Harrier VSTOL/Effects Control Gauges

File Description:
This archive contains addon's for Adam Preece' GR.7 Harrier aircraft, which IMHO is the best visual Harrier model available at this time: 1. New flight dynamics, seperately animated nozzles and flaps, and a VSTOL control gauge, enabling a stable VSTOL operation (vertical landing/takeoff) with auto-pitch control, whilst maintaining realistic normal-flight characteristics. 2. A set of gauge-controlled effects, like engine heat/smoke (backwards or downwards, depending on nozzles position), a visible/audible cannon, and wing vapor / wingtip vortex effects. And more ....A real must-try for Harrier fans. See included README for further details.

Russian Air Force MiG-23MF Flogger-G, "White-44"

File Description:
Russian Air Force MiG-23MF Flogger-G, "White-44", painted using Kazunori Ito's outstanding new MiG-23 model, available on www.simviation.com. This swing-wing aircraft was a mainstay of Soviet/Russian fighter forces in the 1970's through the 1990's, and is still in service with several countries; although this particular aircraft has been honorably retired to static display in an Arizona flight museum. The aircraft is painted in 16-bit textures, and works pretty well for AI as well. This is textures only, you need Kazunori Ito's full aircraft to use. Repaint by Michael Pearson ([email protected]).

Russian Air Force MiG-23 Flogger "Red-31", a very faded, dirty, and used aircraft in the reference photo; painted using Kazunori Ito's outstanding new MiG-23MF model, available on www.simviation.com. This swing-wing aircraft was a mainstay of Soviet/Russian fighter forces in the 1970's through the 1990's, and is still in service with several countries. The aircraft is painted in DXT1 textures (it's not a reflective model), and optimized for use as an AI; although it flies just fine, too. This is a textures-only file, you need Kazunori Ito's full aircraft to use.

Air Greenland Winter 2005/2006

File Description:
100% accurate scheduled flightplans for the winter 2005-2006 period, which have been compiled according to the company website, and cross-checked with Amadeus database. Air Greenland is based at Nuuk (Godthaab) airport and operates one Airbus A330-223, one Boeing 757-236, seven DeHavilland 'Dash 7' as well as some helicopters services (not included in this file). The fixed-wing aircraft network includes the following destinations: Aasiaat, Copenhagen-Kastrup, Ilulissat, Kangerlussuaq (Sondre Stromfjord), Kulusuk, Maniitsoq, Narsarsuaq, Nuuk (Godthaab), Qaanaaq, Sisimiut, Upernavik, and Uummannaq. Douglas A-26C Invader 'The Rude Invader'

File Description:
This is a repaint and new model only for the SOH A-26 Invader, depicting the A-26C "The Rude Invader" when owned and opperated by Vern Rayburn and featured in the classic Wide World of Flying Warbird Checkout hosted by the late Jeff Etel. Currently the aircraft is owned by the Carolina Aviation Museum and under restoration. Although built as a C model, the aircraft is fitted with an early style "six-gun nose" and lacks other armament such as the turrets and wing mounted guns. The new model included has been created from the original source file by Milton Shupe.

Fairchild AC-119 Stinger SEA Duo

File Description:
FS2004 AC-119 Stinger Southeast Asia. Repaints only for the recently released Mike Stone C-119 Boxcar. Represents two Boxcars converted to Stinger armed gunship versions used during the Vietnam conflict as a replacement for the AC-47. Due to model limitations, the guns are two dimensional as was done for Mike's AC-130 Hercules varients. Also, the K model C-119 had two additional wing mounted jet engines that are not modeled on this version. These repaints are only suitable for the Mike Stone C-119 Boxcar. Original aircraft and textures by Mike Stone, repaint by Ron Rhea.
