File Description:
FS2004 Scenery for Naval Air Station Oceana was commissioned August 17, 1943. Then the area now known as Oceana was a swampy wasteland. Today it is a complex with more than seven miles of runways and the latest equipment to serve military air traffic. The only Master Jet Base on the East Coast, it is home to 19 fighter/attack squadrons flying the Navy's most advanced aircraft. This scenery is a complete stand-alone package. However, it is intended to be used with the fine AI packages available from Military AI Works (MilitaryAIWorks.com). This scenery contains all-new custom objects for Naval Air Station Oceana as well as photo-realistic ground cover for the airfield.

Boeing 747-400 Captains. Welcome to my realistic wingviews for the new Posky B747-400V4. Two sets of views are provided. One set is optimized for B744s powered by Rolls-Royce motors and the other set applies to machines powered by both the PW & GE motors. This is because some very minor eyepoint adjustments had to be made because of the difference in engine-pod design.
****Please note - these views were created on a 20" widescreen LCD monitor with a resolution of 1680 X 1050 so I do not know how they will look on other monitors of different aspect ratios/resolutions.****
Have fun flying the 744 & pop back into the cabin now and then to become a pax =)

One of my all time favorites. I bring to you, the JT9D. No specific variants here to bore you with. This is about as generic as it gets but also as real as it gets. This is set #2 from my new brand of "Unreal" soundsets. It has everything the JT9D is famous for from its hollowed exterior spoolup to its throbbing interior grind. (Also perfect for takeoff thrust reductions. This set is compatable with the 747-100/200, 767-200, A300B4, A310-200 and DC-10-40. Another set thats proven to make the flight sim as real as it gets. The SID/STAR's included in this package are based in the AIP-MAP book issued by DECEA and it is the same used in real life by companies that operate the Boeing 737 in Brazil. This version include complete waypoints names and work with any AIRAC cycle. Use example : Insert the departure and destination airports ICAO names in the PMDG 737 FMC ORIGIN and DEST fields.

File Description:
A real flight plan from Singapore to London. The Captain of this 747 400 Qantas flight QF31, very kindly gave me a copy of his flight plan when I was on my way back from a trip to australia in December 2004. We took off at 0430 local time and arrived in London at 1030 local time (GMT) the same day. The flight took around 14 hours so you might want to speed up your simulation! For ultra realism I suggest using PMDG's 747 400 with Qantas livery. Take off weight and the actual SIDS and STARS used are included in the file. Happy Landings!
