Tom Collins, Kyle Schurb and Dhruv Kalra are proud to present this Federal Express - FedEx Express repaint for the 777-200LRF variant of Project Open Sky's fantastic 777v2. This package features high resolution textures (only) including full night lighting. FDE Service Pack F Compliant, Model Service Pack 2A Compliant. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE MODELS SEPARATELY.
Aircraft livery by Kyle Schurb. This is version 1.1 to fix some minor issue with the first upload - including additional white rivets not appearing on the starboard side of the fuselage as well as removing the passenger window dirt from the same side of the fuselage.

File Description:
This texture set of Affretair's VP-VTY is for the Calclassic DC-7C and requires the original aircraft by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson. Aircraft c/n 837 was originally delivered to KLM in 1957 as PH-DSI and converted to a freighter in 1962. Aer Turas Teoranta operated the aircraft as EI-ATV until 1969 when it was purchased by Affretair and based in Gabon as TR-LNZ. In 1979 it was leased to the Rhodesian Air Force and returned to Affretair in 1980 as VP-VTY and based at FVHA. Million Air bought the aircraft in 1985 as N103LM. Its final registration was N869TA of Trans Air Link.

Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-7C - repainted Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-7C base pack with model, sound and panel from calclassic.com.
These textures decipt HR-ALY (c/n 45230) originally delivered to Alitalia and later served with Spantax. The aircraft was 1978 converted to freighter and after some other owners she was bought by Carlos Gomez and William Warra. Overhauled and registered in Honduras, the aircraft operated on various freight contracts out of Miami. Unfortunately HR-ALY was damaged beyond repair due to an explosion in one of her fuel tanks during maintenance in Miami.

Convair T-29B (240-27) "Flying Classroom", tn 51-7906, cn 318, in Markings of U.S. Navy, Training Squadron 29 (VT-29), Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas, 1966. Delivered to U.S. Air Force in 1953. Transferred to U.S. Navy on January 29, 1963. Withdrawn from use and stored at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona in April 1976. For preservation donated to Pima Country Air Museum on August 26, 1981 and placed on display. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFmilitary_basepack_010.ZIP. This repaint package has been produced from a wealth of available imagery that is available to view freely on the internet. Each individual aircraft has been repainted and details such as windows placement, logo/title placement and variances in doors have been reproduced with extreme accuracy. All Everts Air Cargo and Everts Air Fuel individual aircraft have been covered (14). This file does require previous installation of the original DC6-B aircraft from Calclassics (www.calclassic.com) See included readme file for details. Base pack for the "Convair CV-240 VBF reloaded" in CA-18 version, the famous American short haul
airliner from the fifties. This is a reloaded Gmax rendition based on the Calclassic Convair (by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson), but it is no longer compatible with that model. Base for further CA-18 add-ons prepared by VBF. Includes visual model and textures for the first CV-240 ever built in 1947 (Reg.-ID NX90846) and painted in the house colors of Consolidated Aircraft. This download for FS9 contains Classic Ship files for use with the Classic Scenery for Beirut and Istanbul airports available from Tom Gibson's California Classics website: http://www.calclassic.com
You will need to have installed the truly excellent Classic Ships Library created by Mike Stevens, which is part of Wolfgang Gersch's Classic Scenery Libraries; this is available here and there is a link to it on the California Classics scenery page. The technique used to place the ships and their wakes is described in David 'Opa' Marshall's 'Add Animated Wakes to Static Ships - An Illustrated Tutorial', which is also available here, and which inspired the present download.

File Description:
This is a total remake of the default KLAX airport. All of the terminals, cargo areas and maintenance buildings have been completely redone using google maps and Airport Design Editor. There is the new Tom Bradley Intl Terminal along the planned second Intl terminal, the elevated shuttle, and the West End RON/Maint area. The Union 76 DC-s is also on display at the Flight Path Museum on the south side of the airport. I also included the historical Spanish Mission style Hangar One located next to the FedEx parking ramp. Each terminal has been remade to conform to placement and size using google maps. Enjoy the scenery.
