B25-B Mitchell Doolittle's Raiders A/C No. 40-2261, April 18, 1942. Painted over The B24 Guy's B25 Mitchell Overhaul Model. This was mission plane # 7. Pilot: Lt. Ted W. Lawson, Co-pilot: LT Dean Davenport, Navigator: LT Charles L. McClure, Bombardier: LT Robert S. Clever, Engineer/Gunner: SGT David J. Thatcher. This bomb group attacked targets in the Tokyo area. The North American B-25B was not designed or intended for aircraft carrier use, but there they were, sixteen highly modified bombers sitting on the deck of the USS Hornet (CV-8). They were modified to carry bombs to Tokyo. The B-25s are launched from their maximum range, and flew over Tokyo, bombing several installations. The bombs did little damage, but managed to damage the Japanese carrier Ryuho while it is in drydock. Many of the planes then head to wherever they can make it, since the fuel will be empty before they reach a friendly airbase. All of the B-25 bombers are forced to bail out or crash land except one. Eleven crews are forced to bail out over China, 3 crash land, and the last landed safely at Vladivostok. The crew that landed in Russia was interned, along with the plane, for a while. The crews were all volunteer, and had no carrier experience, yet all sixteen of the bombers were successful on take-off. Texture, and Damage Files included. Current flight plan of Hong Kong Airlines for summer 2018. Hong Kong Airlines’ growing network currently covers over 30 cities regionally, including the Gold Coast, Auckland, Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, Bali, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Sapporo and Okinawa, and the newly launched Vancouver and Los Angeles routes in 2017. The airline has a combined fleet of 35 aircraft. The current passenger fleet has 31 aircraft with an average age of about 5 years as of September 2017.

FS2002 Scandinavian Airlines System DC-7C and DC-7F. The DC-7C's of SAS became famous for opening the polar route from Europe to Japan, flying from Copenhagen to Tokyo via Anchorage, Alaska. SAS used 15 DC-7C and two DC-7F in 1956-68. Four liveries (early, middle and late) included. Repaint by Jens B Kristensen of original model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson, flight dynamics by FS Aviator. Panel and sounds must be downloaded seperately.

P-51D-20 44-63984 was assigned to Major James B.Tapp of the 78th FS/15th FG. He was credited with four victories over Tokyo on 7 april 1945, during his first encounter with enemy aircraft. He went on to become the first ace of the 'Sun Setters' and the commander of the 78th FS. He finished the war with 8 victories. Repaint of the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.
