FS2004 Bell/Textron 430 Helicopter Louisiana State Police Updates
This package contains 2 revised texture sets for: N810SP & N918SP which are based here in Baton Rouge.
These fixes add the gold stripe on the tail and reflect the readjusted bottom
gold cheat stripe and a few more small tweaks that make the textures more accurate.
There is a well known member of the FS Community that is also painting up more LSP Bell430s.I believe that his will feature 430s from LSP Troop I,B and C.
Giving you all more N#'s to fly based on your preference of which Troop you want to fly for.So keep an eye out for more LSP Bell 430s in the near future!!

I am finishing up on a custom scenery to compliment these repaints.
The scenery will feature a large photoreal terrain area of the Independence Park area here in Baton Rouge wich houses on its grounds the following:
Louisiana State Police Headquarters,Louisiana Statepolice Training acadamy,various State Gov't offices such as Dept. of Motor Vehicles,Louisiana State Office of Emergency Managment,State fire Marshals Offices,e.t.c.....
The main Helipad is set up as a runway..rwys 9-27 which feature their own ILS systems with outermarkers,an NDB,Fictioal Airport Designation of 1LSP.Trees,Military Landing Zones,resturants,minmalls,gas stations along the perimeter,the main Fire House/Fire Station for that area.the Main branch of the Public Library and the big school bus transfer area on the west side.Street lights along the roadways,and much more.With minimal impact of FPS.
This will be a great add-on tool for the real LSP and AIr Med pilots who fly into this place everyday.Now you guys/gals can practice approaches in inclement weather conditions without fear of ruining a 5 million dollar chopper,all the while honing your IMC skills.
This scenery will integrate seemlessly with the upcoming release of KBTR v2.

I use in this package sounds recorded from real Huey. The result is very close to real one. To correct shutdown, press Ctrl+F1 to slow down RPM them cut fuel (real procedure). This folder contains a second repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of P-51D-20 44-63272 “Bad Angelâ€, flown by Lt. Louis Curdes of the 4th Fighter Squadron, 3rd Air Commando Group. He is one of a very few American pilots to have kills against each of the three major Axis powers, and I believe the only US pilot to display an American flag among his victory markings.
While serving in the MTO, Curdes downed several Fw-190’s, and one of the Macchi C.202’s he downed is now on display at the National Air & Space Museum in Washington DC. He was shot down over Italy and spent a short time as a POW before escaping. Because he was an escaped POW, he couldn’t fly again against the Germans for security reasons.
He was transferred to the PTO, and on February 10, 1945, during a sweep to Bataan Island, he saw a P-51 pilot parachute into the sea. Curdes circled around him to pinpoint his position to rescuers. While circling, he saw a USAAF C-47 that was preparing to land on the Japanese-held strip on Batan. The C-47 crew didn’t respond to repeated attempts at radio contact and, unable to shepherd the C-47 to safety, Curdes saw only two possibilities – first that it was a Japanese plane bearing false US markings (the DC-3 having been built under licence in Japan prior to the war), or it was a US plane whose crew was unaware the field had fallen to the Japanese. He therefore carefully shot out both engines, causing the plane to land in the sea. All 13 people on board the C-47 were rescued – and they were indeed Americans, including a nurse Curdes had previously dated. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

Bell P-63A-9-BE Kingcobra Soviet, Serial: 42-69721. Circa 1944. Painted over The B24 Guy's Overhauled P39D Stock Model. This aircraft is painted in the factory colors for delivery to the Soviet Union. The markings are that of the aircraft flown over the Bering Straight and to Alaskan airfields. File Description:
For Manfred Jahn's C-47 with Jan Visser's VVC, version 3.12 two repaint of DDA (Dutch Dakota Association) Classic Airlines. The PH-PBA is the only flying
DC-3/C-47 in the Netherlands at the moment. Hopefully joined by her sister (PH-DDZ) in the near future.
The 2012 livery is in the classic KLM livery. In 2016 the KLM terminated the sponsorship of the DDA, therefore the KLM titles were removed and replace with DDA titles and logo. Which is shown in the 2016 livery.

Besides the outside, the inside and the pilot's got a different look. Also added some more details, especially at the tires and gear struts.

Air.Australia is a small virtual airline. This file contains three separate texture folders which only differ in the aircraft reg tail letters. You must own a copy of the PMDG B1900D payware to use these textures. The 1900D was made for FS9, but I use it with FSX after following PMDG's conversion instructions on their website. I've provided the FSX aircraft.cfg entries here, but you will have to change a few lines to use it in FS9.
