Pre FS2004 Reminder

File Description:
Pre FS2004 Reminder. FS Rule #1 - provide maximum computer resources for your Flight Simulator environment! If you are like me, too often I forget to close unnecessary programs before starting Flight Simulator. This little addon utility, in the form of a simple batch file, will bring up a reminder screen, allowing you to close other programs and allowing you time to do so before it starts Flight Simulator. The batch file uses an old MSDOS popup utility from the early 90's (by Robin Latham) which works just fine in Windows XP. This utility may be used in conjunction with Geoffrey Schreiber's fine Splash Screen Randomizer. Tested in Windows XP home edition and FS2004 only.

Westward repaint of Flight1 PC-12

File Description:
This is my first attempt at a actual repaint of a real airplane. It came out rather good if I say so myself. It is still a learning process. Request for repaints should go to http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=11356&PN=1 There are a few people doing them now, so hopefully one of us should be able to do it. Just keep in mine it does take some time to do the more difficult ones. Lines and number changes on a white plane can be done faster... This is a reworked version. The first one had a small painting eror on it. Just reistall it and it will over right the old one..

UK Farm Strips Vol 3

File Description:
UK Farm Strips Scenery containing a further 20 private landing strips, all located within, and compatible with, the VFR GM Photoscenery coverage and prepared using the VFR Terrain Mesh. All strips reflect the topographical nature of the fields, so that users may experience the challenge of taking ofF from, and landing on, sloping runways. This scenery is not compatible with FS2002, or earlier versions. This third volume requires the presence of Vol 1 and Vol 2, since it uses objects provided with these initial versions, as well as a few additional objects. Farms in this volume are spread across the counties of Beds, Cheshire, Gloucs, Hamps, Herts, Herts, Kent, etc. Statics now include a number of Microlights.

Northwest Orient Airlines Boeing 727-200Adv

File Description:
Repaint for the Vistaliners 727-200Adv Northwest Orient Airlines circa 1981 Textures only. N251US was delivered to Northwest Airlines on October 10, 1968 serving as a workhorse with the airline until June 1, 1994. This model represents the aircraft in the early eighties slightly weathered. N251US was sold to Captial Air Express then unto AeroTour Dominicana and finally Air Dabia in 1997. This is a very special aircraft which started my love for aviation. After much research, this is the same aircraft that I traveled upon for my first airplane flight when I was twelve years old at that time. I flew from Philadelphia to Minneapolis in August 1981 to visit family with my grandmother.

FS2004 Scenery-Craig Municipal Airport v1.5 (IATA: CRG, ICAO: KCRG) is a mid-sized facility for personal aircraft and small commuter planes located 8 mi (12.9 km) east of Jacksonville, Florida, United States. The airport has a control tower and handles 400-500 aircraft operations daily. Craig Municipal Airport serves Jacksonville and Duval County and is owned by Jacksonville Port Auth. The airport has more than one runway. The longest is a paved runway extending 4007 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 42 feet. THIS DOWNLOAD CORRECTS ALL REPORTED ERRORS FROM VERSION 1. A start flight situation and GPS course is preloaded to guide you from Strip to Strip. VFR Photographic Scenery and VFR Terrain also must be installed.

Federal Air

File Description:
Flightplans for Federal Air of South Africa. Federal Air operates a number of shuttle and charter services from Johannesburg International Airport with daily departures to most of the private game lodges located in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, Kruger National Park, Madikwe Private Game Reserve and Northern KwaZulu Natal. These flightplans were created from their schedule for 2006 and are 91% accurate. Repaints for these aircraft are available here at Avsim. Search for the following files: "south_african_ga_pack_1.zip" and "south_african_colection_king_b200.zip" by Roberto Pontiggia. Please note that these flightplans uses the airstrips included in my "South African Small Airfields 1" package ("sa_af2_1.zip" available here at Avsim) and will not work without them.

Adria Airways Summer 2006 v0.2

File Description:
Adria Airways, the airline of Slovenia, is operating from its hub Ljubljana to many European cities like Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Munich, Ohrid, Paris, Podgorica, Pristina, Sarajevo, Skopje, Vienna, Zurich, Warsaw and non European like Moscow and Tel Aviv. The new summer destinations will be Tel Aviv, Kiev, Rome – Fiumicino, Barcelona – El Prat, Manchester and Birmingham, a total of 24 destinations with 398 flights per week. Adria operates with 3 Airbus 320-321 and 7 Bombardier CRJ-200LR. Adria Airways is a REGIONAL STAR ALLIANCE member since December 2004. Adria entered this membership with Croatia Airlines (Croatia) and Blue 1 (Finland). Due to recent changes in Adria`s timetable, there will be new FPs in March.

Italian Air Force Lockeed P-38L

File Description:
The Lockheed P-38 Lightning was one of the most prominent fighters throughout WWII in both major theaters of operation. P-38s scored some of the first victories in the Pacific Theater. In Europe, they often provided high-altitude long range escorts for bombers. The Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare Italiana) received from U.S.A.A.F., after the war's end, several used P-38 in various version (L / J / F-5), but many aircrafts were bought as 'metal' from U.S.A.A.F's scraps by A.M.I. and 'heroically' restored in flight condition by Italian technicians. Textures only for a P-38L, in 'A.M.I. 3rd Stormo' livery for payware 'Sky Unlimited Lockheed Aircraft P38 Vol.1'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.
