Navy Joe Williams OLF is located in Meridian, MS and is approx 20 nm NW of Naval Air Station Meridian. Meridian NAS is home to Training Wing 1. TW-1 is comprised of VT-7 "Eagles" and VT-9 "Tigers" both flying the T-45C Goshawk. KNJW is used as an outlying field in order to take the traffic load away from NAS Meridian during periods of high density student training. This is the perfect place to practice your Field Carrier Landing Practice procedures as well as overhead approaches and emergency approach practice just like real student naval aviators!

Updated textures only for the payware Just Flight DC8 Jetliner series 10 to 40 with Service Pack 1 installed which changed the location of the windows. This file supersedes braniff_blue_-32.zip that is prior to the release of the Service Pack 1 update which changed the location of the windows. The photo used for reference was of a -62 series and this repaint reflects its "N" number. This is the first of the whole Jellybean color series that I hope to have uploaded in the near future. This is a complete redo of the AP and update to my previous version to reflect the shifting of Runway 8R/26L and associated taxiways 1100 feet to the East.
NOTE - If you have installed my KELPv0810 and saved your start positions, then this update will not change your start locations.
I used Google Earth for measurements, the current airport diagram, and info from the KELP website for current gate assignments.
Created with AFX and IS for FS9 ONLY to replace the default AP.
