New Elevation data GeoTiles.tag for FU3 Seattle Region

File Description:
The test elevation meshes for Switzerland and UK Region using the data from NASA SRTM_V2 program ( 3 arc second resolution, about 90m grid ) was so successful that I have tried to do a new elevation file for the Seattle Region using the 1 arc second elevation from the same source ( US area only ) 30m grid resolution. Each elevation point ( 64m grid in FU3 ) is now converted from the UTM coordinate to the exact Lat/Long WGS84 coordinate and for this point the elevation data are picked up and stored. The Geotiles.tag file residing in the /region/seattle/geos/ folder contains this data. To benefit from this new elevation experience FIRST RENAME YOUR ORIGINAL GEOTILES.DAT FILE INTO XGEOTILES.DAT then copy the geotiles.tag from this zip into the geos folder of the Seattle region. Start FU3 and enjoy the new perfect fitted landscape. Best way is to start directly from the air and not from an airport then all airport are no more flat, have hills and holes. Models and runways are floating over the ground or are into the ground.

Fly-N-D Landing Strip Airport (92NJ), NJ

File Description:
Located 01 miles E of Kingwood Township, New Jersey on 121 acres of land, Fly-N-D Landing Strip Airport is a private turf field with a 2200' runway. There is no hard surface runway so setting your mesh as high as possible will lead to the best effects of landing on terrain. No transient storage or services are offered, and the airfield is not lit, so daytime VFR operations are recommended only.
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person.

This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 001. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

File Description:
Located 02 miles NE of Shiloh, New Jersey, Woodcrest Farms Airstrip Airport is a private turf field 2303' in length. There are no services offered for transient aircraft and the field is not lit, so daytime VFR operations only are recommended. There is no hard-surfaced runway so make sure your terrain mesh is set as high as possible. You can start on the runway or parked next to the hangar east of the field Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person. File Description:
A flight in the history of ancient Greece have realized the scenario of Thermopylae where today you can see a monument that recalls the exploits of the Spartans against the Persian Empire The Battle of Thermopylae was fought by the Greek city-states, united in an alliance and guided by King Leonidas I of Sparta against the Persian empire ruled by Xerxes in September of 480 BC.
The VFR flight is to take off with a single propeller touring from LG53 (Lamia Greece) from the runway 13 and taking runway heading to reach 2500Ft coordinates N 38.47.15 E 22:30:37 to admire the scenery and return to the departure airport . In the package you will find a Termopoli.zip Termopoli_City.bgl files you will put in the folder scenery addon scenery folder and the scenario will be automatically activated. Liverpool John Lennon (Speke) Airport (EGGP) Ver 4.0

File Description:
This all new version has been specifically created with the Default FS2004 scenery in mind. However, it is also aligned to the Visual Flight / getmapping VFR Scenery published by Just Flight. Files are also included to make the scenery FS2002 compatible. Version 4.0 contains all new macros and textures including for the first time full night textures! Note however, the download no longer contains the additional landmark objects included with previous versions. These are still available however from the derbosoft website and from AVSIM. This scenery forms part of the "UK2002 Scenery Project" co-ordinated by John Woodside - http://fsaviation.net/. B747-400 Deluxe panel version 5 for FS2002. This package is freeware. The package includes Panel, FDE, and an FS2002 default B747-400 visual model. The panel complements the FS2002 default B747's virtual cockpit. The panel will also work in other models without the default v-cockpit. The panel features various pushback, fuel calculator,fuel computer, MFD's, overhead panel ,Eric Marciano's TCAS, and new XML gauges. The panel also features a custom MCP that can be used with or without FSNavigator. The FS2002 B747-400 FDE has been re-fit by Ron Freimuth and myself. Los Angeles Terminal Area Chart

File Description:
The rendition of Los Angeles´ KLAX airport is one of the most detailed in FS2002 and a great starting point to explore the West Coast. The library hosts a few awesome landclass and mesh files for this area that offer an "as real as it gets" VFR experience if used with this chart. The 1:250.000 scaled chart is scanned in high resolution (8400*4700 pixel). It covers a much smaller area, but offers considerably more detail than the LA sectional. You may use this chart "as is" without any other software, but it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin. It wouldn´t have been possible to offer this chart without Richard Harvey and his love to flightsimming, so please consider this file to be "donationware" and make a however small contribution to the Richard Harvey Endowed Scholarship.
