P-51D Mustang "Petie 2nd" NL5427V

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the WWII Fighters P-51D. This aircraft, 44-72942, is a WWII vet, and flew with the 12th AF. After the war the aircraft served with various ANG units before being sold surplus in 1957. The aircraft was restored in the early 80's and painted in the markings of Lt. Col. John Meyer's 352nd FG mount, "Petie 2nd." In 1985 the aircraft was purchased by Anthony Buechler of Wisconsin, and has been with him ever since, loging more than 2000 hours of flying time in the now 22 years he has owned the aircraft. It has never been raced and never been wrecked.

Air France Airbus A380

File Description:
Demoversion with banners, with new PANEL and GAUGES, new external model, sound and virtual cockpit. The Airbus A380 is a double decker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of its development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. Now, the president has ordered to go and check, for it is feared that terrorists or narcos have taken over the rig. A special team of " Elite-Paratroopers" has been formed and the attack will proceed after a few practise jumps. This adventure gives you the opportunity to choose. Do you want to be with the Paras?...you can, but be aware that the jump is very dangerous or be the pilot that will take this elite group to a very dangerous mission.

Bavaria Flug BAC One-Eleven 400

File Description:
Headquartered in the southern portion of Germany, Bavaria Flug went shopping for British aircraft in the late 1960s, ordering BAC One-Eleven 400s to anchor the carrier's fleet. The 1-11 in this package (D-ALLI/construction number 116) was one of the first delvered to the West German airline. Bavaria was so pleased with the performance and economies of the One-Eleven they went back to BAC for a scond order, this time opting for 1-11 500s. Fuselage, engines and tail are 32-bit textures with DXT3s used for the rest to keep frame rates up. Requires the base 1-11 400 model from DM Flight Sim (http://www.dmflightsim.co.uk).

ERJ 145 Normal Operating Procedures

File Description:
This is a fictitious Operating Manual for the Embraer ERJ 145, and is intended for use with the Feelthere ERJ145 Pilot in Command. This document is neither a set of Checklists, neither is it an instruction manual for the add-on. Instead this document simulates your flying the ERJ on behalf of an airline, and it gives guidance on operating the plane safely and effectively for the airline. Use of aircraft systems (especially the Autopilot) is covered, and Flight simmers are encouraged to print the procedures and to try flying the ERJ with them - they may just make flying the ERJ even more enjoyable !

Light fix for Project Opensky 757-200 Winglet Model (UNOFFICIAL)

File Description:
This is a small fix to address the misplaced lights on the Posky 757-200 Winglet model. This fixes the strobe lights, placing them on the top of the winglet where they are supposed to be, as well as the nav lights, which were located too far toward the aircraft on the wing. An image is included of a real 757 winglet close-up, as well as a picture of a Posky 757 in-game with the fix applied. This is in no way endorsed by Posky, and they will not provide any support for this file, please contact the author (email in readme) for any support on this file.

Boeing 747 Classic and Lockheed L-1011 TriStar - Soundset RB211

File Description:
One of my final sets, this is my most accurate representation of the RB211 Classic to date.

This set combines elements of the original RB211, the -22B, with the more modern classic -524C. Although the -22B was only used on the L-1011, the -524C saw extensive use on the late model L-1011 Tristar and the 747-200, -300, and several 747-SPs.

This engine is famous because it was one of the first high-bypass turbofans to be used commercially. It is also famous for being extremely noisy. Enjoy it with whatever model you can find of an L-1011 or classic 747.

Active APProach - EHAM (Amsterdam - Schiphol Airport)

File Description:
This file is for any 3rd party payware or freeware scenery that renumbered the runways at EHAM. The EHAM_APP_3rd bgl file list all ILS runways correctly (no blanks) within the ATC menu. Included are all the Waypoints for making 18R/36L a Precision Instrument Runway both VMC and IMC. The file also renames runways 01 Left and Right, 19 Left and Right to the current 18L/36R, 18C/36C so ATC and ATIS will use the right voice verbage for these runways. Each STAR is represented (ARTIP, RIVER, SUGOL) and can be flown with or without the default ATC. See the readme for all the details.

US Airways Heritage for Mohawk and Empire Boeing 737-300

File Description:
This is a repaint of the FFX/SGA Boeing 737-300 aircraft. There has been lots of disappointment with some of the employees of US Airways, as none of the Heritage Fleet has been dedicated to Mohawk and Empire Airlines. This repaint takes care of that oversight. Instead of the A319, this Heritage is painted on a 737-300. The left side of the aircraft is painted in the Mohawk "Buckskin" livery, and the right side is the final Empire livery. Textures only. You will need the base model. This repaint was done for FS2002, but should work in FS2004. Please check out my other repaints also available at Avsim. Thanks

Groton-New London Sub Base

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery - Naval Submarine Base New London Groton CT. On the east bank of the Thames River near Groton, CT, New London Naval Submarine Base was the birthplace of the submarine force. It was originally a Navy yard, converted to a submarine base in 1916, and greatly expanded in World War II. The advent of nuclear power required an improvement in training and support facilities. By 1959, New London had become the largest submarine base in the world with 8,210 active personnel. The base was recommended for closure by the DoD in the 2005 BRAC Recommendations.
