737NG Normal Procedures Non-APU version Download

After some input and ideas from a fellow FS2Crew pilot here is a non-APU version of my flow and checklist to even closer mimic real world OPs the way many big airlines operate in real life every day at big airports around the world where the use of APU is limited to only a short period of time a couple of minutes before engine start. I also (don't I always ;-)) did some other changes and what I think improvements since my last version so give it a try and see what you think! About fitting the list on 2 A4 pages when printing it from WordPad please set all your margins to 25 mm in WordPad and uncheck the option to print the page numbers. This time I will not ask the AVSIM Library Managers to replace my old version with this one since some of you might still want the version where the APU is used depending on what kind of flights you do and to what kind of airports. Instead this will be uploaded as a new and separate version. A flow/checklist for flying PMDG's 737NGX with FS2Crew Voice Edition. Did this mainly for my own use meaning the flow/checklist is adjusted for how I do my flying and with the addons I use like Aerosoft AES for example. Please also be aware this is not the kind of flow/checklist that includes all things you need to perform during a normal flight but instead you are expected to already have a general knowledge of both the NGX and FS2Crew. However I thought others might be helped by this too both newbies to get you going with the "flow" using FS2Crew but also for the more experienced users as a simple to print out and use memory note. It's also easy for you to change whatever you like to suit your own needs better since I created it in common rtf format using the standard Wordpad Windows application. I deliberately made it as compressed as possible leaving out stuff like all the answers to the checklists etc so it would fit on a single A4 sheet being easy to print and maybe also laminate if you like. Hope you'll enjoy it!

XP11 German Scenery EDHK 2018+ Kiel-Holtenau Download

The small Zip-file will include a link for scenery download, because the scenery file size is above 500 Mbyte. Just follow the link and download EDHK 2018. This is an "install and fly" version, everything you need is already included (*see info below) and I will continously update the scenery. The story, in November 2012 the German MFG5 (Marineflieger-Geschwader) was relocated to Nordholz (ETMN). This was the end of the main military use in the southern and eastern part of the airport. Because the German harbor city Kiel needs living space for their citizens, opponents of the airport tried to convince citizens and politics to close the airport and to create there living space instead. In 2018 the citizen of Kiel voted with a citizen’s decision with the result that the majority voted for the preservation of the traditional airport. Personally, I am very happy with this decision. On the area of the airport some companies are settled, their employees should be able to sleep a little better now. In addition, there will certainly be future investments in the airport due to the election results. Since the airport has been financially in the red for years, the operator of the airport, the Port of Kiel Flughafen GmbH & Co. KG has converted large areas of the airport as parking area. These parked vehicles are part of the constantly increasing cruise ship operations within Kiel, making it possible for passengers to safely park their vehicles for extended periods of time. The taxiways “A” and “D” of EDHK are no longer in operation. This was of course taken into account in my scenery. The access to this taxiway was marked as in the original by yellow "X". The taxiway lighting was also turned off there. The on-site Luftsportverein (LSV) uses above the runway 08/26 an individually marked grass runway (not official), I called it 08S/26S and it is for the winch launch of their gliders only. The size of this provisional winch runway is about 820x20m. A glider takeoff by towing aircraft is usually handled by the Runway 08/26.(*) There is no copyright infringement, since I have received all the needed permissions to use the listed objects/libraries full or in parts within my scenery, the same for the single objects or non-Library bound objects/elements. I got all these permissions in writing from each individual author/rights holder. Take the time and read the full, included descritpion, please. If you have question, ask me first!

Boeing 787-942 VIP-BBJ Download

File Description:
Boeing 787-942 Boeing Business Jet (VIP), AKA "DreamJet", is the Corporate version of this aircraft, modified for individual client specs. The range is extended beyond the normal 787-9 due to additional fuel tanks, a lot less payload weight, and more powerful and efficient engines. The Cabin Pressure is decreased to 6,000 ft, allowing for higher Flight Levels than normal. The tail number on this model can be changed to match the user's preference, since it is not apparent on the exterior (No Airline Call used on Private Aircraft). This is a huge aircraft and normally seats about 300 passengers, but there are only 48 (including Pilots/Attendants) on this plane. A lot of space remains for luxuries that are well beyond any Business Jet of any kind other than the 747 or A380. Some of these luxuries include automated beds that are hidden in the floorboard and activated by the attendants when requested, and each of these includes a privacy barrier. There is one Large Screen TV with stereo surround sound with theater seating in the fore section, and separate small screen monitors located at every assigned seat (including flight data relay of all positioning and aircraft data viewable). The kitchen is fully equipped with 935 lbs of various food and drinks, with one attendant being a Master Chef. There is a automated Dance Floor that can be activated in the theater area, after the seating chairs are automatically stored below deck. The crew also experiences luxury as the pilots have a twin-bed sleeping area with a private kitchen (2 sleep while 2 fly), as do the attendants (fore and aft upper deck) with twin beds and private kitchens. The aircraft is also more luxurious in that it has 6.000 ft of pressure continuous to 47,000 ft, and has a very low interior noise level. There are also many added safety features that provide for survival in the event of a mishap, making it possible to survive a water crash for several days through the use of 6 inflatable skiff-rafts with engines, radios, and supplies. All attendants are trained and certified Registered Nurses, and they have 25 lbs of medications and supplies stored in the aft. Some of these features add to the empty weight, so the MTOW is the same as a normal aircraft of this design for commercial use (the gear are also modified for these accommodations). Cyprus: Airfields plus landmarks and land class for all of Cyprus and AI Download

Cyprus, an island in the eastern Mediterranean. Without the benefit of Ultimate Terrain, which does not exist for Cyprus, the land class provided by FS9 stands out as hopelessly inadequate. I have added the extensive farmland and the larger towns and villages, plus the major roads. Four completely new airfields are included here, three in the north and one in the south. Ercan LCEN is in the north and functions as the airport for all of the north. It was recently closed for two years while a new terminal was built and the runway updated and an apron extended etc, and during that time Gecitkale LCGK functioned (barely) as the airport for the north. Gecitkale is now hardly used at all. The third northern airfield is Ilker Karter LCIK and this functions as the HQ base of the Turkish Army Corp in northern Cyprus. The last of the new airfields is Kingsfield LCRE, which is in the Sovereign Base area to the east of Larnaca and is now used for recreational purposes. Ercan is now undergoing further expansion with a new runway and a new terminal building and apron, so this scenery is for the period between 2010 to 2015. My set up of Cyprus already included a payware Larnaca by Aerosoft (now only 12 euros) plus a freeware Paphos, Nicosia, and Akrotiri; that was my starting point. Larnaca has been the major airport for Cyprus since the mid 1970's, with a huge tourist trade that peaks in the summer but which is year long (almost a million Brits visit every year, let alone the other nationalities). I have adapted this (gate sizes etc) to allow parking by a multitude of B737's and others. Nicosia is freeware (posted in 2010) and I have included modifications to reflect its now total disuse. Paphos is at the far western end of the island and freeware, and I have modified this to allow larger and military ai aircraft to function properly; the poster improved his first version to better cater for ai but I was unaware of this and I have stayed with my modifications. Akrotiri is freeware and includes a lot of library object input from MAIW. I have modified the parking somewhat and added further residential areas and munitions storage. The AI is based upon recorded take offs and landings in April, with some further additions in later months. At Ercan the visible gate numbers on the apron are as per real life, but the numbers within FS9 reflect the fact that planes are directed to gates at the centre of the terminal building and not at the far ends. Follow the pink line and obey ATC when it says taxi to gate number 2 even if it is visibly numbered 4.

FedEx McDonnell Douglas MD-11F (N604FE) Download

The Boeing MD-11F aircraft, N604FE, named "Hollis" is based out of Memphis, TN and can fly both Domestic and International Routes. The MD-11F (53 built) are the Freight transport aircraft version and were the second variant on offer at launch in 1986, and was the last and longest (1988-2000) manufactured version. 22 MD-11F's were delivered between 1991 and 2001 to FedEx. According to Flight Aware, she flies mainly domestic routes daily. The aircraft is almost identical to the DC-10F, although BOEING modernized their model with a longer fuselage and more powerful engines, giving her a longer range and higher service ceiling. Most flights are at full payload, and those disclude the center long-range fuel tanks, and involve flights ranging between 2,000 and 4,500 nm. I've been dealing with several versions of this aircraft for many years, actually since the first offered on CompuServe for FS98 in the '90s, and through time have found many aerodynamic details that were required in order to make her fly realistically. The Internet slowly added the details I needed, and then came the testing. Needless to say, I've flown many versions, including this one, for way too many hours, and added and corrected things along the way. This version is the best I've ever done, and I've worked on her for about a year before this upload. Everything is aerodynamically correct, and the engines (and their placement) are beyond anything ever presented by anyone with anything like this previously. I even fixed the gear to be 100% authentic in placement and use. I tried to fix the lights, but the textures are from FS2004, so I did the best I could. I chose this aircraft because it is actually in service today, and because the painter did a great job in making her look authentic. She now flies in FSX just as she does in reality, but you are better advised to study this on your own, rather than take my word. Aircraft ratings by manufacturers are based on simple standards, and very conservative. FSX is a virtual “WIND TUNNEL” when realistic aerodynamics are employed, so we can see what aircraft are capable of if we do it all right. Sorry to say, no one ever builds a free aircraft for upload with the correct engine/aerodynamics employed. In fact, I don't think anyone, other than myself, has ever put that much effort into it. Flightplan Visualizer (FV) version 1.14.0. Copyright 2018-2019 by Pelle F. S. Liljendal ([email protected]), all rights reserved. FV comes with 629 pre-imported Commercial AI flightplans (+380 BizJet flightplans are available as a separate download). However you are able to import additional (AI) flightplans yourself. Once imported these (AI) flightplans can be visualized on a map-view, and the user will be able to search accross all these. Hence you can use the program as inspiration as to which routes to fly. E.g. you can search across all imported flightplans to find all flights in an A321 flying into/out from LDDU, or simply to look for all flights in a Boeing 747-8F. Simply run the included installer to install the software. The program will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flightplan Visualizer" and all datafiles will be installed into: "C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\FlightplanVisualizer". The program comes with a full manual explaining everything, and a 3 page quick manual to get you started. The first 3 times you run the program the quick manual will automatically open. In previous versions the airline ICAO-code had to be unique, hence not allowing old defunct airlines still remaining in the data-file when a new airline would be issued the same ICAO-code (now they can both exists, and many of the defunct have been marked as defunct). - On start-up old flightplans in enabled folders will automatically be updated to the new format. If you have sub-folders containing additional flightplans, you should make sure these are enabled, in order to have these updated as well. Once they have been updated you can go ahead and disable these sub-folders again as you please. - Its now possible to add user defined airlines, in case you want to add you own fictitious airlines (e.g. VA's) or you want to add airlines missing in the official data-files that I supply with the program (if this is the case, please notify me, so I can add these in the next release of the program). - "Favorite aircraft" have been renamed into "Favorite aircraft-types", as it is the "types" of aircraft you mark. You don't mark a particular aircraft/cofiguration (like the PMDG B737-800 NGXu) as your favorite, but rather the "type" (B737-800). The file containing the (active) favorite aircraft-type selection was renamed as well (you don't have to do anything, the file is automatically renamed on start-up). - Added a new Unit-Conversion form, letting the user convert units of: Speed, Lenght/Distance, Weight/Volume, Pressure and Temperature. The Weight/Volumne conversions is a bit special as it lets the user convert between weight (kg/lbs) and volume (liter/gal), thanks to a Fuel Density that defaults to 0.785, but can be changed by the user. - All search-forms (seaching for airport, aircraft and airline) was changed to ignore whitespeaces (e.g. "airBaltic" vs. "air Baltic"), and ignore diacritics (e.g. "Aerolínea" vs. "Aerolinea"), making it more easy to find what you are searching for in one go. - The airline search-form will by default exclude airlines that have been marked as defunct. However a new "Include defunct" check-box have been added to the form, allowing you to include these (who am I to say you can not still use "Air Berlin", "Monarch" or "Thomas Cook" flightplans if you want to). - Added 3 new columns to the airline search form showing commence/cease-date, and wheter or not the airline is "in use" (as carrier/operator by any of the active fligthplans). - State is now by default excluded when using the airport search form, which make it a lot more convenient to find airports in the city of "New York". State can still be included in the search by choosing a different search-type using the combo-box in the upper/right corner. - When Flightplan Visualizer needs for perform potentially lengthy operations it will spread the workload over the available cores of the CPU. However if you want to limit which cores it uses you can now set the affinity-mask in the settings form. - The splash-screen shown when the program starts, and when reloading active flightplans was prevoiusly always shown on top (top-most), but if you find this anoying it can now be disabled in settings. - Fixed: Warnings/errors regarding loading flightplans were only displayed at start-up. Now they are shown whenever all active flightplans are loaded (e.g. after having enabled a sub-folder). - Data: The airline-data got a major update, and a bunch of new airlines were added, and the data for MANY others were updated. It is a manual process to update these, almost as funny to do as to watch paint dry ;-) - Data: A few countries had a wrong- or no sub-region code, so these were fixed/updated. As usual, if any of you spot any erros, or missing data, please use the forum to notify me. - Data: Additional info added to the aircraft-data (in preparation for some future plans). - Flightplans: All flightplans bundled with the installer have been updated to the new file-format. - Flightplans: Thanks to Ryan Carson (RCAI) for allowing me to bundle the installer with a few of his flightplans, so the installer comes with the very first winter 2019-2020 flightplan. - Flightplans: The good people over at AIG (Alpha India Group) have been VERY busy since the last release, hence the installer comes with +130 new pre-imported flightplans, bringing the total to 629. This update concludes Summer 2019, and AIG already have the first Winter 2019/2020 flight-plans in beta-test. Pelle

