| Hong Kong Kai Tak 1963 |

File Description:
This is Kai Tak airport as it was in 1963. Kowloon Bay has yet to be filled in, and the runway is only 8405 ft long. Includes mesh files by Holger Sandmann and charts of the era scanned by Chic Eather. Navaids backdated to the early 60's, except the IGS for runway 13 is included although not actually installed until 1974. Curving approach lights will help you find the runway. Chek Lap Kok airport has been removed. The IGS and other approaches created by Jim Vile. The AI aircraft will follow the curved approach to runway 13 in good weather or bad. Please note that Jim Vile has produced a modern version of this airport (kaitak98.zip).

File Description:
We've produced this scenery to provide new GMAX terminals, taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1960 for Seattle, Washington and Portland and Salem, Oregon. I've also created 34 smaller classic airports in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington then served by airlines. These do not include custom GMAX terminals but use instead a default or addon library object for the terminal, since I did not have photos. Many thanks to Jason, who provided most of the photos and information used in this project, as well as the Jantzen Beach amusement park on an island in the river and most of KPDX except the terminal. Tom created the rest.

File Description:
This scenery represents the international airport of Tokyo in the 1960's, Haneda. This package also removes the modern airport of Narita. There are two versions of the airport in this package, 1962 and 1965. Today, Tokyo International Airport (known to locals as Haneda) is consistently among the five busiest airports in the world. In the early 1960s, it was the only international airport serving the economic recovery of the Japanese capital. The entire airport was upgraded extensively between 1961 and 1964 in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics in October of '64. By 1965, a longer runway 15/33, expanded terminal, and improved ground transportation links were all in use at Haneda (these changes are reflected in the '62 and '65 versions). Terminal and ground details by Aaron Seymour, JAMCO/JAL hangars and AFCAD files by Tom Gibson. Thanks to Wolfgang Gersch for the parking area.

File Description:
From the "Whirlybirds" television show that ran in the 1950's and '60's, helicopter N975B, or "75Bravo". This repaint of the Gmax Bell 47 G2 by Jean-Marie Mermaz was created for the loyal 25 million viewers that watched the weekly television series, and as a tribute to Kenneth Tobey (1917-2002) who played pilot Chuck Martin. Textures for the FS2002 Gmax skid model only!

| U.S. Armed Forces Boeing CH-47D Chinook Version 2.0 |

File Description:
This is a major upgrade to my recently released CH-47D Chinook U.S. Armed Forces file for FSX. This file has new replacement repaint textures and also incudes the original CH-47D Chinook model by Mark Adams & Tom Woods. You do not need to download the old version in order to use this file - no other files are necessary. This upgrade contains vast improvements including newly compressed texture files for significantly improved performance and space savings with minimal impact to image quality. All repaints now include actual unit markings and improved olive drab color. Pilots also now have appropriate unit markings. The two Army Chinooks carry unit markings for the 1st Cavalry, 2nd Battalion, 227th Air Regiment - this unit is currently active and provides troop and equipment transport and medivac for the 1st Cavalry - Air Mobile. The Marine Chinooks now carry markings for the 3rd Marine Air Wing. Special thanks to Delizisis Thanasis and Delizisis Panagiots for use of their textures as a painting template. The Original Model belongs to Mark Adams & Tom Woods, the reworked Flight Dynamics to Marwan Latif, the panel and the textures to Delizisis Thanasis and Delizisis Panagiots. | Hawker Hurricane Mk.I (H-33) Belgian Air Force |

This folder contains a repaint for the Hawker Hurricane by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of H-33 of the Belgian Air Force, 1940. The Belgian Air Force received 11 Hurricane before the start of WWII, and received one Hurricane that was built by Avions Fairey under license. All Belgian Hurricanes were operated by Squadron 2/I/2Aé (Chardon), commanded by Capt. Marcel Charlier and were based at Schaffen. This aircraft, H-33, was damaged in a confrontation with a Dornier Do-17 over Durbuy on the 12th of March 1940. Its pilot, Sgt. Pierre van Strijdonck made a succesful belly landing at Pallenge, and was not hurt himself. The other Hurricanes were all destroyed during the first two days of fighting after the German invasion of Belgium. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.
