vasFMC v.2.0a9

File Description:
This file is uploaded with Alex Wemmer's permission following the closure of his vasFMC website. This is a 'stable' beta release and has been superseded by later versions. However, integration with some third-party aircraft panels requires this file and will not work with later ones. This version was designed for use in FS2004 (v. 9.1) in Windows XP x32bit. The file contains both standalone and 'gauge' versions for integration with the Project Airbus A320. Full installation and operational details are included.

Event Logger

File Description:
This is a diagnostic gauge, targeted primarily at gauge and panel authors. It writes all Key_Events issued in FS9 to a log file, thus allowing the detection of repeating Key_Events which interfere with normal panel operation. It will not identify the gauge issuing the repeating Key_Events, but by identifying the Key_Events themselves, it should make the gauge issuing them somewhat easier to locate. If you have a panel which does not allow the selection of a second engine or exit, or which exhibits improper autopilot operation, this gauge may help you discover why.

E4 Autopilot System Gauge Set

File Description:
E4 Autopilot System Gauge Version 1.0 This E4 Autopilot Gauge Set is comprised of four different gauges. Two gauges, the “Turn Coordinator” and the “Servo Engage Panel” work together and are both required for proper operation of the E4 Autopilot System. Although not an actual part of an E4 Autopilot System, the “Monitor Panel” and “Set Panel” are provided to monitor switch positions and allow the changing of a few flight parameters. JELAIR - Hurricane-Hunter Weather Monitor (version#2)

File Description:
This xml-gauge is for pilots flying weather-research flights. It measures a variety of weather variables (and stores the HI and LO values for some of them). New in version#2 is the vertical weather-spectrum recorder, which can record the weather for each 500 feet of altitude from the ground and up to FL300 (This can be useful for instance if you need to get the latest actual approach-weather, along a glideslope, relayed to a pilot coming in for a high-priority approach. It can also be used to record the weather at different altitudes inside a hurricane, or any other weather-system, and then analyze the weather-data once you are back on the ground.

MeatWater Altitude Callouts Version 2.0

File Description:
MeatWater Altitude Callouts Version 2 Two sets of callouts included, 2000, 1000, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5, RETARD and 1000, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. Apollo MX20 Multi-Function Display/GPS

File Description:
This gauge is modeled after the Apollo MX20 Multi-Function Display. This gauge is written in XML and is designed to mesh with the default FS9GPS map input data. Compatible with FS2004 (FS9) ONLY! Although I tried to make this gauge as close to the real Apollo MX20 as possible it is not considered to be an exact replica. It is limited to certain features that the FS9 data will provide. It does however have all the great features that the default FS9GPS offers and offers an alternative to the default GPS. Size (pixel size) is the same as the FS9 default GPS so placement (or replacement) of the gauge is quick and easy.

FS2004 GPS Map View Gauge v2.0

File Description:
The ultimate gauge. The Map will show: Airports details (Runways ID's, length & ILS), VOR's and NDB's frequencies, Intersections and waypoints, Airspaces, Approaches and flight routes. You can toggle the view you require for your flight. Also you can zoom in/out to see the nearest airports, vor's and ndb's. The map will indicate A/C heading flightplan title and waypoints ID's. Version 2 includes more enhancements such as the ability to input the ICAO code of any airport and the map will show all the frequencies of that airport including ATIS, ILS, AND COM. In addition, the map will show the active runway designations, length and width.

Replacement GPS 500 For Boeing 747

File Description:
This is a freeware replacemet for the default FS2004 GPS 500 gauge, trying to get colors that better match with the background panel bitmap. It's for Boeing 747-400. Of course, you can use it with any other plane you like.

Afterburner Control gauge

File Description:
This freeware gauge controls an aircraft's Afterburner: (1): Includes an on/off switch and state-light. (2): It prevents the Afterburner being activated if throttle < 95%. (3): Controls a visible effect via the LOGO lights. (4): Controls an audible Afterburner sound and switch-click sound. Although it can be used for any aircraft with an Afterburner, the installation instructions (with examples for two very popular aircraft) assume that you have my Carrier Operation Package (file rcbco-20.zip) installed for that aircraft. The README also explains how you can add real Afterburner thrust to your existing aircraft, using AirEd. By Rob Barendregt.
