| Hope Airfield - CYHE (FSX) |

File Description:
Nestled in deep wilderness at the base of the Cascade Mountains, Hope sits on a wide sweeping curve of the Fraser River. Fly north of Hope and follow the Fraser River through the Fraser Canyon. Fly west through the pass to Harrison Hot Springs. This scenery was compiled from satellite images and photographs of the area. Acreages north of the field have been re-done. The lumber operation to the northeast is all new. All scenery objects are sourced from FSX Deluxe. Incidentally, Hope is the longest grass airstrip in Canada. You have a lot of room for a soft landing. VANCOUVER PLUS is required for this scenery to work.

File Description:
This is an updated model of Dave Eckerts' Eclipse, the source file of which I obtained from his website. With his permission and help, I have added animations including a female pilot and female passengers.
Included in this file are two texture sets, one for British Airways and a fictional airline, Helandair. It has all the other usual animations and landing light effects. Much help was also given by John Cillis who provided me with the .air file and info on the virtual cockpit. The model uses the default Learjet gauges and sounds, so you should have no probelems. I have given this airport a total makeover designed with the latest version of ADE(v1.37) and made only for the FSX default airport: one file with the Crosswind rwy activated and in full operation, now activated by ADE where both rwy's will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default rwy operation: the holdshort problem at rwy 13 (ANG side) is now fixed, assigned parking with extra parking, new control tower, new cargo buildings, extra fuel trucks, lighted helipad, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other improvements, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation
