to be included in this package which has been compiled by David "Opa" Marshall. A setup for the default b737-400 Panel is included. Just unzip to a temporary directory (using folders option) and follow the simple instructions.

New Pilatus PC-12 P&W Sound Pack

File Description:
This Sound was especially made for the AFG-Pilatus model (and to test my 5.1 PC-soundsystem). It is an interpretation of the Pratt&Whitney Turboprop engine used in PC12's. Now at low rpm's you hear that typical rattle-roaring noise which goes over to a suctional whizzling sound of the turbo-booster, taking air to the several compressors, when rpm's rise and so does the power (of the sound). My goal was also to find some relaxing, stimulating sound enhancement between inside and outside the plane, for cruse and landing operations. After many testing-sessions I think: from starting procedure to final shut down and till lingering sound of the turboring, it got pretty cool....just try it.

File Description:
AFCADv2 (FS2004) for EGLL London Heathrow, 2005, Default scenery, as per AIS document (Dec 04). Changes from Default version:---Most gates assigned, taxiways renamed as per AIS document (Dec 04). Taxiways A and B re-aligned to prevent aircraft hitting buildings as was the case before with the default AFCAD. Terminal 3, pier 6 changes added too. New Terminal 5 parking spaces added (10 spaces) and ramp areas as per AIS document (Dec 04). Closed taxiways addded to tidy up taxiway lighting. RWY 09L/27R for Landing, 09R/27L for takeoff. The flight of Frigate Bird II

File Description:
By 1951 the final ocean to be traversed for air travel was the South Pacific between Australia and South America. On 13 March 1951 Cpt. P.G. Taylor set off from the flying boat base at Rose Bay in Sydney with a crew of four. They made a shakedown flight to Grafton, NSW, landing on the Clarence River, and next morning headed east for South America. Stops were made at Noumea; Fiji; Samoa; Cook Islands; Tahiti; and Mangareva, French Oceania and then Easter Island before arriving in Valparaiso on 26th. March 1951. The aircraft was subsequently presented to Captain Taylor by the then Prime Minister, Sir Robert Menzies, in recognition of the first air-crossing of the South Pacific Ocean and other pioneering flights.

Kona (PHKO)

File Description:
An AFCAD2 for the Kona Int'l At Keahole airport, Hawaii. Features assigned gates for all serving airlines. A ramp for Interisland traffic is in the center of the airport, whilst all other airlines are placed on either side. Runway lighting has been upgraded, and a fictional high speed runway exit has been provided for those aircraft landing on runway 17. Cargo ramps for serving carriers FedEx and UPS are provided on the south ramp, along with 2 hangar parking ramps for Hawaiian Airlines aircraft maintenance. Finally, GA parking can be found at the very south end of the airport, and can accomodate a variety of GA aircraft. This file is for the Kona scenery (konav3.zip) by Bill Melichar. Enjoy!!

Alternate Files for GA C-46 Commando

File Description:
The original release of the C-46 was produced by a team of talented people. As the plane's original creator, these alternate files represent my favorite configuration that I use when flying the plane. Feel free to use these or the original files; mix and match as you like. Contains an updated model file with my original crew, enlarged main wheels and correct landing gear, an edited panel.cfg file including modified view angles to the outside from the crew and passenger positions, and new contact points for the aircraft.cfg file. Requires the original file (c46ga.zip) to be installed first. I hope you like them as much as I do. Please make BACK UPs of your original files so you can use the version you want.

World Challenge Guyana

File Description:
This challenge picks up where the Eastern Venenzuela left off at. This time which aircraft you pick matters, Because you will keep the same aircraft until you reach Brazil. Its a three country swing challenge. Here in Guyana watching your flight level matters big time, some places have will have you taking off from a flight level of 554ft and trying to climb to a flight level of 2400ft just to clear the mountain rigde ahead without smacking it the side of the mountain. or trying to slow yourself down in time to keep from sailing off the end of the landing strip right off the edge of a cliff. A Navigation Log comes with your flight plan that I have included.
