File Description:
Scenery for RAF Alconbury. The last flying units to be based here were the A-10A's of the 10th Tactical Fighter Wing and the TR-1's of the 95th Recon Squadron. Alconbury was opened by the RAF in 1938, and taken over by the USAAF in 1942. It is one of two bases that have been continually in U.S. service since World War 2.
There are two options for parking setups in this scenery - it is defaulted to A-10 operations, but you can swap out files to house the RF-4's of the 10th TRW and F-5E's of the 527th TFTAS; the Phantoms are available but there are no F-5 paints available yet.
Scenery is made up from several object libraries, details can be found in the readme.

| F100 Super Sabre |

File Description:
F100 Super Sabre v1.0 for x-plane 6.4-6.6 - Developed as a follow-on to the F86 used in the Korean War, the F-100 was the world's first production airplane capable of flying faster than the speed of sound in level flight (760 mph). Of the 2,294 F-100's built before production ended in 1959, 1,274 were -D's, more than all the other series combined. The -D, which made its first flight on Jan. 24, 1956, was the most advanced production version. Its features included the first autopilot designed for a supersonic jet and a low-altitude bombing system. The Super Sabre had its combat debut in Vietnam where it was used extensively as a fighter-bomber in ground-support missions such as attacking bridges, road junctions, and troop concentrations.

| KPAFAC(V-VS)MiG-15 No.20 177th IAP "Sabre Vs MiG" |

File Description:
MiG-15 No.20 of the KPAFAC(North KOrean Air Force) flew in 1950-1951 in the Korean War by the russian pilot Maj.Fomin with the 177th IAP(Fighter Aviation Regiment)of the 50th IAD(Fighter Aviation Division).The 177th IAP flew his first combat mission the 21/12/50 and the next day was credited with the first F-86A kill(49-1176 Cpt.L.Bach)shot down by the Cpt.Nikolai Vorobyev.Maj.Fomin was credited with the kill of the F-80C 645(51st FIG, 25th FIS)flew by Harrison Jacobs the 27-12-50.
The last victories of the 177th IAP were obtained the 03-02-51 and the tour of duty of the Regiment acomplished, the unit returned to Leningrad two day after.

Virgin Express are a smal low-fare airline operating out of Brussels National airport. They are part of the world-wide company, Virgin, created by Richard Branson. This Plane is a Boeing 737-300 registered OO-LTM. The plane started life with Air Provence as OO-LTM in 1991, it was then leased to Eurobelgium and then Transmed then back to Eurobelgium and then on to EBA Italy, then back to Eurobelgium, it was then re-registered F-GLTM with EBA Air Province and finaly it went to OO-LTM with Virgin Express. From late 1998 to early 1999 it was re-registered F-GMTM with Virgin Express France. Please enjoy this aircraft, IT COME WITH AN INSTAL SHEILD SO ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS A FEW CLICKS!!!

About 10 NM north of Lisbon City (Portugal) there is this beautiful, close to the Atlantic Ocean located Portuguese Airbase. The Alverca AB scenery goes along well with the Project Lisbon Photoreal PLPv3.2 scenery available at avsim. The included AI-Package contains: USAF Douglas C-47 Dakota and C-64 Skymaster, Breitling Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation, FAP (Forca Aerea Portuguesa) Lockheed C-130H and T-33A, Lockheed-Martin F-16C, North American F-86F, FAP and GAF (German Air Force) Nord-Aviation Noratlas and the new GAF British-Aerospace Eurofighter Typhoon. The above airplanes perform touch and goes at the local airbase per attched flightplan. This scenery was made with EZ-Scenery. No FSE or other payware is required.
