Nursery Corner is a tree nursery around 12 miles southwest of Rideau Valley Airpark CPL3 (which did not appear in FS9, probably because it was then mainly used by gliders, but is a post of mine and downloadable) and 6 miles south of Hicks Farm, a recent post. CPL3 is 15 miles south of Ottawa Airport, tucked into a right angle bend of the Rideau River. Ultimate Terrain puts the river into place and I am not sure how CPL3 works without UT as the river is close by. Fly west from CPL3 along the river and Hicks Farm will be on the south side; fly south parallel to the roads, cross a small river, and in an area which has place names like Hutchins Corners and Pattersons Corners will be the farm field with two grass runways at right angles among the nursery rows of trees. The runways are 36/18 1,700 feet and 27/09 2,000 feet. The single T hangar houses what looked like a Citabria.

This is a new version of the original post from March 2014, made in 2018. It was made mainly to provide some missing textures, but has been modified to also add parked trucks and floodlights to the de-icing area (the floodlights are inoperative as they will not be on when there is no de-icing in progress) and also street and car parking lighting, a few more parked planes, and some further objects on the terminal apron area. The runway approach lighting was also corrected; moving the airport so that the ILS on 29 did not coincide with the roads would have been nice, but meant too many complications at this stage. The scenery is complete in itself and can be installed as-is if you do not have the original post. Grande Prairie is at 2,195 feet asl, 65 miles southeast of Dawsons Creek, 90 miles southwest of Peace River and around 60 miles east of the Rockies. The town has a population of around 55,000 and growing. The name comes from the wide expanse of prairies all around the town, and there is also a large forested area to the southwest leading up to the Rockies which supplies raw material for industries in the town. The airport is just to the west of the town. It was originally a military base, built during WW2. The two runways are 07-25 and 11-29 and 6,200 and 6,500 feet respectively, both 200 feet wide; runway headings had changed by 2010 in real life but take this as it was in 2008. When one is the active runway then the other is used as a taxiway. Taxiway A is very wide with in real life a repaired central section marked out for use.

Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader (Part 1). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this classic aircraft of modern military history.
This is an original 8-LOD model, with many animations and features thanks to a growing confidence in XML-coding and making FSDS work for me instead of the other way around.
Nicknamed "The Last Gunfighter", this aircraft was the last production aircraft for the US Navy and Marine Corps which used guns as primary armament, and was in service at the twilight of this age, as well as the dawn of the missile age. Like all combat-experience aircraft, it had a relatively short life during its operational use (only about twenty years or so as a fighter), but was used a little longer as a recce aircraft; and beyond that in export service to France and the Philippines. The Crusader was used extensively in combat operations in Vietnam, played a crucial role in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and gave the newer F-4 Phantoms a fair run for their money in terms of air combat capability during this time.
This is part one of this model series, covering the F-8A, F-8B, and F-8C base models; with a total of 16 model options and a staggering 65 individual squadron paints. I am fairly confident that if any operational squadron of the USN and USMC used this aircraft from the late 50s to the late 60s, it is covered here at some time frame. Subsequent releases will include the later USN/USMC models, as well as the French and Philippine exports. Extensive credits and instructions are in the documentation. This project significantly updates New Zealand's Chatham Islands and includes more accurate coastlines, lakes, road and river data, as well as corrected landclass and a fully updated Chatham Islands/Tuuta Airport (NZCI). Napier (NZNR) aprons and terminal are also updated to more closely reflect the actual airport and accommodate Air Chathams, and the Pitt Island Airstrip (NZPI) is added to FSX. All updates were done in a manner which carefully aligned airport data with current satellite imagery. These airports are served by Air Chathams. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.47.07, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the actual airports.

This is a rebuild of my previous AI Piper Malibu (M350). This version is designed to be used as a Piper Malibu, with a standard 3 blade propeller. (Typical of those on older model Malibu's) This new model comes with a new paintkit that has been modified from my previous model, to enlarge the fuselage area and some other details, to give better visual detail in the simulator. The CFG has also been modified to give better flight characteristics. A 2048 x 2048 layered PSD paintkit is included, along with PSD files from my included repaints, for those that prefer the larger size file to convert to DDS and wish to make other changes or deletions from the different layers.

This is a commissioned livery from someone. I am planning on making and uploading other liveries that is also requested by the same person, such as the Indian Airlines A319, Indian Airlines A320 Old Livery (Fictional Livery as the original plane had double landing gear), Alliance Air 737-200, and Blue Darts 737-200 (Both in the Erick Cantu model).
I added a folder inside the textures titled "With Alpha". It is for FSX / P3D users that allows the antenna in the top of the aircraft to disappear.
The wheel rims are made by "dm6" from the X-Plane Forums!
