| Reduced Braking Effectiveness in Rain and Snow |
|
File Description:
If you want more realism and are tired of having the same braking effectiveness in rain and snow as on a dry runway then this is for you.
There are two gauges, "BrakingAction" and "BrakingAction_AntiSkid".
Use the gauge "BrakingAction" for aircraft which do not have an AntiSkid system; do not use it on aircraft with antiskid (e.g. airliners) - for those use "BrakingAction_AntiSkid".
The gauges will reduce braking effectiveness during rain, snow, and freezing rain. In addition, the "BrakingAction" gauge simulates blocked wheels if you stay on the brake for too long; blocked wheels will further reduce the braking effectiveness; in addition, blocked wheels will put wear on the tires on dry and rainy runways; this may lead to a blown tire.
NOTE: The gauges are made for users who either use the keyboard or an assigned button (or two for differential brakes) on the joystick for braking. The gauges will most likely not work with devices that allow a progressive braking input, i.e. that allow you to apply brake pressure anywhere between 0 and 100% (I guess there are rudder pedals that allow you to do that).

| Boeing 737-400 Autoland 1.0 |
|
File Description:
FS2004 default 737-400 Autoland 1.0. This gauge will help you bring the aircraft on the ground automatically. The gauge is configured to let you land with maximum landing weight (136000 lb). By using this autoland gauge you are able to land your Boeing 737-400 almost on every runway altitude.

| Satellite Assisted Landing System Version 9 |
|
File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Satellite Assisted Landing System, v9 (SALS). Using satellite data, this gauge provides glidepath/glideslope guidance into all runways inside the FS world. Approach heading and glideslope indicators are displayed during the landing phase in a fashion similar to those used with ILS and requires the same piloting techniques to keep the needles centered. Because SALS has the ability to guide an aircraft to both ends of a runway, every airport including grass strips and seaplane bases can be accessed with a high level of landing precision. In case of missed approaches, backcourse guidance is provided during climbout. Panel or separate window installation. Includes SALS icon gauge and Word doc with illustrated design parameters. | Reality XP 737 ADI Demo In True Display XP V2.0 |
|
File Description:
For the discriminating pilots, Jet Line Avionics is a comprehensive solution brought to you by Reality XP.
Modeled after today’s real world avionics, it is a modern EFIS system. The Jet Line Avionics products are
unequaled in providing the features, levels of performance and reliability that flight simulation users
require. The Reality XP Jet Line Avionics sets a new higher standard to which all other Avionics Simulations
will be compared.
True Display XP
Is our unique technology designed to provide enough visual cues and precision, while not sacrificing the
accuracy at any resolution. This is achieved with both a high refresh rate and a highly sophisticated
rendering engine, while virtually having no impact to the FS2004 Frame Rate. With this technology in any
aircraft product, you’ll be able to precisely hand fly any ILS approach to a level of precision you’ve never
been used to with any other FS2004 add-on. Seeing is believing! Unlike the other “vector gauges”, our
unique technology not only resembles and feels like a real CRT/LCD, but is more elaborate than an
Anti Aliasing Line Drawing system. This prevents any “jitter” in effectively rendering all the display
at a sub pixel resolution.
This fully functional demo version introduces our True Display XP v2.0.

| VTOL/Hover gauge for Fairey Rotodyne |
|
File Description:
This freeware gauge adds new VTOL & Hover features to Kazunori Ito's Rotodyne.
Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward,
sideways and turn, while in a hover.
This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a
hover; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge.
Special thanks to Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding
FS2004 variables from an XML gauge.
Requires FSUIPC (registered or unregistered, NOT included).
The README includes extensive installation and flying instructions.

| VTOL for Helicopters |
|
File Description:
This package contains a VTOL control gauge for FS9 Helicopters, that works
around some FS9 limitations and/or incorrect flightdynamics, which makes them
sometimes hard to control them; especially at low airspeed and when you have your Realism
sliders set above minimum.
It provides:
- Smooth and stable VTOL capabilities, with pilot-controlled ascent/descent
rate, longitudinal and lateral speed, heading, pitch and bank.
- Works also in windy conditions.
- Automatic activation below 25 Knots IAS, so does not influence the aircraft's
flight characteristics in normal flight.
- Adds an Autohover/Autopilot function.
It requires prior installation of FSUIPC.
Fully documented and easy to install in your panel; includes a list of tested
helicopters (see README).
NOT FOR FSX !

| vasFMC v.2.07 |
|
File Description:
This file is uploaded with Alex Wemmer's permission following the closure of his vasFMC website. This is a 'stable' beta release but was superceded by later, more developed versions. However, integration with some third-party aircraft panels (e.g. Malev Dreamwings Q400) requires this file. This version was designed for use in FS2004 (v. 9.1) in Windows XP x32bit. It will not work in FSX. I am also uploading the file for reference purposes.
