File Description:
Yangon International Airport "MINGALADON" in Burma (Myanmar) will be able to accommodate bigger aircrafts and handle more passengers when work on extending its runway and upgrading its facilities is completed. The completion of the runway extension will enable Boeing 747 and Airbus 380 airplanes to use the airport. The work on extending the runway from 8100 feet to 11,200 feet began October 2004.
Version 2.0 with northward corrected and extended runway, taxiways and new taxisign. With Myanmar Air Force area, Helipads and even more parkings for civilian airplanes. This scenery was produced based on pictures of satellites. The ILS-correction is already contained here. Instructions in Deutsch and English.

| Heavy Jet Rumbling Sound |

File Description:
I thought something was lacking from every simulator made to date, and that is, when you fly a heavy aircraft such as a 777 or 747 or A340, A330 etc. There seems to be missing that rumbling, clacking sound heard in the cockpit when you start rolling down the runway or when your taxing out, so I finally made A sound file that finally sounds realistic, I have spent many hours on this sound, and it is recorded from a real United 777-200 while in the cockpit rolling down the runway, I strongly suggest trying my sound file out if you want a realistic, cockpit on ground sound environment. :)

File Description:
The plane uses 32-bit texture with alpha layer to make some high reflections on the fuselage. Cathay Pacific The Spirit of Hong Kong (B-HUA) is a type Boeing 747-400. The is a fictional paint of a Cathay Pacific aircraft.
This is a Second Edition of the previous paint of B-HOZ.
This paint scheme has a new gradual change background of white-green colour, and includes the ifc Phase 2 (International Finance Centre, the tallest building in Hong Kong), Hong Kong Convention And Exhibition Centre New Wing, The Center, Cheung Kong Centre and etc, comparing with the old VR/B-HIB paint scheme. This version has a PanelGuages.zip in it that has the necessary guages so it should work for everyone. Please read the readme file before extracting components.

File Description:
This file sets Athens Athinaikon (LGAT) to the state found at an picture at airliners.net. Today, LGAT, the former main airport of Athens, is closed and replaced by LGAV - Athens Venizelos. The western part of the airport seems to be demoslished and half-way being replaced by a park. On the eastern part, some retired 747-200, 727 and DC3 of Olympic Airlines wait for their destruction.
This AFCAD keeps half of the airport usable, enough to house some GA traffic and a few airliners as a buffer.
This airport is only based on one single picture at airliners.net. It doesn't keep it's earlier functionality (of the 1990's) as there are only a few parking positions left.

File Description:
Only for FS2004. ILS-Correction for Yangon's intl. airport "Mingaladon" in Myanmar. With the default settings of MS, you will land outside the runway right. With this correction, you will land precisely after it on the center line. IFR-Flights are now referred to the runway 21 directly. The park-area was also modified. Now, also big airplanes, how 747 or 777, after the landing can request and progress taxi to the Gates. The place before the middle building is exclusive reserved for the government, that right from it for international and that left from it for domestic flights (seen from the runway). Instruction in english and deutsch. For FS2002 please download ilsVYYYafcad_2k2.zip. Made in Switzerland

Finally abit more about demise of Air21 and N498US. At the beginning of 1997, the
small US domestic airline Air 21 ceased its activities. Air 21 was active from
December 1995 with a network of scheduled air services linking its base in Fresno,
CA, with Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Los Angeles using a fleet of three
Fokker F28 4000s leased from US Air.

The completion of the runway extension will enable Boeing 747 and Airbus 380 airplanes to use the airport. The work on extending the runway from 8100 feet to 11,200 feet began October 2004. The length of the two-storey building will be increased from 340 feet to 800 feet, its width from 140 feet to 200 feet. This scenery buildings and parking areas maybe are different from the real one, but the runway is exact 11228 feet long. The ILS-Correction is already contained here. Re-upload

This livery will only work for the PMDG MD-11 (FS9 Version). It includes both engine models. I created this shortly after the 787 maiden flight 15 Dec 2009. You can read my original post and see some better pics here: http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=270682
I did the engines to give them the toothed look like the newer Boeing models have. I even did the tail engine and modified the night shadowing to fit the style better. I also have a 747 version that looks like the -8. This comes with a my latest passenger light set also. If you don't like them, simply overwrite. Make your own "Spotter" video now! Enjoy!
