737 CDU Files for Project Magenta software - Version 4

File Description:
The included files are for use with Project Magenta's Boeing Glass Cockpit software. These files are the "aircraft data files", or "type" files for use with the Project Magenta CDU. The included aircraft are the 737-300, 737-500, 737-600, 737-700 (with four different engine types), 737-800, 737-900, BBJ, and the C-40A/B military version of the 737-700. The files contain accurate flap tables for V1, Vr, V2, and landing Vref speed calculations. They have %N1 takeoff and climb tables generated from real-world aircraft operating manuals, as well as proper climb reduction values. Improved cost index representation is also incorporated into these files for the 737NG's.

Air France, Boeing 747-400 (F-GISC) v3

File Description: This FSX repaint is an update to the previous v2 repaint and represents the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies and the latest Air France livery for F-GISC. The aircraft now features updated fuselage texture details for the port side cargo door since this is a combi variant and includes other details such as an underwing registration, a revised font for the fuselage registration and custom cockpit view. The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night. PMDG 747-400 for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

File Description:
Nelson is a town with a population of around 10,000, located 250 miles or so east of Vancouver on the southern shore of an east-west offshoot of Kootenay Lake. The surrounding landscape can be described as "steep" without fear of contradiction, and the diagram of arrival and departure routes (included here) shows that straight finals to either end of the runway are non-existant. The airport is right beside the water, with a single runway 3,100 feet long and 75 feet wide, aligned 04/22. The apron is at the western end. There are a number (3?) of helicopter companies based at the western end of the apron, and there is also a terminal building, though there are in fact no regular scheduled flights; there are occasional charters to cater for town events during the summer tourist season. There is no runway lighting, or taxiway or apron lights, so usage is effectively restricted to daylight hours (though not legally stated as such). All circuits are over the water and not the town, though even this means you climb quickly and dog-leg to follow the water until you have gained enough altitude to turn. Winter maintenance is limited. And if all this is not enough you are advised to "watch for wildlife on the rwy". The nature of the surrounding terrain makes AI hit-and-miss; mostly hit. AI Planes will taxi out and then take off, and provided you don't follow them until they fly into a mountain it will all appear normal. Planes that are arriving will appear by magic on their parking spots, as they have crashed before they arrive. To avoid repetitive unrealistic arrivals I have limited the AI to only 3 planes. The scenery includes some of the nearby buidings and landmarks, as shown in the screenshots.

File Description: This archive only contains textures for the Carenado C208B GRAND CARAVAN V2 aircraft. In order for it to work, you need to own this specific aircraft. Since these are only textures, no further support is necessary, just follow the instructions below. If for some reason you don't like these textures, just delete the folder. Installation Open the zip file and move the whole folder Balesin Island Club to X-Plane 10 (where you installed X-Plane)--->Aircraft-->Carenado C208B GRAND CARAVAN V2 (where you installed the Carenado package)--->liveries. That's it! A note on the Cessna C208B GRAND CARAVAN The prototype first flew in December 1982. The production model was certified by the FAA in October 1984. Since then, the Caravan has undergone a number of design evolutions. Working with FedEx, Cessna produced first the Cargomaster, and followed that with the stretched and upgraded Super Cargomaster. The passenger model, the Grand Caravan, was derived from the Super Cargomaster. In January 2013 a higher-powered (867 shp from P&WC PT6A-140) version, the Grand Caravan EX, received FAA certification.[2] This higher-powered version will be produced by a Cessna-AVIC joint venture in China. I have made every attempt to faithfully reproduce the Alphaland Balesin Island Club Caravan to the best of my abilities. The Balesin Island Club is a resort in the philippines operated by Alphaland Corporation. They use two Cessna C208B GRAND CARAVANS to ferry clients from Manila to the island resort.

79C - Brennand Airport - Neenah, Wisconsin - USA

File Description:
Well this is my 1st attempt at creating/editing an airport so be gentle. I created all the models in sketchup and used ADE to compile the airport. All you should have to do is unzip it and place it with your other add-on scenery and activate it in P3D. This is for P3D V2 only at the moment. When I get a chance I'll get an FSX version done if anyone wants it.

Brennand Airport (79C) located about 4 miles southwest of Neenah WI. This airport is between KATW and KOSH. Brennand has had new ownership since 2013 and they have made many improvements in that time to 79C. So I went out there and took lots of pictures to create what I have for us now. They have built a new building and hangar which I have added along with all the other building on the airport grounds. The runway has been widened from 20 feet to 30 feet and they added PAPI lights on both runways 18 and 36 all of which I have included. I have changed the grass parking areas to reflect the way they are currently set up. (For fun parking area 8 is in the EAA Chapter 41 hangar (Hangar 11) with the door open so you can taxi out of the hangar. Now just need to figure out how to animate the hangar door).

Compatible with P3D v2 ONLY. FSX version may follow later.
