We proudly present part 1 of the Rio de la Plata scenery with the main airport of Buenos Aires (Ezeiza - SAEZ) as it was around 1961.
We also modified the environment.
We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details as they were around this period.
We have also included new parkings to allow the AI aircraft to taxi correctly at the new (old!) airport. Although we did not always have enough photos and information we tried to come as close as possible.
Our goal was to reflect something of the atmosphere and feel of that period, prior to the all-jet era of today.

Tips and Tricks Number 17 - 2005 Holiday Edition. This issue presents several suggestions to liven up your Holidays as well a several fine Tips which have been submitted by our readers. Since this will the be the last issue before the New Year, I have packed it fuller than Santa's bag with useful ideas and the "From the E-Mail Bag" department answers a question of general interest. Also included are two "Bonus Files" which readers have allowed me to present to all as a Holiday Gift. Updated indexes by John Burford for the entire series in Excel (xls) and Adobe Acrobat (pdf) formats are included. As usual, I have attempted to include something of value for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Please unzip to a temporary location using the folders option. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

| New Zealand Airfield and Grass Strip AFCADS Project |

File Description:
This is the start of a project to have GA aircraft flying from all minor and obscure New Zealand airfields and grass strips. I have started with NZWT (Whitianga)NZTA (Te Aroha) NZME (Mercer) NZRA (Raglan) NZTH (Thames). I used charts from www.aip.net.nz to try and get accurate placements of aircraft parking etc. I also use these AFCADS in conjunction with the wonderful GA-Traffic program as it generates traffic automatically. I am in the process of creating flightplans which will be tabled later on. Soon we will have all the Waikato and other areas of NZ filled with GA traffic!! No more empty skies!!!
I have also uploaded NZWP (Whenuapai) with ammended airstrips, helipads etc. Some parking available but by no means finished. Feel free to change, alter or generally make more accurate these files and re-upload them for the benefit of all. Enjoy.

'East Coast Victoria v2' is made to match ORBX Australia v2 scenery. For ORBX v1 or no ORBX use 'East Coast Victoria'. There are 4 airports. YLKE Lakes Entrance YGRL Great Lakes Airport YORB Orbost YMCO Mallacoota. ORBX has done 2 of these (YORB, YMCO) as they have done every airport included with FSX in Australia to a reasonable standard. If I had not already done them for ORBX V1 I would not have bothered. However these are better than ORBX because the surroundings have been modified to match real life. Towns have been added or shifted. Forests cut down or added. There are also custom accurate versions of the terminal buildings. Included is an AI traffic files that covers the airports (little or no traffic from ORBX). In short a lot more time spent by me as I did not have to do every airport in Australia! These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh. REQUIRED The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU V2 scenery for Australia (payware).

Hi everyone
This is my first project, and it took 6 months to complete. This is a freeware airport, but I have tried to put in as much detail as I possibly can. I made this airport because FS9 did not have very many good-quality payware or freeware airports, so I decided to make an airport for my home country. Some general info for the airport is below:
Chennai International Airport (MAA), located in Meenambakkam, is the primary airport serving Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and the southern part of India. It has two terminals: Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights. The airport is known for its modern infrastructure and facilities, including shopping areas, lounges, dining options, and passenger services. It is an important hub for domestic and international travel, especially for travelers heading to South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The airport also has strong connectivity via road and metro.
Features of the scenery:
1)Has the latest terminal and airport layout since I used the latest data
2)added buildings to the surroundings (Custom 3d model made from scratch even the terminals)
3)has partial photoreal scenery(will talk about issues in bugs area)
4)has good jetbridges
5)3d volumetric grass in certain parts(will talk about issues in bugs area)
6)taxiways designed as in real life
7)Includes parked cars, lights, nearby buildings
8)Added lots of ground equipment
9)Trees around the airport
10)airport perimeter walls
11)Used Lh simulations library for some buildings and volumetric grass
Known bugs:
1)photoreal scenery has some issues since I can't get my photoreal scenery maker to work properly
2)Papi lights are kinda bugged
3)3d volumetric grass is limited to some parts due to fps loss
How to install:
1)Download file
2)Extract from rar using WinRaR or other program
3)paste vomm in the addon scenery of your flight sim installation directory and add scenery in settings once you open fs9
4)Includes better default textures for aprons and taxiways (optional!!!!!)
5)enjoy!!
Reminder: This airport does not have custom taxiways or aprons the default textures modified by me are the ones used in the picture. If you decide to replace your default files with mine all your airports globally(default) will have these textures for taxiways and aprons.
Tested to run on low-end devices with minimal lag
will run well on better devices
Hope you enjoy this completely freeware scenery and always read the above instructions to avoid unnecessary scenery limitation discussions.

| Atlantic City International Airport (KACY), NJ |

File Description:
Located 09 miles NW of Atlantic City, New Jersey on 5000 acres of land, Atlantic City International Airport is a major airport serving the southern portion of New Jersey. It is also one of the main gateways for tourists looking to vacation in nearby Atlantic City, famous for its boardwalks and casinos. This airport has been very heavily modeled with many surrounding buildings and all aprons properly placed. Gates are all properly located and labeled according to the terminal chart (there are, however, no jetways like in the default scenery). General Aviation parking is available in its proper area � all aircraft in the parking area (middle of the tarmac) have collision disabled. If you select Military Cargo parking you will start on one of the helipads in the Coast Guard section. If you select Military Combat parking you will start next to the line of F-16s on ready-alert over on the Air National Guard tarmac. You can also start on a helipad north of the airport. This airport also features completely custom taxiway line and edge lighting. Because this airport uses ATC, it suffers the same bug as my KEWR airport, which is that you cannot receive taxi in directions from ATC � to gate, parking or fuel. Almost all arriving AI aircraft will also disappear from the taxiway after radioing in to ATC and failing to receive taxi instructions to the gate/parking. All traffic and instructions taxiing out works fine. All gate parking spaces have fuel, as well as the military parking and north helipad. GA aircraft can get fuel by taxiing over to the fuel station north of the GA tarmac. Taxiing onto a closed runway (marked with an �X�) will cause a crash. Broken-down taxiways are not good for your undercarriage!
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person.
This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 003. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

| World Challenge (South American Venezuela Challenge) |

File Description:
Second part of the World Challenge. This time is starts in Venezuela in the city of Caracas. It has two part Western and Eastern giving you a choice in which direction you would like to go. This time more aircrafts was added to give you a better choice. These aircrafts can be download here at avsim. Short 360 Twin Otter and BN-2. Also you may want to upgrade your scenery of Venezuela and your AFCAD files to give you a more real like to the challenge. This Challenge will take you to far out the way places that no one would ever think of going to.
More infomation about the challenge is inside the folder.
