| Fulton Seaplane Base |

File Description:
Fulton Seaplane Base is Located 02 miles N of Sebastian, Florida, business district in Ballard Cove and inlet along the east coast of Florida bordering the Atlantic. If learning to fly seaplanes this is a great base to fly into because it is very forgiving. The scenery was made with Instant Scenery and ADE9X. I added Seaplane dock, static seaplane, a medium marina, Resort Hotel, and estates to make landing here more interesting. The real Seaplane base does not have docking for seaplanes/float planes. Also, I added an NDB (Non-Directional Beacon) or ADF to help you locate the seaplane base.

ADE9X rework of freeware LTBA 2008 v1.21 by Gokhan Bayrakdar (ltba_2008_v1.21.zip). Features: Runway 06/24 renumbered 05/23 (WEF 30JUL10) and stretched, revised approach code including new approaches for rwy 05/23, rapid exits E2, E3 & E6 added to runway 05/23, taxiway network updated with current designators & taxi signs, parking sizes & codes revised, 2nd tower frequency corrected (118.57MHz), tyre marks on TDZ for runways 05/23/18L/36R (runway 18R/L closed for landing), and an experimental set of crosswind runway activations depending on wind conditions. Read carefully the readme for details & installation instructions.

File Description:
Specifically for the 2012 v2.
Added parking spaces to be used when static aircraft deleted (delete the parked aircraft bgl in the folder you put this file in).
Corrected airline names.
Expanded parking sizes.
Adjusted parking spaces so that airplanes are not crashing into buildings.
Some taxiways have been disconnected. This was done purposely to expedite the flow of arrivals off the outer runways and not have them bunch up after landing. This still occurs at high ai traffic settings though not as badly as without the taxiway adjustments.
Ramp areas have been given proper names.
