Middle Brother Mt., NSW- TV tower

File Description:
On the mid-north coast of New South Wales, approximately half-way between Taree in the south and Port Macquarie in the north, are three mountains, named by Captain James Cook in 1770 when he navigated up the east coast of Australia. They are South Brother, Middle Brother and North Brother - the latter also known locally as "Laurieton Mountain". In the late 1950's - early 1960's, when rural television coverage was being introduced, a transmitter tower was placed on the summit of Middle Brother.As I come from that area I decided that it was time that Middle Brother had its tower placed upon it. So here it is. It's not an exact replica as it uses an embedded default FS2004 image, but at least you do not need any additional graphics.

File Description:
FS2004 Henry's Lake ID & Lakeview MT. http://www.ohwy.com/id/u/u53.htm EZ scenery requires FREE EZ scenery library. Henry's Lake Airport serves Lake, Island Park and Fremont County and is owned by the State Of Id, Itd Div Of Aero. The turf runway extends for 4600 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 6596 feet at a distance of about 3 miles from Lake/island Park/. I remember catching large trout here when I was young with my family. Over the mountain is Lakeview airport (also included MT46). LOWS 2006, W.A.Mozart Airport, Salzburg V.1.0

File Description:
The final version of W.A.Mozart Airport, Salzburg, Austria is now available. This scenery was designed in very close cooperation with IVAO/AT-Division and therefore main emphasis was made to accurate placing of buildings and airport facilities to achieve a "look and feel" of the airport as close to reality as possible.

The newly released version contains new ground textures based on aerial photos, reworked aprons and taxiways, reworked lighting system, additional buildings and static aircraft and vehicles. A modified AFCAD-file is included as well as libraries for the plants placed with Treeplanter 4.1. The project is entirely made in GMAX. A detailed manual is included and should be used prior to installation. Open file structure will support modifications for adopting the objects for FSX. Does not work with FS2002.

Russian Air Force Yak-52 (with large nose cone)

File Description:
This aircraft has been made primarily for AI purposes but actually also flies well as an ordinary aircraft. Ray Blake persuaded me to create two additional models for the Yak52 (4_GA_Yak52.zip uploaded in March 2008) which display a large nose cone with the existing two-blade prop, or the large nose cone and a three-blade prop. He kindly provided four new textures to accompany these two new models. You can either just load the whole new set into your existing FS9 aircraft folders and it will display as a single incorporated set of Yak52 aircraft, or if you want to merge the new models and textures into the Yak52 folder, an illustration of the folder arrangement is included for your guidance. The same paintkit (paintkit_4_ga_yak52.zip) is used for any of these models.

OTBD - Doha International Airport

File Description:
Here is my own reworked AFCAD for the default Doha International Airport, with considerably increased parking to cater for the expanding Qatar Airways fleet and the increase in traffic at this airport. I have included 18 gates for the heavies, 13 medium gates, and 25 gates for the smaller aircraft, aswell as 4 Cargo spots and a few additional parking positions. I have assigned some gates to specific airlines (mainly Qatar Airways and a few other airlines). I have also added an ILS frequency for Runway 16, aswell as realigned all taxiways and added lights to all of them for easier taxiing at night. This is not based on the real airport. For FS2004 use only. This AFCAD works best with the Airport Environment Upgrade v7 scenery, available here at AVSIM.

FIX - FS9, FSX Panel for Savoia Marchetti SM 79 (sm79_sp1.zip)

File Description:
FIXES PROBLEMS of a PREVIOUS RELEASE. This panel was created from original pictures and it is intended to be a good compromise between historical accuracy (see enclosed .jpg pictures) and the need to concentrate the most frequently used controls in one window. For this reason there are some differencies in gauges location from the VC provided with the aircraft. The most relevant are the addition of a small side panel to host light switches, and the location of the autopilot on the left of the cockpit. Since this SM 79 is one of the most beautiful freeware airplanes available (both graphic and dynamic models wise), to ease her usage a modern days navigation kit is also available. Uses original SM 79 package gauges plus some additional ones (included).

FS2004 Boeing 737 NG Super Duper Upgrade

File Description:
A Super Duper Upgrade for all AI Aardvark 737NG Models. This upgrade will add the following to aia 737NG models: compressing landing gear, animated thrust reversers, spoiler bays, XML controlled takeoff flaps and a new slimmer vertical tail to replace the original fat one! You don't get all these added features for free though, you may experience a slight FPS loss due to the small additional polygon load and XML coding. Includes replacement models for the following: 737-900ER, 737-900, 737-800, 737-800W, 737-700, 737-700W and 737-600. Also includes a fictional (at present) 737-600 with winglets. These models do not need new textures, they will work with textures made for the original ai aardvark 737 NG series models. Base Models only, includes no textures.

KMSP - Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl

File Description:
Building on the work of Carlyle Sharpe, this file set updates Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl Airport adding runway 17/35 along with other features. The west end of the airfield now has default buildings representing the facilities for Mesaba, Sun Country and Champion Air along with the west-end cargo-ops. Buildings have been removed from the runway 35 end of 17/35 as they were relocated to the L5 apron. This set includes a reworked set of approaches based in part on what was in the FSX default and also the work Jim Vile did for fs9 used here by permission and adjusted for FSX with a few additions. As a result the star runway technique is in use. Please consult the readme for proper operation. Additional airport detail scenery is also provided.

Alaskan Commuter #9: North Alaskan Skies 2002

File Description:
Enhancements to 50 land-based airports in Northern Alaska. Includes static aircraft and additional airport structures as well as easy to install landclass files. These landclass files add small villages and stands of conifers that blanket the surrounding areas. The experience can be further enhanced with autogen tree replacements by either Ed Truthan or Gerrish Gray (download separately). This will greatly improve the look of autogen conifers, and multiply their numbers significantly. The results are realistic approaches over thickly forested areas into bush airports with small nearby communities, and it is fairly gentle on frame rates. If you download this scenery, and if you are not using these replacement trees, I recommend (no, I insist) that you download one of those utilities now. Look for "conifers.zip" by Ed Truthan or "MSTrees2.zip" by Gerrish Gray.
