Beaver Creek is located at mile 1202 of the Alaska Highway, just east of the Alaska/Yukon border. The populaton is around 100 and the main employment is with the Border Agency, the White River First Nation, or with local tourist lodges. The airfield is a mile north of the town and close to the Canadian border post, which is included in the scenery. It was built by Jack Stalberg in the 1960's, and I have no further information beyond the fact that he loved to fly. The airport serves as an "airport of entry", though it is restricted in hours of opening and in the size of aircraft that it can handle; up to a maximum of only 15 seats. The single runway is 3,745 feet long and 100 feet wide, gravel, aligned 13-31 in FS9, lit, and with vasi at both ends. Righthand circuits for runway 13. There is a 340 feet threshold displacement to runway 31, which is of course unmarked on a gravel runway. The terminal building was recently reclad; I don't like it, but they didn't consult me. The ai reflects the sort of traffic the airfield gets; ie brief paperwork stopovers for GA or small charter flights into Canada from Alaska, usually in the mornings.I have adjusted the local scenery terrain levels to remove adjacent hills that I believe do not exist in real life but are part of the Northern Canada terrain mesh that I have installed. If you do not have this mesh you may find that the scenery works fine for you without the API flatten that is included here. The airfield is at 2,129 feet ASL.

All former versions of the C-5 have completed the conversion to C-5M, to date. They include more efficient engines with more power, a glass cockpit, longer range and heavier lift capabilities. Other than those aspects, they look the same as before. VERY BIG!!! She is the largest cargo aircraft operated by the U.S. Air Force and several other countries who have purchased her. I suggest reading about this aircraft on-line, and watching a few You Tube videos before your first flight, but do as you wish. She is very easy to fly, and all C-5M pilots agree with this statement. This version is based at Dover AFB, and the callsign is real. The refurbished aspects of this FSX model include extremely realistic engine/aerodynamics as well as payload distribution. The landing gear have also been corrected for realism. What this plane does in the simulator is what it does realistically. The panel is close to real, but takes time to understand and use properly. The sounds used are very realistic, so no need to change that unless you feel the need to do so. Flying her is pretty easy. If you are a Real World C-5 Pilot, you will find this version is very accurate. Read the text document enclosed entitled "Readmenow" after unzipping the file.

Re-uploaded repaint for the Alphasim Payware PBY Catalina "Princesse des Etoiles" in Operation Okavango colors.
Operation Okavango 1 is an adventure accross Africa flown in this PBY Catalina " Princesse des Etoiles"
during 1996-1997 for french television TF1. Those wonderfull documentary programs were presented by Nicolas Hulot, the "Cousteau of the 90's".

FS2004/FSX Green Panel Conversion. This package converts the gray Cal Classic DC-7/7B/7C panel by Ken Mitchell and Tom Gibson into a dark green version. This panel REQUIRES the original DC-7 panel, available by downloading and installing the United DC-7 at: http://www.calclassic.com/dc7.htm When the Historical Flight Foundation asked Cal Classic (www.calclassic.com) to create an FS version of their newly restored Eastern Douglas DC-7B N836D, Eric repainted his existing EAL DC-7B into an exact replica of their plane (available here as eal_dc7b_n836d_final.zip). But one thing that wasn't done originally was to replicate the dark green cockpit of the plane. This package has been created to do that. Quite a few other DC-7's, DC-7B's, and DC-7C's had dark green panels as well.

This is version 2 of my tutorial/checklist which has been slightly modified and "fine-tuned" since the first version.
A tutorial/checklist for FS2Crew Voice Commander Edition for PMDG's J41. I put many hours into testing the "flow" of the checklist trying to make sure it will be 100% accurate at all stages of the flight and only include what you actually need to do and say. It also includes ATC and marshaller communication.
The checklist is in docx format and I used Wordpad so to make sure you get the right format and especially if you want to print it I suggest you also use Wordpad to open it. Credits also go to Dave Murden and Frank Cooper, the guys behind the checklist I used as a template for this one.

| "Maroochydore Air" ATR 42-500 |

This is a repaint of the ISDT AT 42-500 aircraft in the fictional livery of Maroochydore Air. This repaint is for FS9 and has been tested in FS9 ONLY. This is a complete aircraft package; however, it is suggested that a realistic ATR panel be installed to replace the default Cessena one that comes with the plane. All textures have been formatted in 32 bit and the plane, other than Tailfin logo, has been hand painted. Maroochydore is a real town in Queensland, situated on the Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane, Queenslands capital city. Installation, Distribution Limitations and contact details for me are in the General Read Me file. Should you experience any problems with the "textures", do not hesitate to contact me via my email. This traffic file is for Boundary Bay, and has five planes making touch and goes at this airfield with its five training companies. The planes are FS standard Cessna 172 (2 of them) and Cessna 182 and Piper Cherokee, and a Piper Super Cub which can be downloaded from Avsim. For the Cub look for the pa18_v3 zip by J. E. Narcijo and install it; I presume you know how to do that.
There are new scenery bgl's as I have added more parking spots for AI. The pic shows a Cessna 150, but that you won't be able to download as it is a custom texture of the plane that I learnt to fly on at Rockcliffe Flying Club in Ottawa. You should already have installed my Boundary Bay post (boundary_bay.zip).

I have made this because I downloaded and tried the Glacier Park scenery by Blue Sky Scenery and then discovered that the runway for Whitefish was wrongly aligned and headed off across the adjacent railroad tracks. This would be inconvenient if you had to wait for a train to pass before landing so I fixed that and added a couple of buildings. That's it, nothing more complicated than that. If I find some more airfields in this area with similar problems then I'll do more of the same. Whitefish is 3 or so miles north of Glacier Park International at 3,066 feet ASL and around 35 miles south of the Canadian border. There are no large towns close by; the nearest would be Missoula, which is 90 miles further south.

Hello again,
Up this time is the last Boeing in the Contract Air Cargo fleet. The beloved B727-200F with winglets. I did this repaint from around three photos, so I did try to get it "As real and as close as it gets". But, who knows, there are always dissenting opinions. I do these repaints for my AI traffic, but, I have decided to start sharing more of my work, as is referenced in the read me if you want to read it. I have included the B727-100 also in this pack to round it out. Zip dive for screen shots. Contact information in the read me, also install instructions.
