Bridge Models 1

File Description:
Hi fellow designers. I have always missed decent bridges for the Fly! series. Finally I have learnt how to make them. I am going to make more bridges for you, simple generic ones for spanning rivers in towns, etc. So here are my first two, one simple, modeled after Askøybrua in Bergen, and the more complicated Varoddbrua from Kristiansand. Both bridges are friendly on your frame rate still. Testing in Fly II, I had 50 fps with the simple model, and 40 with the complicated one. Most of the vertices are welded, and the bridge construction is almost hollow. You won`t find many hidden faces with a texture on these models.

CJ-1 Starlet

File Description:
The John Corby designed CJ-1 Starlet was Australia's first certified homebuilt design. This nimble little aircraft is powered by the venerable Volkswagon "Flat Four" air cooled car engine (which originally was an aero engine in the 1930's) from the famous Beetle & Combi van converted to aeronautical standards (Capacity ranging from 1.8l to 2.2l). The Starlet is semi aerobatic and is stressed to +-4.5G. Other noteable features of the Starlet are a cruise speed of 120kt IAS and a climb rate of 1000 feet/min all on 75Hp. The model has been designed from the "ground up" using ABACUS' FSDS version 2.11. The model features the now usual moving parts, texture reflections & Dynamic shine. The model also features a full Dynamic Virtual Cockpit (DVC) and comes in 3 model variations. The Flight Dynamics have been constructed by the use of the 1% Spreadsheets (v2.82.98). Scotports Volume 1

File Description: It is well noted that Scottish Airports are very neglected by scenery developers in FS9, mainly the smaller Airports. Therefore I decided to do a little something about it! - Using the wonderful Airport Design Editor (ADE), I have constructed these sceneries from scratch, after deleting all of the disappointing default buildings and objects. The airports included are 99% realistic regarding runways, aprons and taxiways and general airport layout, however there may be a one or two minor discrepancies due to FS limitations. I have also added fictional ILS to runways which don't have ILS in the real world. All scenery objects and textures are by Sidney Schwartz (especially for ADE), of whom, without his long hours of work, none of this would have been possible. Airports in this package are: Campbeltown (EGEC), Eday (EGED), Kirkwall (EGPA), Sumburgh (EGPB), Wick (EGPC), Inverness v2 (EGPE), Islay (EGPI), and Dundee (EGPN). All these airports are served by Loganair.
