Elevation detail for Gatwick

File Description:
This elevation file is a temporary fix until the UK-South package is distributed. It fixes the elevation and the classification of the Gatwick airport. Also included is a minor bug fix for the textures on Glidernut's hangar. Instructions for installation by Andre included - its easy enough.

For that they have not been able to decompress the file "instalar.exe" (bad CRC due to failure in the server's transmision), I properly decompressed enclose the original files. Please, remove from your computer the before “bnrota.zip” and replace it for this other. I apologize for the inconveniences.
