Douglas C47-B-DK c/n 33257. Purchased from Hunting Aviation in 1953 where it was registered as G-ANAS. Transfered to Wenela Rhodesia as VP-YSM then A2-ZEM. Sold to African Air carriers as ZS-KIV. It is probably the only DC-3 in the world to have suffered the most accidents and be rebuilt, it had survived no less than three landing accidents, one collision with a tree and two serious fires. One of the fires virtually destroyed the whole cockpit! The cockpit section from the original ZS-DCA, which had been abandoned at Lourenco Marques (Maputo) in 1975, was stitched on to this aircraft after one accident in the early 1990's. It finally crashed on landing in 2005 in the DRC at Kilembwe and remains there, untouched, as it is now trapped in a mine field. It was on a routine flight for Wimbidira Airways and was registered as 9Q-CWI. Prior installation of Manfred Jahn's outstanding FS2004 Douglas C-47 Base Pack (c-47_basepack_fs9.zip) is required. | Douglas VC-118-DO 'The Independence' |

File Description:
Built at Santa Monica, CA (c/n 42881/29) as the personal aircraft of President Harry S. Truman. It was named 'The Independence' after President Truman's home town in Missouri. The aircraft was delivered on 1 July 1947 and served from 4 July 1947 on as a presidential aircraft till 1953 when Gen. Dwight Eisenhower became President of the USA. It seems that the rather special paint job was based on an idea by President Truman himself. 46-0505 served on as a general VIP transport till 1966 when it was donated to the Smithonian Institute for preservation. It is on loan to the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 'The Independence' could accommodate for 24 day or 12 sleeper passengers (in the main cabin). It had a luxurious State Room aft of the passenger door. Usually there was a crew of eight. It is featured here in its original tan, blue and metal livery. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's great Douglas DC-6 (early version) (dc6_v10.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana C-47A-DK FAE92066(HC-AVC),C/N 11825 builded by the
Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 42-92066.One of the first early series C-47A builded in Oklahoma.The first C-47 was received by the FAE in 1946,together with a batch of P-47 Thunderbolts; 18 mixed planes(DC-3s,C-53Ds,C-49F,C-47D-L,C-47A and C-47B) were operated by the FAE and his transport service TAME founded in May 1962.After service with TAME, FAE92066 was sold to Colombia and operated as SAEP HK-3349,TAGUA HK-3349,Air Villavo HK-3349,Aerovilla HK-3349,SADELCA HK-3349X,ALCOM HK-3349,and VIARCO HK-3349(Active)(Reported also as derelict at Villavicencio).
The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont,original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

This is the Third Oldest Airline in the world, the Second Oldest Airline in Latin America, and the First Oldest Airline in Mexico, Mexicana Airlines (Mexicana de Aviacion), this is the Airbus A318-111 for now the pack have the Last New Livery (2010) and the Old Livery (2005), more later will upload the Older Liveries, the Old Livery but with the Thin Logo and No Wingtips Logos, and the mos popular and old Mexicana´s livery, (1997-2005). For the 100th Anniversary I´ll upload all the fleet, since 1940´s with the DC-2 to the last fleet that had when it flies, the Mark and Airline still exists, BUT It doesn´t fly since 2011.
In this case this is the Mexicana Click the low cost airline by Mexicana Airlines, founded in 1972 as Aerovias Caribe S.A. de C.V. (Aerocaribe), in 2005 Aerocaribe changed as Click Mexicana/Mexicana Click, the fleet consisted in 2010 in Fokker 100 and Boeing 717-2BL. The model is AI Aardvark (AIA) Boeing 717 Basepack. I hope enjoy it!.

Airasia's Thai service aircraft with "Carabao" livery (9M-AAN)
Air Asia is a low-cost no frills Malaysian airline which operates
flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to various destinations
throughout Malaysia. It operates exclusively on Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
Thai Airasia is a jointventure company between Shin corp. Thailand
and Airasia Malaysia. Two aircraft are initialy used for thai domestic
flights using Bangkok Intl. as a hub with a plan to increase the number
upto 10 at the end of the year2004. Carabao(meaned buffalo) is a folk
star of Thailand and Thai Airasia presenter.

In this updated package, the Malay flag at the nose was moved to the side of the
frontal door,funny appearance of grey painted over area can be seen at the nose.
Main wheel red button was also added.
-----The folder contains all you need for flying the "CARABAO" ,just unzip and paste.
This aircraft has a ving view function and is as easy to fly as the default 737-400 and also very suitable for AI too!

USAF Lockheed F-104C/D Starfighter, aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It; in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart, as nicknamed by the Canadians. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-104C/D in the service of the USAF; with a total of 10 models and 64 repaints. These models are improved from the original A/B release, and the changes will be rolled back into the A/B models in a later expansion for those pacakges. I am also including some optional variants with manual install instructions, on a separate document in the zip file. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

Maddog 2008 in China Northern Airlines B-2126 Repaint. You have to install payware LSH maddog 2008 first. The company was one of the six major airlines in mainland China which operated Airbus A300, MD-80/90 and Airbus A321, serving domestic routes as well as to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and North Korea. On May 7, 2002, exactly 10 years ago, China Northern Airlines Flight 6136(Reg.B-2138) was flying from Beijing to Dalian when the pilot reported fire on board. Downside residents thousands of people and a large Petroleum Refinery. The captain noticed the situation and minutes later the plane crashed into the bay, avoiding injuries on the ground. Later, they found a passenger purchased 7 air insurance policies of this flight and investigation on the wreckage showed a quantity of gasoline near his seat. The conclusion is a passenger committed suicide and delibrately set the plane on fire. After the crash, China Northern Airlines merged with China Southern Airlines and became one of the largest airlines serving mainland China.

Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-23 Flogger (Part 5). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model and texture package for this classic (and still-serving) Russian multi-role fighter. The MiG-23, with just over 5,000 built, was Russia's first production of a true multi-role aircraft with a beyond-visual-range air superiority role as its primary function. The aircraft was arguably the direct counterpart of the F-4 Phantom, although it carried about half of the ordnance load. Nevertheless, in capable hands and late versions, the Flogger has been and is a very potent adversary; having served in multiple conflicts in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The MiG-23 entered service in 1970, was eventually operated by 43 countries, and is still in service in 14 of them. An original 8-LOD model brings this aircraft to the flightsim world. This package contains the MiG-23BN ground attack variant; with 10 models and 62 repaints. Original aircraft model, afterburner effects, flight dynamics, and textures by Michael Pearson. In 1945 this little known (and probably unheard of) Southampton engineering works announced the existence of their CONCORDIA medium range 10 seat 'feeder liner' project which put it directly head to head in the same market as the DH104 Dove, the prototype of which had already flown.
The advertising publicity of the day described a very desirable, luxurious aircraft with a 1200 mile range. Designed as a DH89A Dragon Rapide replacement, as with the Dove, the operating costs would prove to be at least twice as high but an attractive modern metal airliner with passenger appeal was on offer!
In 1947 the first two airframes had been completed and were flying. In addition a production line of six aircraft had been laid down. These included c/n 3 for the Nawab of Bhopal (G-AKBF/VT-CQT) and two for British European Airways. Unfortunately, due to an inadequate market, by the end of the year all work was suspended and the incomplete airframes were scrapped.
