File Description:
This FSX tutorial is to understand how we send SimConnect nearby waypoints to a second aircraft, so that it starts flying smoothly towards the waypoints. We'll also drop a parachute at the position of the waypoints, to visualize where the second aircraft is flying to.
Prerequisites:
-MS FSX SDK, which is on the CD of "MS FSX Professional".
-A compiler, which can be MS Visual Studio C++, C# or VB, which is available for free at Microsoft.

| New version of J41 Tutorial & Checklist |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is version 2 of my tutorial/checklist which has been slightly modified and "fine-tuned" since the first version.
A tutorial/checklist for FS2Crew Voice Commander Edition for PMDG's J41. I put many hours into testing the "flow" of the checklist trying to make sure it will be 100% accurate at all stages of the flight and only include what you actually need to do and say. It also includes ATC and marshaller communication.
The checklist is in docx format and I used Wordpad so to make sure you get the right format and especially if you want to print it I suggest you also use Wordpad to open it. Credits also go to Dave Murden and Frank Cooper, the guys behind the checklist I used as a template for this one.

| Tutorial: A Poor Man's Foot Pedals |
|
File Description:
FS2004 Tutorial: A Poor Man's Foot Pedals. This 16 page PDF document illustrates a step-by-step process for building a set of foot pedals. They have a smooth operating mechanism that results in increased control over rudder function, plus apply the brakes using your feet. The construction steps are the ultimate in simplicity. Cost is about one-quarter the price of commercial pedals. The tools required are found in most households. Absolutely no electrical or electronic work is needed. Construction time from start to finish is only a few hours. By Glenn Copeland