These will instead be assigned to a dummy-type during import, however you need to manually assign substitute aircraft-type(s) before being able to save the imported flightplan. If/when the program gets support for the aircraft-type(s) that were missing during import, the substitute aircraft-types can either be re-detected manually or by using the "Re-process aircraft/airport-redirects" menu-item. - Added a combo-box that can be used to filter the flightplans that are shown in the flightplan combo-box on the main-form (e.g. enter "west" to see only flightplans containing "west" in the name). Hovering the mouse over this new filter combo-box will show examples of the more complex filters (e.g. filter by provider, author, season, year, and so on). - In version 1.14 user-airlines were added, and these could be accessed via a menu-item on the main-form. However in version 1.15 you can now also add user-airlines from the import-flightplan form, so you don't have to abort a pending import, and go to the main form in case you find you are missing a user-airline. - Added MRU-lists (Most Recent Used) to the browser-forms used to search for: Airport, Aircraft and Airline. The text-edit in the top of these forms have been replaced by a combo-box holding up to 20 items (in chronological order, with the most recent at the top). - Added a new chart to the Airport Info form showing: "Daily flights per international/domestic/same state". - Added Utilization-pct to the fleet report (both total for the entire fleet, and per aircraft). The Utilization-pct is also visible for the displayed schedule (for a single aircraft) in the Leg-Info form. This value tells the pct of time the aircraft spends servicing the schedule (the remaining time the aircraft "sits at the gate", including the time spend loading/unloading passenger and cargo, loading fuel, being serviced by ground-crew and what not). - On the main-form, renamed menu-item "Re-process airport-redirects" into "Re-process flightplans". - Distance from selected airport to mouse-position on main-map moved from the bottom of the form to the upper/right-corner of the form (where info of selected airport is listed). - Using the (right-click) context-menu on the main-form airports can now be toggled (on/off) as being favorites. - A few minor changes were made to the default leg search criteria. If you have saved your own default, you should go to the leg search form, press-and-hold SHIFT while clicking the "Reset" button (to reset to "factory default"), then set the criteria to your perferences, and finally press the "Save Reset" button to re-save your preferences. - Added MRU-list (Most Recent Used) to fuel-density combo-box on Unit Conversion form. If empty, the list will be preloaded with the values 0.7850 (old default), 0.8040 (often used as a standard for Jet-A), 0.8200 (often used as a standard for Jet-A1). The user is still able to enter another value. - The values used in the unit-conversion form are saved with the settings file, so each time you open the form will contain the values entered last time you used the form. - Tweaked the method for calculated flight-time. In previous version the same parameters were used for calculating flight-time for all flights. Now these parameters are dependant on distance, resulting in calculated flight times that are closer to those used in the flight-plans (based on statistic-data from +700.000 AI flights). - Some of the aircraft have been marked as "Retro", and in settings you can choose to exclude the "Retro" (they are enabled by default). - Improved (Boeing) aircraft-type detection when importing flightplans using non-standard naming, such as "B744F" in stead of "747-400F" or "B736" in stead of "737-600". - Updated all libraries in use to the latest versions, and addressed some minor issues with the map. - Fixed: Newer versions of MyRwy are outputting airport elevation as a floating point value (e.g. "629.92") whereas older versions were outputting it as an integer value (e.g. "630"). In previous versions of FV the floating point value "629.92" was wrongly read as an elevation of 62992 ft. The program can now both handle floating point and integer values, hence can be used with both old- and new versions of MkRwy. - Fixed: When adding new user-airlines in version 1.14, callsign was being set to the name of the airline, in stead of the entered callsign. If you added any user-airlines in version 1.14, you should edit these with version 1.15, and set the callsigns again. - Fixed: If a Leg search was active (combo-box in bottom of main-form showing "[Last Search]") and all flightplans were disabled in "Enable/Disable -flightplans" the program would shut-down with an exception. - Fixed: The list of the airline-codes (gate-tab on Airline-Info form) started with a comma, however comma should only be used to separate the items when multiple airline-codes were associated with the same gate (3rd party scenery only). - Fixed: In some cases the cruise-speed was not shown correctly in the Aircraft search form. - Fixed: Some of the menu-items for launching the (YouTube) tutorial-videos were missing the tool-tip text ("Hold SHIFT to copy url to clipboard"). - Fixed: About-box can now be closed with ESC, like most other forms. - Fixed: potential issue reading xml-data, perhaps with a the benefit of a slightly better performance. - Data: Added support for flightplans using "retro" aircraft types such as: Aerospatiale SE-210 Caravelle, British Aerosapce ATP/BAC One Eleven, Concorde, DC-3, DC-4, DC-6, DC-8, De Havilland Comet, Fokker F28, Hawker Siddeley HS 121 Trident, Ilyushin Il-18/20/22/24/86, Lockheed Constellation/L-188 Electra, Shorts SC-5, Tupolev TU-134, Vickers VC10/Viscount, and thanks to user Aucery Lockheed 1011. - Data: Support for additional aircraft-types added as well: BN-2A Trislander, CASA C-212/C-235, CubCrafters XCub, DHC-2 Beaver/Turbo-Beaver, DHC-3 Otter, DHC-5 Buffalo, Diamond DA-42/62, Extra EA-300, Honda HA-420, ICON A5, NAMC YS-11, Mooney, Mudry CAP 10, Pilatus PC-6/PC-24, Piper Cub/Super Cub, Robin DR-300/400, Shorts SC-7, Tecnam P2012/P2006T - Data: Some of the aircraft-types, for which multiple ICAO/IATA-codes exists, were split into two (one for Pax and one for Freight), e.g. Convair 580, DC-9-10/30/40, and Il-96. As a result you should execute "Re-process flightplans" (found in the "Flightplan" menu), and "Re-detect all" aircraft. - Data: A few missing aircraft IATA/ICAO codes were added, and some "behind the screen" data for multiple aircraft were updated as well. - Data: A few Airlines were added/updated (a big THANK YOU to Bruce Nicholson for the assistance keeping these data up-to-date). - Flightplans: The good people over at AIG (Alpha India Group) have once again been VERY busy since the last release, hence the installer comes with 298 new/updated pre-imported flightplans, bringing the total of flightplans bundled with the installer to 738. - Flightplans: A few flightplans were bundled with the program in duplicates (2 slightly different names, or 2 different seasons). These duplicates have been marked as obsolete, and have been removed from the installer. Using the "Select all obsolete flightplans" menu-item in "Enable/disable-flightplans" you can mark these flightplans and move them to the "Disabled" folder, from where they can be deleted. Pelle
