B36 C for X-Plane 6.51

File Description:
B36 C Peacemaker for X-Plane 6.51 - The B36 Peacemaker was the last propeller driven bomber put into service by the US. With 6 - 3500 Hp radial engines and a gross takeoff weight of 410,000 lbs the early versions like the A and B variants (downloadable on AVSIM as version 1.0) were woefully underpowered. This file is the later version with 4 - 5200 lb static thrust jet engines added. Never called into active service the B36 provided the US long range nuclear determent until the jet B52 came into service. The B36 is a huge airplane with a large payload capacity, 10000 mile range and long endurance. See the read me file for distribution and copyright information. F8F Bearcat

File Description:
F8F for x-plane v6.7 - With its 2250 + HP engine it requires a lot of skill to just get this bird into the air. The F8F bearcat was the last propeller fighter aircraft made by grumman. Deployed very late in the war, the first squadron of bearcats were on their way to japan when WWII ended. Although they never saw service in WWI they were used in Korea. At least 24 US Navy squadrons flew the Bearcat, some until as late as 1952. With a maximum speed of 421 mph it was one of the fastest aircraft of WWII. Place the Weapons files in the Weapons folder.

A6E Intruder v1.1

File Description:
A6E TRAM Intruder v1.1 for X-plane 6.40/6.51 - Some would say not the prettiest plane in the world but a deadly part of the US carrier task force, proven both in Viet Nam and the Gulf War. Built by Grumman, the TRAM is a version of the A6E released in the late 70's with improved laser guided weapons delivery, enhanced computers and an automatic carrier landing capability. The attached information gives the complete history of the plane and its various derivatives since first delivered to the Navy in February 1963.

A1 Spec. SL-1

File Description:
The Sealiner 1 A1 Special is a small amphibian jet, capable of landing both on land and water as well as other tough terrain, This iarcraft boasts 6 compact low bypass jet engines, The plane also has a nice and simple cockpit design, so simple this is a perfect plane for any first time pilot. Not only is it fast and user friendly but it is safe with a huge chute on it, it can slow this plane down to landing speed in seconds. Unlike the VTOL aircraft I built before this plane is much smaller and this is reflected in the amount of payload it can carry, but there is a good reason for this. This airplane was designed to service small islands (mainly in the south pacific) where before a boat would have had to been taken if one decided to leave, so with the SL-1 them and 20 other people can fly commerical airline style almost anywhere! In the future look for another engine to be added.

Seaplane Racer for x-plane 6.6-6.7

File Description:
Seaplane Racer for x-plane 6.6-6.7 - This is the looser (by choice) of my two designs completed for the Seaplane Contest going on at www.x-plane.org. It is the fastest of my two designs capable of 500 mph in level flight at 1500 ft. Powered by two Rolls Royce Merlin V12 engines each developing 2200 HP. The rear engine drives 2- 9' diameter, pusher, four blade, counter rotating props; the front engine drives 2-7.2' diameter, puller, four blade, counter rotating props. Wing tips fold to reduce drag and allow the plane to meet the minimum 200 ft2 wing area. Remove the floats, shorten the landing gear by about 2.7 feet and do over 530 mph. DC-101+ VTOL Aircraft

File Description:
This seems like a basic DC-9 right? Well no this amazing aircraft has 6 powerful engines, and VTOL capablities. It can hover, fly backwards, fowards, vertically. It works well with an incredibly short take-off but can also have a complete vertical lift-off! It if build could revoultionize the sirliner industry flying at well over 600mph and taking off on an area as small as a helipad. Nevertheless it is easy to do a conventional take-off using the whole runway. I think the cockpit controls are easy to use. But this plane takes a little bit of getting use to and is not an incredibly stable platform. Note: The DC-101+ take off best going 100% throtle at about a 50deg engine angle.

Monarch Airbus 310-300

File Description:
This is a total remake of my old and favorite Airbus 310-300 for x-Plane version 7.61 painted in Monarch livery.The fuselage has been smoothed by adding more sections and the place and shape of the engine nacelles have been modified. Landing doors have been added as well. The panel and sounds are standard with some navigations aids added, but you can use any of the nice custom cockpits and sound available. It is best seen at very high resolution. !Feel free to use it and repaint it¡
