File Description:
Three more low-polygon count models for AI use in F2004, all tail-draggers, one based on the AirBike, with two seats, the second based on the Weedhopper, the third based on the Affordaplane. I've only included one or two texture sets for each aircraft, but I have included basic repaint templates for the Airbike and the Weedhopper, so you can generate a multitude of brightly-coloured aircraft to your own taste in a few minutes.
Each model includes three LOD models and a reduced-detail shadow model, for improved visual performance, and to this end I have also included updated models for my previous "Microlights for AI" upload (required for the textures if you want these aircraft). Although the model file size will be bigger, because FS only loads the LOD model it requires for the given range of the aircraft, once the aircraft is more than a few hundred feet away from the viewpoint, it will affect the frame-rate less than the originals.

IBM PC VERSION ONLY. This file contains DLL's that are not Mac. compatible.
A total of over 1500 aircraft were built. With double slotted full span flaps (drooping ailerons) and 1000lbs payload, its STOL capability, along with having a float version with retracts, made it an ideal "Bushplane" with unparalelled performance from any contempory aircraft. Many Beavers are still in use today.
The model was built using Truespace 4.3 and Chris Wallace's 3ds to S3d converter. Photorealistic interior views are used with auto switching day-time/night-time main panel.
The model requires that you have the Tri default aircraft installed.
A few non-standard features have been included to improve the ease of operation.
1. nose wheel steering (the original uses differential braking and castoring nose gears)
2. an electric pump for hydraulics (optional on the original )
3. a simple GPS that can be slaved to the auto pilot. (unheard of during the production life of the original but very likely to be found on any survivng present day aircraft.
4. a transponder has been added to enable IFR flights

Located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY USA. This facility is owned by Saratoga County, formerly housed Rich Air and currently houses North American Aviation. 5B2 is a non-controlled airfield catering to small engine a/c up to a few private jet daily traffic serving 'The Northcountry' and Saratoga Springs, New York.
All Objects fully designed and completely redone in GMAX using high resolution 32bit photo-real textures. Optional DXT3 textures included. Also includes new AFCAD file, more accurate airport grounds perimeter, satellite photo-real grounds, custom taxiways, taxi-signs and taxi lights, area roads, animated hangar doors, and near area landclass. Some GA AI traffic tracks included with this release, afcad also designed to support general AI. Rwy12 objects (Lars Extra Object Library) required for a few static parking lot cars. one could expect of a 16 million dollar business jet Custom designed to be frame rate friendly using
a "Lite" switch that during use in high density scenery hides the passenger cabin in an instant
and reduces the load on the computer, further this model performs better in the VC than with the 2D panel in view, interior appointments include a high detail passenger cabin with running water in the lavatory and a flushing toilet, all tables extend for use and include wine for the animated passenger, a functional bar, an operational computer and all cabin doors including closet open and close and leather seating, animated copilot, fully click able Virtual Cockpit animated down to the visors, and custom cabin lighting, the exterior has all control surfaces and exits animated and thrust reverser's. File Description:
Library Object Manager is a utility designed to manage your collection of FS9 library objects. It does not work with API Macros (API Manager from ScruffyDuck Software can do that). Functions include importing object information from FS9 library bgl files; from SBuilder, RWY12 and EZ-Scenery. Categorizing objects by user defined category, by library name and by author. Exporting object information so that it can be used by SBuilder, RWY12, Object Placer XML, EZ-Scenery, and SceneGenX. Creating library files from your collection of .mdl objects. A quick placement function to allow you to place objects into your scenery for testing, creating thumbnails etc. A more extensive object placement program (Scenery Maker) which is similar in concept to RWY12 and Object Placer XML. This program is currently in Beta and further developments are planned. It may therefore not work entirely as expected although it has been tested by a number of kind and helpful users. LOM Requires Mirosoft dotNET Framework 2.0; bglxml.exe from Alessandro G. Antonini; FSUIPC from Pete Dowson for the scenery creation function to work; and bglcomp from Microsoft (included in this package). PLEASE read the included manuals before using the program.
