Gunnison (KGUC), Colorado, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX)
Extends my Aspen scenery to the south from Crested Butte to Gunnison (KGUC) and beyond. Contains the West Elk Wilderness Area and the Curecanti Nat'l. Rec. Area around Morrow Point Reservoir. This scenery brings you another 3.500 sq km of beautiful Colorado in 4.7m/pix quality.
High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/GNB_South3West2.html . Jetways for the City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport in Colorado Springs CO. The default terminal has been excluded and a new one created. Also included are an Afcad2 file (required for both correct ramp sizing and correct aircraft positioning at their respective gates) plus 18 custom commercial and cargo flight plans for the airport. A previous installation of the file FS9JETS.ZIP is required.

File Description:
Eagle Regional Airport (KEGE) has an approach through mountainous terrain and challenging departure procedures. It is Home for the Vail Valley Jet Center, the Colorado National Guard High Altitude Training Center and the Army. Because of it's high altitude, it is a very dangerous airport for take-off and landings. This scenery is updated with the new 109,75 ILS, the new Army and National Guard area on the opposite side of the airfield and many trees in the surrounding area.

This project represents Fort Carson Colorado featuring Butts Army Airfield (KFCS), Red Devil Assault Landing Strip, Pinion Canyon Landing Stip and two other landing locations.
Included are paints and flightplans for many of the units housed here. To use the AI you will need the NBAI AH-64D models, NBAI CH-47 models and the ACG MAIW AI BH Family-US Army Black Hawks (jyai_blackhawk_family_fs9_1.zip or jyai_blackhawk_family_fsx_1.zip on Avsim)
**The UH-60 paints are provided in both FS9 and FSX versions.**

Kremmling, Mc Elroy (20V), Colorado, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX)
Ever wanted to know how the scenery looks like around Kremmling VOR? Now you got the chance! This region covers the area around Kremmling and the northern part of the Gore Range. At Kremmling the Colorado River meets both the Blue River and the Muddy Creek. West of Kremmling you can see Gore Canyon. This rugged and steep canyon is almost 1000ft deep and was carved by the Colorado River on its way thru the Gore Range.
To explore the scenery depart from Mc Elroy Airfield (20V) in Kremmling and head north. High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/GNB_West.html . Extends my Aspen scenery to the east and contains more gorgeous Continental Divide area of the Rocky Mountains. Covers Leadville Lake County Airport (KLXV), which is the highest airport in North America (9.927 ft) and Mt. Elbert, which is the highest peak in the Rocky Mountains (14.443 ft). Aircraft performance deteriorates
with altitude, so many companies use the Leadville Airport as a base for high altitude performance testing. This scenery brings you another 3.500 sq km of beautiful Colorado in 4.7m/pix quality.

File Description:
Mesa Verde National Park is famed for its numerous ruins of cliff dwellings built in the 12th century by ancient Pueblo people called Anasazi. Cliff dwellings are highly defensible stone villages situated under alcoves (rock overhangs) along the canyon walls. The largest cliff dwelling in the park is Cliff Palace, which is the largest cliff dwelling in North America. Cliff Palace contained 150 rooms and housed approximately 100 people. Unfortunately you won't see the cliff dwellings from the air, because they are under the cliffs but you will see everything else like all roads, trails and facilities. Very little is known about the Anasazis and the reason for their sudden departure at the end of the 13th century remains a mystery. Theories range from crop failures due to droughts to an intrusion of foreign tribes from the North. The name "Mesa Verde" stems from Spanish explorers seeking for a route from Sante Fe to California. They named the region Mesa Verde (spanish for green table) because of its high, tree-covered plateaus.
