Emma Field Sightseeing Tour Release II

File Description:
Fly a VFR-tour in the area east of Seattle, Washington. You will need some skills of bush-flying. Included in this package are a detailed tour-description, maps (one per stage), situation- and WX-files (also per stage). You will leave from Emma Field and visit the following airfields: Elma (4W8), Flying M Ranch (OR05), Mount St. Helens Aero Ranch (WN10), Sultan Field (39P), Packwood (55S), Ranger Creek (21W), Cashmere-Dryden (8S2), Chelan (6S9),Stehekin State (1S2), Twisp Muni (2S0), Darrington Muni (1S2), Sky Harbor (S86), Harvey Field (S43), Diamond Point(2WA1), Lost Valley (KLVY), Forks (S18) and Washabamaggie Lake, before you return to Emma Field. This tour is based on the products Emma Field, GeoRender 1, GeoRender 3, GeoRender 4, GeoRender 5 and GeoRender 6 (all Lago) and freely downloadable scenery, but can also be flown without (one of) these. Mogadishu Aden Adde International Airport, HCMM/MGQ

File Description:
Mogadishu Aden Adde International Airport scenery for FS9. The scenery comes with a landclass, that defines the terrain at and around the airport, and the airport scenery, which contains the runway, the aprons, and the 3D objects. I have modified a bit the landclass of the default FS2004 scenery to improve the experience of visual landing at HCMM on both runways and of flying VFR around the airport area. The scenery comes with proper runway, taxiways and aprons: these have been drawn by Gmax using photoreal textures of concrete and asphalt whenever it was possible, trying to reproduce the structure of the concrete and asphalt surfaces of the real airport. In order to visualize some of the objects of the scenery, the Static Objects Library (also known as RWY12) is necessary: it can be downloaded on AVSIM.

Liverpool John Lennon (Speke) Airport (EGGP) Ver 4.0

File Description:
This all new version has been specifically created with the Default FS2004 scenery in mind. However, it is also aligned to the Visual Flight / getmapping VFR Scenery published by Just Flight. Files are also included to make the scenery FS2002 compatible. Version 4.0 contains all new macros and textures including for the first time full night textures! Note however, the download no longer contains the additional landmark objects included with previous versions. These are still available however from the derbosoft website and from AVSIM. This scenery forms part of the "UK2002 Scenery Project" co-ordinated by John Woodside - http://fsaviation.net/. Thanks go to John Woodside and to Peter Leadbeater for the information they have supplied to me regarding the airport. Special thanks also go to Dave Graham and the rest of the guys at North West Air News (www.nwan.co.uk) without whose photo's and information this new version just wouldn't exist!

Los Angeles Terminal Area Chart

File Description:
The rendition of Los Angeles´ KLAX airport is one of the most detailed in FS2002 and a great starting point to explore the West Coast. The library hosts a few awesome landclass and mesh files for this area that offer an "as real as it gets" VFR experience if used with this chart. The 1:250.000 scaled chart is scanned in high resolution (8400*4700 pixel). It covers a much smaller area, but offers considerably more detail than the LA sectional. You may use this chart "as is" without any other software, but it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin. It wouldn´t have been possible to offer this chart without Richard Harvey and his love to flightsimming, so please consider this file to be "donationware" and make a however small contribution to the Richard Harvey Endowed Scholarship.

Boeing 747-400 version 5

File Description:
B747-400 Deluxe panel version 5 for FS2002. This package is freeware. The package includes Panel, FDE, and an FS2002 default B747-400 visual model. The panel complements the FS2002 default B747's virtual cockpit. The panel will also work in other models without the default v-cockpit. The panel features various pushback, fuel calculator,fuel computer, MFD's, overhead panel ,Eric Marciano's TCAS, and new XML gauges. The panel also features a custom MCP that can be used with or without FSNavigator. The FS2002 B747-400 FDE has been re-fit by Ron Freimuth and myself. The visual model has white rollout colors, with working exits, and smoke activated from the panel. The package includes an optional HUD that replaces the default VFR view for all jet aircraft. Fly-N-D Landing Strip Airport (92NJ), NJ

File Description:
Located 01 miles E of Kingwood Township, New Jersey on 121 acres of land, Fly-N-D Landing Strip Airport is a private turf field with a 2200' runway. There is no hard surface runway so setting your mesh as high as possible will lead to the best effects of landing on terrain. No transient storage or services are offered, and the airfield is not lit, so daytime VFR operations are recommended only.
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person.

This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 001. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Woodcrest Farms Airstrip Airport (JY17), NJ

File Description:
Located 02 miles NE of Shiloh, New Jersey, Woodcrest Farms Airstrip Airport is a private turf field 2303' in length. There are no services offered for transient aircraft and the field is not lit, so daytime VFR operations only are recommended. There is no hard-surfaced runway so make sure your terrain mesh is set as high as possible. You can start on the runway or parked next to the hangar east of the field Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person. Guaymaral Airport SKGY 2011

File Description:
Guaymaral Airport (IATA: GAA, ICAO: SKGY) is an airport located in Bogota, Colombia, in the area from which its name was taken, which is located to the north-west of the city, and limits with the towns of Cota and Chia. The airport handles primarily general aviation traffic, type A and B, only VFR. It's the base for private and commercial pilot training schools like Aeroandes and Aeroclub de Colombia. This file has the right coordinates, with the apron and characteristics of the airport. The runways were reoriented to the correct direction, runway were resized the gates placed on correct location, Colombia National Police was assigned a correct apron. All the airport charts required to navigate in and out of this airport which are courtesy of: Areonatica Civil de Colombia can be found at www.aerocivil.gov.co/ under Informacion Aeronautica click AIP; on AIP click Aerodromos then click at SKGY.

Aleutian Islands Scenery Enhancement - Part I

File Description:
This scenery enhances the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. Over 80 small, individual scenery areas have been added to the Aleutians to provide VFR landmarks while flying this area with World Aeronautical Charts. (WAC) All cabin and building markers from WAC charts CE-12 and CE-13 are present in the scenery. It consists mostly of cabins which are spread out through the Aleutians. Unalaska has been completely enhanced, adding the city, ships, and docks to the default airport. Some floatbases (not covered by Dave's scenery) in the Aleutians now have corresponding cabins and wood docks around them. This scenery is fully compatible with Dave Erickson's "Alaskan Docks 2" scenery, and is HIGHLY recommended, as I did not touch any of the areas which are covered by that scenery, except for Unalaska, for which I used a city map to recreate and upgrade. Details in the readme.
