GC ANR Mission Pack

File Description:
This is a package of 18 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows plausibly historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical ANR (Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana) pilot from midwinter 1943/44 through to the end of the war in the spring of 1945. Two installers are included, one using mostly stock planes and the other using only 1% planes. Two italian Bf109s are also required, and may be found at the Groundcrew site (http://www.groundcrewdesign.com). Since the missions are flown using a nonstock nationality (Italy) you must also install the freeware Nationality Expansion Kit, which can be found at http://www.sim-outhouse.com.

GC Spitfire Wing Mission Pack

File Description:
This is a package of 26 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical spitfire pilot from midsummer 1942 through to autumn 1943. There are two versions of the install program. One installs missions which use default planes only. The other installs missions which use the 1% planes. Also included are multiplayer versions of a few of the missions which remove the long flights before the action.

GC Battle for Europe

File Description:
This is a package of 46 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows plausibly historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical American pilot who starts flying with the RAF in the autumn of 1941, then transfers to the USAAF to fly spitfires, thunderbolts and mustangs based in Britain. The pilot's tour of active duty ends in the summer of 1944. The story is very loosely based on James Goodson's experiences in the RAF and in the 4th Fighter Group, as described in his autobiography "Tumult in the Clouds". There are two installers, one for missions using mostly stock planes and the other for only 1% planes. For either version you must separately download and install the Bf110g2 from the Ground Crew site (http://www.groundcrewdesign.com) and Herbie G's B17g mollie, 3us_b_17g from the WWII bomber list at avhistory (http://www.avhistory.org/scripts/Downloads3/downloadMain.asp?WW2Bombers/3us_b_17g.zip). All of the other planes used in the 1% version are also available at avhistory. It is also recommended to install the Nationality Expansion Kit, available with the cfs3 utilities at http://www.sim-outhouse.com.

Douglas C-47A 'OY-BPB'

File Description:
A free add-on for MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 CD owners requires a previous installation of that package in FS2004 before the self-installer will run. The photo-real model has many new features, including new engine textures, night-lit nacelles, 3-D propeller hub mechanisms, modern antennae array, and much more to duplicate the real OY-BPB. This aircraft, owned and operated by The Association for Flying Museums Planes/Danish Dakota Friends is based at Værløse, Denmark. The R4D/DC-3 CD may be obtained from www.maam.org. All sale proceeds support the restoration programs of the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, Reading, PA.

MAAM-SIM DC-3

File Description:
These are 24-bit templates on which to base repaints of the FS2004/FS2002 MAAM-SIM DC-3 available from Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. They cannot be used with the default FS2004 DC-3. This is not a 'paint kit' as such, as the original MAAM-SIM DC-3 bitmaps are partly photoreal. Rather, these are semi-finished templates on which to base further work. This initial package comprises bare metal and white top liveries for the base Passenger and Cargo DC-3 models in different variations, together with revised alpha channel templates. Simple instructions are included. These base textures reflect commonly found "background" configurations for many liveries, and will save repainters time by not having to get rid of the default colour schemes found in the original package before starting work. Please note that further templates will be issued to complement any future versions of the MAAM-SIM model. The intention is that those templates can be added to this base 'paintkit' folder, the methodology and basic instructions being similar for all paints. Where changes to the model invoke changes in texture mapping or other differences, this will be noted with each new package provided. PHOTO-REAL PANEL MODIFICATION FOR TEAM DC9 FS2004 PANEL This is a photo-real panel modification for the recently released DC9 panel by Team DC9 (Stellan Hilmerby, Matts Falck and Geir Olsen) All gauges are developed by the team mentioned above, I only have created new panel bitmaps and retouched a few gauges so they would fit better into this panel. I used the panel outlay originally created by Brian Shirota for FS98, the internal panel works is completely redrawn and based on actual cockpit and instrument photos of a SAS DC9-41.
