FS9 and FS2002 EFFECTS: Nick's Jet Smoke ***FINAL EDITION***
This update is the FINAL VERSION of my smoke effect project. It is the result of weeks in tweaking and testing. Coupled with the enormous amount of feedback provided by the community the effects have developed into this awesome upgrade which I personally endorse and use. This update contains and entire list (see Readme) of visual quality fixes which include resolving issues coupled with using the simulator dynamic weather feature while running the effects and frame rate issues from the first update. It also includes a complete tutorial on how to tweak the visual effects and the original .xml gauge to your personal taste.

File Description:
This is an engine gauge(xml gauge)update for Thomas Ruth's new 727 model for FSX (tom7271.zip ). The gauge update changes the N1, N2, & EGT engine gauge calibration to reflect gauge readings within the normal and maximum ranges at TOGA(Take Off/Go-Around),MCT(Maximum Continuous thrust), and Cruise thrust settings. The original gauge readings at higher throttle settings indicated high off-scale for N1, N2, and especially EGT. The new gauge/thrust ratios may not perfectly reflect real 727 JT-8D engine settings in sim but the intent was to limit the maximum ranges.
Thanks to Thomas Ruth for making such an excellent 727 freeware model for FSX and giving permission for posting this small update.

The Alpha India Group is proud to release the Boeing 757-200 with Rolls Royce RB211-535C engines as the final addition to the 757 family. Early variants of the 757-200 included these engines, which feature a smaller exhaust nozzle. This model contains the standard features available in our other 757 models, including XML coded flaps for takeoff/landing, animated thrust reversers/flaps/slats/spoilers, compressing landing gear and the original Boeing 757-200 Demonstrator texture. **IMPORTANT**: You MUST already have the original Boeing 757-200 basepackage installed (aig_752_rr_pw_basemodel.zip). This is a complete package and my appreciation and thanks goes out to Pierino Primavesi for his liberal permission to work with his files. Animated model, flight model, 2D-panel, XML-metric-gauges, virtual cockpit and cabin, instrument lightning, reflective texture, html check/ref lists, html manual. The plane is perfectly flyable from inside the 3D cockpit.
It is not necessary but I HIGHLY recommend downloading Mr. Primavesi's original model with numerous historical liveries, filename ju52v60.zip; available in the avsim file library. The textures are 32-bit format with no mip-maps to preserve image clarity. For newer updates, including other float models, visit his website at: http://www.ju52-3m.ch

File Description:
This xml-gauge is for pilots flying weather-research flights. It measures a variety of weather variables (and stores the HI and LO values for some of them). New in version#2 is the vertical weather-spectrum recorder, which can record the weather for each 500 feet of altitude from the ground and up to FL300 (This can be useful for instance if you need to get the latest actual approach-weather, along a glideslope, relayed to a pilot coming in for a high-priority approach. It can also be used to record the weather at different altitudes inside a hurricane, or any other weather-system, and then analyze the weather-data once you are back on the ground.

| Apollo MX20 Multi-Function Display/GPS |

File Description:
This gauge is modeled after the Apollo MX20 Multi-Function Display. This gauge is written in XML and is designed to mesh with the default FS9GPS map input data. Compatible with FS2004 (FS9) ONLY!
Although I tried to make this gauge as close to the real Apollo MX20 as possible it is not considered to be an exact replica. It is limited to certain features that the FS9 data will provide. It does however have all the great features that the default FS9GPS offers and offers an alternative to the default GPS.
Size (pixel size) is the same as the FS9 default GPS so placement (or replacement) of the gauge is quick and easy.
