| North American P-51D 4th FG (WD-M) 'Suzon' |

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-20-NA 44-63736 WD-M, which was the aircraft flown by Lt George Green of the 335th FS/ 4th FG on 18 march 1945 during a mission to Berlin. While the 335th was strafing Prenslau Aerodrome, Green's CO, major Pierce McKennon, was hit by flak and had to bail out. Green landed in the field where McKennon had come down with his parachute, threw out his parachute, and the two of them squeezed into the small Mustang cockpit, Green sitting on McKennon's lap. While the rest of the squadron kept the Germans at a distance, Green managed to get 'Suzon' airborne again with centimeters to spare. They flew the 600 miles back to the UK, sharing an oxygen mask. Green was promoted to Captain by a grateful CO. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

| AeroLyon 1998 AI Flightplans |

File Description:
From 1996-2000, AeroLyon operated a single DC-10-30(with a 2nd being added in 2001) mostly between secondary French cities and the French Caribbean, with the occasional intra-Europe charter. These plans will work for the whole era, but I kept the DC-10 rather busy to ensure that all French cities that saw AeroLyon get used at least once. The aircraft usually makes a stop in France on the way to TNCM/TNCC or TFFF/TFFR then does the same on the way back. The only day the aircraft visits LFPO is Sunday, on the way back from a real charter that took place to LOWW in 1998. Jason King has painted the DC-10 on avsim as: "aim_dc1030_aero_lyon.zip". This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22-RE 42-26386 D5-O "Sally Flat Foot III", the assigned aircraft of Lt William Ward of the 386th FS/ 365th FG. The first 365th FG pilot to report for duty, Bill Ward also had the distinction of leading the group on its last combat mission, a patrol flight on 8 May 1945. He scored to kills over Me109's, one marked with the German cross below the cockpit, scored on 22 june 1944, and another later in 1944, but that never made it into the 365th history books, hence the question mark. All lt Ward's Thunderbolts were called Sally Flat Foot, a nickname for his wife Sally. The third one also had a picture of a bird on the nose he referred to as 'the worry bird'. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

| Morning Star Airport – Cape Town, South Africa |

File Description:
Morning Star airport is situated just north of Cape Town, Next to the N7. A small GA airport with a nice view of Cape Town and Table Mountain and right under the runway 19 approach to FACT. I could not find any official code for the airport, so I called it FAMR. Though I could learn some new skills under the current lockdown, so this is my first attempt at combining most techniques for building an airport, including some hangers and the club house for images I found on the internet. Developed using the P3D V4.5 SDK and tested in P3D V5. Developed to be used with the ORBX OpenLC Africa LC product and I uesd some ORBX library objects.
I included a small update to Robben Island to level the area where the prison is (not sure where it comes from but it is not located in the correct place) and to show the reamains of the old runways on the island.

File Description:
Qatar Airways was only 4 years old in 1998, however, the fleet was already quite different and the livery had changed into the grey colors. The 2 747-200s were gone, having been leased out to Saudia for Hadji flights and never returning, and A300-600Rs had replaced the A310s (A310s would later rejoin for VIP and Freight ops). At the time, London and Munich were the only destinations in Europe and Asia was not served beyond India. Though the fleet was small in 1998, the airline would quickly grow into a large a reputable carrier which now spans the globe and even operates A380s despite the humble beginnings not so long ago! Included are fleet repaints for the AIA 727-200 and TFS A300-600R PW by Raphael Rodrigues. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. | Simplified FIR Center boundaries for FS2004 |

Tired to be constantly handed over by the default ATC from one center frequency to another one? Here it comes a simplification of the boundaries for the FIR centers in FS9/FS2004.
The boundaries for Flight Information Regions (FIRs) in some areas (for example around Chicago) are subdivided into many smaller sectors, each with a different Center frequency. The result is that, while flying at >10000ft you constatly get handovered from one frequency to the next one. This file corrects this effect, by assigning the same COM frequency to all sectors a specific FIR is subdivided into. This means, for example, that "Chicago control" will have the same frequency all over the Chicago FIR; and the same applies for all the FIRs in the world. The result is that you are handovered only at the border of a FIR (for example when going from Chicago control to Cleveland Control), resilting in a much more pleasant ATC experience, especially in certain areas rich of FIR partitions.

File Description:
This delightfully streamlined airliner from the Classic Fifties is now only barely remembered in the U.K and probably almost unknown to the world at large. It has its origins as the prime contender after W.W.2 in the race for a medium range turboprop airliner in contention with the Viscount 630.
Had the manufacturers chosen the R.R. Dart as the power plant instead of the troublesome A.S. Mamba, then maybe the course of history in British aviation at that time would have been quite different. Who knows?
Only two flying airframes plus a test fuselage were made and unfortunately are no longer with us but under the aegis of F.S., we present our interpretation for your pleasure and enjoyment.
Our model depicts the two completed airframes and as an added bonus we have included
Coventry Airport AFCAD and Add on Scenery depicted in the 1950's including all hangars, Armstrong Whitworth Factory/hangar complex and control tower. Editvoicepack Apollo call sign.
