| B-24J USAAF 380th BG/528th BS "Flak Fled Flapper" |

File Description:
This file contains a repaint for the payware Alphasim B-24 Liberator. "Flak Fled Flapper" was a B-24J that flew with the 528th BS/380th BG between june '44 and august'45. She flew 36 missions from Australia and another 42 from the Philippines. According to crew member George Grover the "Flapper" was a real person -- her name was Helene Chilton; she was an entertainer at Earl Carrol's nightclub in Hollywood. Joe Synar (Acft Cmdr) with several others went to Earl Carrol's; her picture was on the menu; they met her, and Joe took the menu with him to the SW Pacific area, where the artist (Dick Ebberson) drew her from the menu picture. A chaplain suggested there where no decorations on her so Joe had Dick put on two strings of beads! Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

File Description:
This B-24J-160-CO 44-40432 was produced at Consolidated's San Diego plant. It was assigned to the 529th Bomb Sqdn, 380th Bomb Group, 5th AAF, flying out of Darwin, Australia and Mindoro, Philippines. The "Queen" survived the war, having flown 95 missions and was broken up at Clark Air Base in 1948. Textures only, requires the original PAYWARE Alpha-Sim aircraft.

This aircraft was Flt Lt Pollock's "personal" aircraft before his flight under Tower Bridge but was not available on that day .XF442 is also available here on AVSIM . Repaint is for Alphasim's Hawker Hunter ( FS X ) and instructions for installing are included .

This is a repaint of the Justflight Vulcan as XL426 painted her current colors and owned by Vulcan Restoration Trust irl, a tone of Olive Drab Green and Grey Camo.
And with different tail emblems of both 617 and 9 Squadron, and the Vulcan Display Flight logo on the crew access door.
This livery is a more improved version of the stock XL426 Camo Livery that came with the base model. A
nd it matches with the real Vulcan XL426. This Requires the Just Flight's AVRO Vulcan B MK.2 Base Pack,
It is a must if you want to install this livery. Follow the instructions in the Readme txt file.

This is a repaint of the Justflight Vulcan as XM597, the Black Buck Six aircraft that participated in Operation Black Buck in 1982.
Assigned for a SEAD mission during the operation, commemorated with two mission markings and a Brazilian flag painted on the nose.
Latterly with 50 Squadron. it was delivered to the museum on 12 April 1984.This requires the Just Flight's AVRO Vulcan B MK.2 Base Pack, It is a must if you want to install this livery. This folder contains a repaint for the accu-sim version of the A2A B-17G Flying Fortress. #44-8846 was originally allocated to the 351st BG in Polebrook, but was bought by the French Insitut Geograpique National (IGN) for aerial survey work, flying as F-BGSP. It flew for a while in South Africa too, but came back to France as F-AZDX and flew with the Forteress Toujours Volante society until early 2010, most recently as 22960 'Pink Lady'.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by A2A.
