The Chronicles of N728DA...
This is a 3 pack of Textures for the Vistaliners FS2004 L-1011 Beta model.
Original Textures are done by respected Aircraft Texture Artist and Delta Pilot Jim 'Hornit' Campisi.He has allowed me to use his original textures as a basis for my modifications.
Whats in this Package?.. You have Jim's original Delta Paint,but with the engines redone with photoreal textures,and the Widgets on each side,with the common grease streaks across the cowlings.
In addition to Jims Originals,you get the special Bicentennial verison with weathering on the fuselage and pax door,as well as the Delta Belle,with the Belle image on the right side of the fuselage just aft of the nose.
Textures are now in DXT3 for faster FPS.
I would like to Thank Jim Campisi for allowing me to complete this project.When Vistaliners releases the final version,that model will be updated with these paints as well,for all to enjoy.

This is an Update for the original install that is also good for First Time Installation. *These textures are for the Aerosim Classic Airliners Volume #2 L1011.
UPDATE FEATURES INCLUDE:
1)Added new custom engine Inlet Textures to all 3 engines.
2)Added new custom Photo Real Engine Fan Disk.
3)Added new photo real rudder pedals for the virtual cockpit.
4)Added reflections.
5)Corrected Forward door location on right side of aircraft.
6)Installed Icelandic Flag that was missing on the Left side. 7)Also includes many other small fixes.

This is a great panel for the Lockheed L1011 (by Oliver Moser - details in my ReadMe file), but it is quite complex (multiple panels - overhead, flight engineer (lower and upper), pedestal, throttles etc.): if the procedures are not followed in the correct order, the engines will not start. It seems that the original German user guides are not to be found, so I have created this step-by-step picture guide to get you from cold & dark cockpit to ready for take-off.

This is Delta Air Lines NNC "Wavy Gravy" fictional paint on the Aerosim L1011 TriStar Advanced with the NEW Style of Widget Logo.
I have added many nice details and features to this texture release inside and out that you will find and enjoy over time.
Some Examples are:
1) Photo Real HP turbine exhaust nozzles
2) Custom engine nacelle textures including inlets
3) Correct ship number on the VC instrument panel
4) New glare shield texture
5) Photo Real Rudder pedals in the VC
6) Touched up the controll wheel textures
7) Photo Real N1 Engine fan Disk
8) Splash of lighting on the engine nacelle when the landing lights are on.
You must own the Aerosim Package "Classic Airiners Volume 2" to use these textures.
If you dont own it yet then GO BUY IT NOW as it is still the best L1011 for the Flight Simulator To Date!!!

Another one of my 'what if' repaints. MASwings, the Borneo network operator part of the Malaysia Airlines Group is now undergoing their fleet replacement. The Dash 8 lost the bid to replace their Fokker 50s, which went to ATR instead. So...this is how it might looked had it won;-)

File Description:
This re-paint of MAAM-Sim's TBM-3 Avenger is the color scheme of 880 Squadron, Royal Canadian Navy circa 1948. This was how the plane appeared in 1987, while being operated by the Canadian Warplane Heritage museum. This aircraft was lost in a hanger fire on February 15th, 1993.
