Ejercito Del Aire Lockheed F-104G Starfighter, aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Widowmaker, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It; in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart, as nicknamed by the Canadians. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the Lockheed F-104G in the service of the Ejercito Del Aire; with a total of 11 models and 21 repaints. A distinction of sorts, the EdA operated these aircraft for seven years without a single airframe loss, the only country user to do so. I am also including some optional variants with separate manual install instructions. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

Repaint for the FSHELI.CH Aerospatiale helicopter for Microsoft FS2004. This package contains the additional textures for the SA315B Lama HB-XTM operated by BOHAG, Switzerland, for the FSHELI SA315B Lama V3.0 (required, payware, EUR 15.00, USD 19.50) The original package contains one animated model created in Abacus FSDS Pro 2, one set of reflective textures, 2D and 3D panel and custom made gauges and a custom sound system with realistic start-up and shut-down.The panel also uses some default gauges (not included). The equipment of the Lama is very accurate and gives a realistic feeling inside and outside the cabin. It contains also accurate flight dynamics (in the limitations of the FS2004), tested with real world pilots. Works also in FS2002.This helicopter feautures:Passenger flights;Sling cargo:net,cow rescue,pylon,concrete,cross bars,aggregate; Fire fighting with a bamby bucket, Winch operations. This is the Third Oldest Airline in the world, the Second Oldest Airline in Latin America, and the First Oldest Airline in Mexico, Mexicana Airlines (Mexicana de Aviacion), this is the Airbus A318-111 for now the pack have the next registrations and liveries: XA-UBQ, XA-UBR, XA-UBS, XA-UBT, XA-UBU, XA-UBV, XA UBW, XA-UBX, XA-UBY, XA-UBZ. Last New Livery (2010) and the Old Livery (2005), more later will upload the Older Liveries, the Old Livery but with the Thin Logo and No Wingtips Logos, and the most popular and old Mexicana´s livery, (1997-2005). For the 100th Anniversary I´ll upload all the fleet, since 1940´s with the DC-2 to the last fleet that had when it flies, the Mark and Airline still exists, BUT It doesn´t fly since 2011. The model is FSX AI Bureau (FAIB) Airbus A318-100 Basepack.

Everything has been incorportated in this version in order to make this the best of the best AN-225 versions for FSX ever produced. This work required well over 50 flight test hours and thousands of dollars worth of research and skill. It's all free, and offered for educational use. Qatar Airways's livery painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A320-232 aircraft (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. | Northern Oman SRTM mesh |

File Description:
This terrain mesh scenery covers northern of Oman emirate as well as some parts of United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima, Fujiarah...). The southern and western boundaries are approx 22°N / 54°E.
No part of Iran has been included.
Based on SRTM Data (3 arcsec, 90m) and sampled to LOD9 resolution (76m) using Matthew Styles's program "SRTM To BGL v1.04". While only tested with Fs2004, this mesh should also run with FS2002.
SRTM 3 arcsec dataset has numerous void areas in this part of the world. But thanks to John Child's beautiful and powerful "Blackart" utility it's now easy to patch these areas with lower resolution dataset: I took the coupled interpolation method to merge SRTM 3-arcsec with SRTM 30-arcsec dataset when needed. This gives the best results, as patched areas with 30-arcsec data are blending naturally with surrounding 3-arcsec mesh. Of course the resolution of patched areas is quite poor, but still a bit better than the default LOD5 mesh.

Known originally as Naval Air Station Sunnyvale after its christening in 1933, Moffett Field was renamed in 1942 in honor of Rear Admiral W.A. Moffett a founder of the Navy's Lighter than air program. By this time the LTA program had been reduced to the use of smaller dirigibles for scouting and anti-submarine work but the airfield remained immensely important as a fixed-wing facility due to it's strategic location between Seattle and San Diego. The Ames Research Center established before the war also blossomed into a major post-war aeronautical research and development center due in part to its highly advanced wind tunnel facilities. After the Second World War, Moffett Field developed into a West Coast hub for Patrol and ASW operations against encroaching Soviet missile boats. The NASA presence at Moffett began as early as 1939 with the establishment of the Aames Research Facility and evolving into the sophisticated R&D complex it is today. This particular scenery package attempts to represent the base more or less as it is today.

Douglas DC-7 for AI Traffic. The DC-7 propliner was designed for long-range commercial transport, being one of the first aircraft to utilize the polar routes from Europe to North America. Although the DC-7 was a very advanced aircraft for its time of production, it was produced at the cusp of the commercial jetliner age and was quickly eclipsed by a new generation of air travel. Subsequently the DC-7 was not as commercially successful as its predecessors, and only a handful remain in the cargo and aerial firefighting roles. In conjunction with Jake Burrus, I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this classic transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes 14 models, 40 repaints, and a Photoshop paint kit. The paints in this package focus on DC-7 use from the 1970s to present day, with a few vintage paints thrown in. Aircraft model and master textures by Jake Burrus and Michael Pearson, flight dynamics and repaints by Michael Pearson.
