File Description:
This package contains the center of Lake Powell and the Navajo Nation around Navajo Mountain. It contains remote areas of stunning beauty. Wonderful sandstone formations in bright shades of red and pink. Contains landmarks like the Rainbow Bridge National Monument and the confluence of the Colorado and San Juan Rivers. Extends my Monument Valley scenery to the west and brings you another 3.500 sq km in 4.7m/pix quality. To explore the scenery depart from Navajo Mountain dirt strip (04UT). High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/CNY_South3West2.html . The screenies are taken from the high-res versions, so expect this version to be slightly more blurry. YourDonation@Work: Joaquin, Donald and Scott.

| Navy JRB-4 vintage 1943 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a Modification of the excellent D18S by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas and Andre Folkers comprising a new 2D panel and flight dynamics for a 1943 US Navy JRB-4. It features the 1943 vintage "Navy Pilot's Manual" based layout and gauges. Included are the appropriate original D18S model and textures for a complete aircraft installation, with permission by Shupe, Thomas, and Folkers. The Pilots Manual was used as the source for flight planning instructions, panel design, Sperry autopilot, ADF and other gauges, fuel tank locations and selection levers, and electrical system. Also included are pop-up sextant and drift meters. A special thank you to Milton Shupe who generously provided me with a great amount of technical help with this project.

| Piper Archer PA28 (N8346H) |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
N8346H was a resident of Van Nuys, Californ-I-A. . Built in 1981, she now is owned by Mcpc LLC, a mobile phone accessory company of Wilmington, Delaware. Her main claim to fame though was a prominent role in season 3, episode 3(Always Kiss them Goodbye) of the TV show: The Unit. (2007) It was 'flown' by Scott Foley, as Staff Sergeant Bob Brown who was chasing a 'terrorist' in piper cub with a bio-weapon. Technical aspects (airspeeds, altitudes, etc) were a normal Hollywood stretch, but the air to air photography was nice. The aerial stunt work was good. N8346H was on screen almost 50% of the episode.
Now YOU can fly it!
As usual, buy the aircraft from Carenado.com before installing this paint.

| Spartan UC-71 Executive skins |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This file contains textures for the outstanding Spartan Executive freeware aircraft created by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas and Urs Burkhardt. The included skins are 32 bit for increased detail. The full airplane may be downloaded from Avsim.com as spartan.zip The US Army Air Force and a small number of 3rd world countries purchased the Spartan Executive as an VIP transport. 16 of which were purchased by the USAAF. The vast majority of these aircraft appeared in Olive Drab and gray colors. This paint represents the pre-war period, 1937-1940 when the plane may have appeared in bare metal and national colors similar to other aircraft of the period. A handful of Spartans still flying today began life as one of the original 16 UC-71's.

File Description:
This is an FSX DXT5/dds format repaint (with or without winglets) of a notional VC-32C painted on the Level-D Simulations B767-300 (Pratt and Whitney). It's what a USAF 89th Airlift Wing C-32 VIP transport might have looked like if the 767 had won the 1990s era VC-X competition for the next-generation VIP transport instead of its little cousin the 757 (it came close). Requires the Level-D Simulations B767 for FSX.
