Upset Recovery

File Description:
Upset in FS2004! Can you recover from an upset? Your instructor tells you to close your eyes and he then places the aircraft in an unusual attitude and then tells you to open your eyes and recover. I have used the Cessna 182, placed it in an unusual attitude four times, paused each flight, and then saved it. When you load it, the flight will be paused and all you need do is press the "P" key and recover. Try not to overspeed, overstress, or splash in the water. I have also included a very short video of my "recovery" from a graveyard spiral. This package is only for mature pilots who can fly with instruments. "Spot view" pilots may find this too much of a challenge.

This program takes screenshots of any game including Flight Simulator 2004. The user has the option of saveing screenshots in any of the following formats: .bmp, .jpeg, .emf, .exif, .png, .gif, .tiff, wmf. The user can also select the hotkey that they would like to use. Screenshots can be stored in any directory. DEMO After your download ScreenShooter 6.1 you will be allowed 15 screenshots, the screenshots will be water marked in the upper left hand cornor and will say "Made By, ScreenShoter 6.1". After you have depleted all of the alowed screenshots you will need to register. TexPand2

File Description:
With the proliferation of Flight Simulator add-ons which modify scenery texture files, it may occasionally be necessary to restore files originally installed by FS2004. “TexPand2” can be useful when you have a texture file problem and you wish a solution less drastic than re-installing the entire Flight Simulator package. Use this utility if you wish to install an add-on which requires the original files to be present, or if you wish to remove any texture, water, cloud, or night lighting add-on such as NuRoads©, Ultimate Terrain©, BirdsEyeView©, Flight Environment©, Silver Wings, or add-ons which have no “UNINSTALL” feature. Kaafcyte Island Strip, Kaafcyte, Nevada (NV03)

File Description:
This scenery file is focused around the fictitious city of Kaafcyte, Nevada. Pretty much what I did was just started up the sim, found a little island, added an airport, and then placed a whole buncha scenery objects (80 in all) to depict a small city and airport. The airport has 2 runways, one paved and the other water, and some parking slots with a helipad. This is a good place to begin a bush flight to the adjacent mountains. The ciy includes a hospital, fire station, apartment buildings, a post office, a shoping center, fast food joints, homes, a power plant, power towers, phone poles, a port with crane, dock and static ships, campers, a hotel, and a conveinence store!

File Description: This scenery adds the Thames Barrier to Orbx EU England Regional scenery package. Compatible with both FSX & P3D. The Thames Barrier is the world's second-largest movable flood barrier (after the Oosterscheldekering in the Netherlands) and is located downstream of central London, United Kingdom. Its purpose is to prevent London from being flooded by exceptionally high tides and storm surges moving up from the sea. It needs to be raised (closed) only during high tide; at ebb tide it can be lowered to release the water that backs up behind it. Not tested with default FSX or any other setup. You must have Orbx EU England regional scenery to use the compiled scenery files as intended. By Bryan Wallis aka fltsimguy.

Columbia River AI Floatplanes and Vessels

File Description:
An optional add-on for my cr_gorge.zip, these files add custom AI floatplane and ship traffic on the Columbia River between Washougal and The Dalles, as well as GA flightplans for some of the smaller airfields in the coverage area. Included are the HU-16 Albatross (Greg Pepper/Warren Landis), two variants of the Monocoupe 135 (Tom Miller), a S300C helicopter on floats (Jordan Moore), as well as Hovercraft and Jetfoil vessels by Mitsuya "Hama" Hamaguchi using repaints by M. Allen Richards and Dobro. All models have custom flight models and dynamic water effects. The included AI models can be utilized in other locations for which custom AFCAD files are available. Carrier Division One off Montauk Point for GW3 or FS9

File Description:
This scenery places the two Lexington class aircraft carriers of the pre-WW2 US Navy at sea about 50 miles east of Montauk Point, Long Island, New York and about 30 miles due south of Block Island, Rhode Island. The ships are both Paul Clawson's CV-3 Saratoga, with one of them textured as the Lexington. This package contains the carriers, ship wakes and AFCAD files and it provides for start points on the fantails of both carriers and in the water between them for seaplanes. CarDiv1 is being released in celebration of Golden Wings 3, but works just as well in a standard FS9 installation. Carriers by Paul Clawson, ship wake by The Virtual Navy, AFCADs and ship placement by Mick Morrissey.

Norfolk Island International Airport, YSNF. V-2 ( includes landclass fix).

File Description:
WELKAM TU NORFUK AILEN. Welcome to Norfolk Island International Airport. Norfolk Island is a beautiful and popular holiday destination in the Pacific Ocean, between New Zealand and Australia. Norfolk Air has scheduled flights to and from both Australia and New Zealand to the Island, and the airport is also used as a stepping stone for International GA flights. This scenery is a total ground-up rebuild of my old YSNF scenery, and as such, requires you delete my older scenery totally from the sim before installing this one. It also contains the landclass fix for Norfolk which turns Microsoft's erronous "Water" island into an island with actual land. Contains a few small custom items (textures included). Requires some EZ Scenery Object Sets ( see INSTALL instructions for details).
