| Alaska Airlines "More To Love" Boeing 737-900ER |

Alaska's special "More To Love" paint scheme was launched to celebrate the merger between Alaska Airlines and Virgin America. Two aircraft feature this livery, an A321NEO, and N493AS, a 737-900ER. The livery was updated was updated in 2019 removing the Virgin America logo as the merger has progressed. Model developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio, features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson, with assistance from David Biggar. Master textures and paint kit by Kyle Schurb. Painted on the great TDS model. Enjoy!

| Anaktuvuk PAKP Runway and Taxiway Lighting in Alaska |

Anaktuvuk is in Alaska, and this posting adds proper runway and taxiway lighting to the scenery, as shown in the screenshots. There will be runway and taxiway lights visible during the day and at night there will be lit lights that properly illuminate the runway for landing, and at a lower level of brightness the taxiways. Put the bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your previous Anaktuvuk PAKP installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. Instal the Library objects once and for all by placing the CONTENTS of the Lighting Library scenery folder in your static objects scenery folder and the CONTENTS of the texture folder in the static objects texture folder (which is how I install scenery objects libraries). Alternatively, put them in the scenery and texture folders of your Add on scenery folder, or even in the main scenery and texture folders. They just have to be in related scenery and texture folders that are always active when FS9 is running. If you do all this and there are no textures to the lights then put the library textures into the Anaktuvuk texture folder too; FS9 has done some strange things while I was making scenery so I would never rule out a possibility.
There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Say thank you to Greg Putz for making the lighting.

Alaska Airlines was the launch customer of the 737-900, with its first delivery in 2001. Since then the fleet has grown to also include the newer 737-900ER variant, with longer range and ETOPS certification. This package contains three variations of Alaska's 737-900 fleet; N477AS which is a new -900ER with scimitar winglets, N306AS a regular -900 with winglets, and finally N305AS one of the first -900s ever built, but never fitted with winglets. All three feature the new updated Alaska livery. Developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS). Model features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. | DEW Line Stations for Alaska, Canada And Greenland |

File Description:
This scenery is meant to capture the essence of the Distant Early Warning (DEW) Line of radar and communications stations stretching from the Aleutian Islands in Alaska across the Northern shores of Alaska and Canada into Greenland. The package includes 78 of the DEWLine stations. The DEW Line served as the early warning system for North America during the years of the cold war. Many of the stations were built in the 50’s with others added in the 60’s, 70’s and into the 80’s. Most of these installations have now been closed. Many of the objects have been modeled from photographs. Where possible, site photographs were used to insure that the layouts were as representative of the sites as possible. They are, however, representations only.

In November 2013 Alaska released its fifth Disney themed airplane, named Adventure of Disneyland Resort and featuring characters from the Disney-Pixar film Cars. This was also part of a larger promotion for a new Disneyland attraction "Cars Land." Repaint of the default Ford Tri-Motor in "Star Air Service" livery. Founded in Anchorage, Alaska in 1932 until 1937 with a name and ownership change. Star Air Services flew three Fords, NC8410, NC8419 and NC9651. Company logo was a Large BarnStar with black & brown star on a orange circle. Repaint done by Mr. Garry J. Smith.

The Basix Cubs Livery pack is a simple porting of the liveries from the basic Carbon Cub included with Alaska, to the Carbon Cub DLX. The only artwork which I have modified are four interior (VC) textures for the "Bluebell" livery to make the interior parts blue instead of yellow. All other artwork is originally by Microsoft.
