File Description:
Revised textures only for the Tornado GR.1s of the Royal Air Force allocated to RAF Bruggen circa 1990. These textures are a direct replacement for those included in the Retro RAF Bruggen package 'rafgetur.zip'.
The aircraft are in the grey/green camo scheme in which they were delivered with 'weathering' effects. The fine AI Tornado GR.1 model by Fernando Martinez is required. Please see the Readme for further details.

Mid-resolution (300-m) terrain mesh for the entire province of British Columbia (950,000 square km) and the Alaska panhandle southeast of N60 W139. Made from 250m-resolution source data without oversampling. Easy on frame rates and hard drive space. It transforms the rounded mountains of the default terrain mesh into a much more realistic representation of the diverse topography of this beautiful corner of the world. Experience the spectacular scenery between Vancouver and Atlin, Juneau and Fort St. John, and Mount Robson to Clayoquot Sound. Fourteen independent mesh tiles allow you to select the region(s) you like best. Several high-resolution add-on meshes will be uploaded separately. By Holger Sandmann. CFS2/Grumman TBM-1 Avenger MK-II JZ-456 RAF Fleet Air Arm 854 NAS - June, 1944. This paint was copied from an actual photograph taken just days after the D-Day invasion, over southern England. This aircraft was from the 854 NAS, operating out of Hawkinge on anti-submarine patrols under the Command of No 157GR Wing- RAF Coastal Command. Note fuselage Code Letters - 4P. For Squadron history, check readme. Painted over The B24 Guy's TBF Avenger. All Texture and Damage files included. By revev. Enjoy!

File Description:
In 1982 Australian businessman and aviation enthusiast Dick Smith opted to fly his new Bell Jetranger 206B III back to Australia from the Bell Helicopter plant at Fort Worth, Texas. Nobody had ever flown a rotary-winged aircraft solo across the Atlantic and nor had they flown solo around the world. Dick was to accomplish both feats in 1982/1983. This package represents Stage 1 of the round-the-world flight; from Fort Worth, across to the eastern seaboard of the USA, to New York, on into Canada, to Baffin Island, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Scotland and finally London, England, where Dick had a three-week holiday with his family before commencing Stage 2 - London to Sydney.
