Sydney Airport (also known as Kingsford Smith International Airport),
is located in the Sydney suburb of Mascot.
It is the major airport serving Sydney.
Sydney Airport is one of the oldest continually operated airports
in the world, and the busiest airport in Australia.
Originally declared an aerodrome in 1920 (then known as Sydney Airport),
it was renamed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) International Airport in 1953,
in honour of Charles Kingsford Smith, a pioneering Australian aviator.
The airport's first runways were built in 1933, all in gravel.

File Description:
Detailed scenery for Lisbon Airport circa 1959. Lisbon Airport (LPPT) is the largest airport in Portugal. While Lisbon was a critical stop on the early flying boat route across the South Atlantic, at the end of the 1950s Lisbon Airport itself was still important as a European gateway, particularly for South American and African traffic. Lisbon Airport, which in that period handled a total of almost 21,000 aircraft movements (12,600 of which were by commercial aircraft), was used regularly by no fewer than 21 international airlines.

File Description: For Manfred Jahn's C-47 with Jan Visser's VVC, version 3.14 repaint of DDA (Dutch Dakota Association) Classic Airlines. The only flying DC-3/C-47 in the Netherlands at the moment. Hopefully joined by her sister (PH-DDZ) in the near future. The new 2018 livery of the DDA Dakota is going back to it's roots, as it royal colours in which it flew in the '50 and '60.
For more info on the real DDA visit there site: https://www.dutchdakota.nl/en/home/ Besides the outside, the inside and the pilot's got a different look. Also added some more details, especially at the tires and gear struts.
The VC textures are repainted to get the cockpit as much in line with the real one. These are repaint only, you need to install the beautiful freeware plane first.

As promised, here are my Houston-Galveston Scenery Packs. I live in Houston and have been working on these areas for quite some time. Like all of us, we like to make our hometown airports as elaborate and as challenging as possible. Even tho these packs are in no way accurate, they are fun and interesting to fly around and site-see. Being the lazy person I am, no research was done and no claim to RL landmarks are implied.
I have added many objects to the airports and cities including terminals, hangers, buildings, parks, balloons, and other fun and interesting things. All of which were begged, borrowed or stolen from all the wonderful designers in the X-Plane Community such as Dave Spurlock, Christian Franz, Ted Davis, Robert Bunce, Tom Curtis, B. Brooks and all the others who have inspired me.
Like all my scenery packages, the additions to the citys and airports are purely fictional. The airports themselves are unaltered. I have enhanced "George Bush Intercontinental"(KIAH), "William P. Hobby"(KHOU), "Ellington Field Military Base"(KFLD) and "Scholes International" at Galveston (KGLS) airports. Look for the Johnson Space Center too.

FS2004 USAF Convair CV-240 VBF (VT-29E), build with cn 302 as a model T-29B (CV-240-27) and delivered to the U.S. Air Force on March 19, 1953. While operated by the Special Activities Squadron Headquarter (SAS) since November 30, 1959 converted to VT-29E on May 13, 1960. Also set up for VIP transport of a 2 Star General and equipped with the weather mapping radar used extensively on the model CV-440 and on many CV-340 models. In July 1975 withdrawn from use at the U.S. Air Force and stored at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. On October 27, 1977 sold to Southwestern Alloys and registered N9018Y. In May 1980 bought by Lee County Mosquito Control, Fort Myers, FL and registered N840M. Sold to General Air Services Inc. on October 19, 1983. Bought by YAC Aircraft Inc, Homestead, FL in June 1984 and taken from the register. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFmilitary_basepack_010.ZIP. What a race... when The Battle of the Airlines Trophy organization announced the upcoming race "Mission Moon" back in December 2002 the community of flightsimmers was astonished.... going to the Moon with MS FlightSimulator was just not possible.... or was it?
After a frantic race made up of 8 stages it became clear: it was possible. Starting in February 2003, for two months the 1500 pilots had to find their way that took them from the far north to the far south on the American continents. Not only did they have to fight their competitors but also short runways, failing aircraft, suicidal flightplans and most of all: RaceRunner Ray. But the reward was worth the hardship when they entered space and made it to the Moon and back!

of four DC-6Bs operated by Government Flying
Group of the Ministry of Defence between 1961
and about 1968 for transport flights to
overseas training-centers and for VIP-flights
of Members of the German government. Sometimes
it got the role of the "GERMAN AIR FORCE ONE",
when Chancellor Adenauer was on board the
aircraft.
