SoloTrek� XFV� is a new kind of flying vehicle from Trek Aerospace that transports an individual in a standing position, efficiently and quietly, at speeds up to 80 mph. Because it is able to take off and land vertically (VTOL), like a helicopter, SoloTrek� XFV� can easily operate out of extremely confined spaces. Unlike an airplane with long wings, it never requires an airport runway.

File Description:
New high-resolution (76-m) terrain mesh of 30,000 square km of southwestern British Columbia, covering a 4-degree longitude by 1-degree latitude transect from the mainland coast to Kamloops (N50-51, W120-124). This is probably one of the more spectacular regions of B.C. to represent in such vivid detail. Visit the Fraser and Stein River canyons, Princess Louisa Inlet, and the glacial lakes in the Pemberton area. Made from 50-m digital elevation data, resampled to LOD9 (76-m) horizontal spacing. Designed as an add-on to my LOD7 mesh of the entire province but can be used independently. By Holger Sandmann.

This 1.4 version has new updates such as GPS and digital fuel meter in the 3d Virtual cockpit! Also fixed the missing NAV2 radio. This is a fully functional panel for your favorite Boeing Airliner that has built in GPS, Radio and Throttle into the 2d panel too. Very easy to install. NOTES: V1.4 has everything V1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 have, but added the above mentioned updates. I have had lots of great feedback and welcome ideas/suggested mods. Procedures based on FAA Digital Aeronautical Information and current charts for cycle 0703 (15Mar-12Apr). All instrument departures and approaches are included with the departures either as published for use with ATC vectors or NOATC providing a route from the runway to the departure fix. Since there are no published STARS, I have included an option to select routing from one of the two primary arrival routes (RTE6 & RTE7) from the domestic US to the ILS10 FAF for flying without ATC. Arrival and depature tables are provided in the enclosed readme and the header of the text sidstar file to assist procedure selection. For PMDG only.

This set of files is a scenery enhancement for the Air Force Flight Test Center, Detachment 3, or AFFTC Det. 3, for short (more commonly, but erringly, refered to as "Area 51"). This package includes a faithfully reproduced digital rendition of the original area based upon the true footprint of the real-world airstrip near Groom Dry Lake, Watertown, Nevada.
This scenery is fully set up for all of your AI traffic needs, and is, I believe, the most accurate representation of the Groom Lake Facility to date. Enjoy flying the restricted skies of Dreamland Ranch! This package was designed for use with Flight Simulator 2004 ONLY.
